Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-mak- ing styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization’s visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.

Control chart is representative tool of Statistical Process Control (SPC). But, it is not given information about the economic loss that occurs when a product is produced characteristic value does not match the target value of the process. In order to manage the process, we should consider not only stability of the variation also produce products with a high degree of matching the target value that is most ideal quality characteristics. There is a need for process control in consideration of economic loss. In this paper, we design a new control chart using the quadratic loss function of Taguchi. And we demonstrate effectiveness of new control chart by compare its ARL with   control chart.

This paper analyzed the management quality activities and performance based on industrial types. We divided the business into four industrial types, manufacturing industry, service industry, medical institution and public enterprise. We analyzed the differences of the elements of management quality in industrial types. The results show that leadership, measurement, analysis and knowledge management and workforce focus categories are not significant and strategic planning, customer and market focus, process management and performance categories are significant. This paper proposes the directions of management quality activities and performance according to industrial types based on these results.

Established green house gas information systems to promote activities of the private sector to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, The main propulsion is intended to be used as a basis in the private sector to reduce greenhouse gas utilized in the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions program (Excel spreadsheet), and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions evaluation standards published.

The purpose of this study is to present the Strategic Orientation effects on Green Management Performance. In order to carry out this research we obtained 175 survey sheets, inspect the ten assumptions focused on reliability, appropriateness of the model. Validation results are summarized as follows. First, the Strategic Orientation of significant positive for green management performance affect. Second, the Strategic Orientation with a customer orientation for Green Performance showed positive significant affect. Finally, the strategic orientation of the competitive orientation and technology-oriented, with significant positive impact on the financial performance results showed that about.

According to the result, an enterprise must make a favorable working conditions to each four decision types in MBTI of R&D employees, the enterprise will provide ST-type with good relationship with superiors, clear vison and goal about company, fit compensation about original Idea. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker to NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the enterprise must give job assistance in co-worker.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects on reliability of equipment or product which spends a great deal of its time in the non-operating condition. The paper will look at the effects on the failure modes, the failure rates, the failure distribution and the possible reliability models. Many military and commercial systems experienced periods of non-operating stage throughout their life cycle, such as periods of operational storage where the system waits, ready for use. The design of such systems must account for how these periods of non-operating effects system performance. The simulation methodology for reliability analysis was developed to support the evaluation of nonoperating modes of operation of systems and subsystems. For proper handling of the non-operating environment, issues relating to non-operating failures need to be taken into consideration from design stage of the life cycle. Furthermore, the relevant environmental concerns and issues that need to be taken into consideration are discussed.

Control chart is a graph of plotting dot about the process characteristic values. It is a statistical technique that can be known whether or not the in-control state in this step. In many companies have use as a statistical process control(SPC) tool.
