본 연구는 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 중소 제조기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 하여 기업의 환경에서 심리적 주인의식을 매개로 조직공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 유의 표집법을 적용하였으며 최종 분석에 사용된 표본 수는 269부이며 입력된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계분석 작업을 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 조직공정성의 하위 3가지 요인인 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 둘째, 조직공정성의 3가지 하위요인인 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성은 심리적 주인의식에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으 로 나타났고, 셋째, 심리적 주인의식은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리적 주인의식은 조직공정성의 하위 3 가지 요인인 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성과 직무만족 간 의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소 제조기업에서는 조직 공정성이 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었 다. 변화하는 중소 제조기업에서 조직공정성을 통해 직무만족을 높이는 조직 및 구성원 관리가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다. 조직이 공정하다고 지각하는 것이 개개인의 심리적 주인의식이 많이 증가하게 되 어, 조직의 효율성 증대를 위하여 조직구성원 스스로가 노력하여 적극적으로 혁신 활동 참여와 헌신에 참여도를 높이면서 직무만족이 더욱더 큰 폭으로 상승할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

High level radioactive waste disposal repository is faced thermos-hydro-mechanical-radioactive condition. Factors according to these complex conditions are measured using multiple sensors installed in the disposal repository to check integrity of the structure. Wires of the sensors can be potential pathways of groundwater and nuclide flow and these pathways accelerates bentonite saturation. Therefore, it is worth to developing wireless sensors buried in the bentonite buffer which can communicate without wires. In start of the study, widely-utilized wireless communication methods including WiFi and LoRa are tested using compacted bentonite blocks to estimate the performance of them. Compacted bentonite blocks are prepaired using di-press method with metal molds and the dry density of them are about 1.6 g/cm3. All wireless communication methods are well communicated through the bentonite blocks over 50 cm. The further experimental tests will be conducted with different dry density and water contents. The results of these experimental tests give a possibility of wireless communications in compacted bentonite buffer and will be utilized for the design of wireless sensor systems for the repository monitoring.

이 글은 데리다의 환대의 철학에 근거하여 다문화 사회에서 이방인에 대한 환대의 특징 을 검토하고, 환대의 철학이 다문화 사회로서의 한국에 주는 시사점이 무엇인지 탐색하려 는 목적을 가지고 있다. 데리다의 환대는 다문화 사회에서의 이방인이 가져온, 이방인에 관 한 질문들을 통해 이방인/비이방인에 대한 관념과 양자 간의 경계를 해체함으로써 기존의 환대에 내재된 한계를 극복할 것을 요청한다. 또한 데리다는 환대의 법제화가 수반하는 딜 레마를 극복함으로써, 환대의 법을 통해 궁극적으로 이루고자 하는 것이 정의를 실현하고 자 하는 것임을 상기시켜준다. 마지막으로 환대의 철학은 제한적이고 조건적인 관용을 넘 어 무조건적이고 절대적인 환대를 실천하기 위해 끊임없는 시도가 필요함을, 그리고 그것 이 곧 정의를 실현하는 것임을 강조한다. 데리다의 환대의 철학은 평등과 사회적 정의의 실현과 관련하여 한국 사회에 중요한 시사점을 준다.

이 글은 미국에 거주하는 한인 결혼이주여성과 그 자녀의 언어 사용 양상 및 정체성 형성 과정을 탐색하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2014년까지 이루어진 질적 사례 연구를 통해, 연구 참여자들의 사용 언어(한국어, 영어)에 대한 인식, 시간의 흐 름에 따른 인식의 변화, 그 과정에서 형성되고 변화된 정체성의 양상에 관심을 두고 연구 를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 언어와 정체성 간에는 긴밀하고도 유기적인 관계가 있음이 확인 되었으며, 이는 연구 참여자들의 사례를 통해 보다 구체적으로 드러났다. 또한 언어 사용과 정체성 형성은 유동적이고 가변적이어서, 시간과 환경에 따라 복잡한 양상으로 변화한다는 사실이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 언어 사용과 정체성 형성에 있어 결혼이주여성과 자녀는 상호 간 중요한 위치에 있었으나, 이들의 언어 사용-정체성 형성은 동일한 양상으로 전개되 지 않음이 발견되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로, 이 글은 한국 다문화교육을 위한 시사 점을 제시하였다.

This study aims to investigate the politics of inclusion and exclusion embedded in South Korea’s multicultural education documents. The study examines eight multicultural education policy documents published annually from 2006 to 2013; it focuses on what strategies the government chooses to acculturate multicultural families and students. As a methodology for analyzing text, this study applies critical discourse analysis (CDA). It is capable of highlighting the (un)avoidable result of the process of abjection between Korea’s majority and the minority-a bifurcation depicted in Korean society and evidenced in governmental policy documents. Thus, this paper explores how multicultural education policy documents articulate the politics of inclusion/exclusion. An integration strategy is indeed signaled in the basic idea of multicultural education. Throughout the governmental policy documents, however, practical plans and programs are deeply engaged with the assimilation and/or the segregation strategy. Based on an apparent conflict between generalities and particulars, this study proposes a hopeful vision for a South Korean multicultural education policy.
