An elastic bearing must be strong against vertical loads and flexible against horizontal loads. However, due to the material characteristics of rubber, it may show variability due to the manufacturing process and environmental factors. If the value applied in the bridge design stage and the actual measured value have different values or if the performance during operation changes, the performance required in the design stage may not be achieved. In this paper, the seismic response of bridges was compared and analyzed by assuming a case where quality deviation occurs during construction compared to the design value for elastic bearings, which have not only always served as traditional bearings but also have had many applications in recent seismic reinforcement. The bearing's vertical stiffness and shear stiffness deviation were considered separately for the quality deviation. In order to investigate the seismic response, a time history analysis was performed using artificial seismic waves. The results confirmed that the change in the bearing's shear stiffness affects the natural period and response of the structure.
In this study, considering the expansion/contraction behavior of the upper structure at all times and the abnormal behavior of the receiving friction elements that allow horizontal movement during earthquakes, a port receiving test body simulating the protrusion of the friction elements was created and the modulus performance was evaluated. In order to confirm the influence of the friction element's projection, the friction element's degree of separation was divided into four stages, and the shear behavior of the test specimen and the friction coefficient were confirmed. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the friction load increases as the protrusion degree of the friction element increases. On the other hand, as the degree of protrusion of the coefficient of friction increases, the coefficient of friction also increases. It was confirmed that damage to the friction elements during use increases the coefficient of friction, hinders smooth expansion and contraction of the upper structure, and causes stress concentration at the fixed-end support.
1920년 중국 상하이에서 성립한 상하이불교거사림은 민국시기 대표 적인 불교 거사단체이다. 그것은 이후 세계불교거사림과 상하이불교정 업사로 분리됐다. 이 단체는 특정한 사원에 속하지도 않았고, 특정한 승려에게 지도 받지도 않았다. 순수한 재가 신중이 주체였다. 사원이 아닌 곳에 독자적인 공간을 마련했고, 그곳에 불전(佛殿)과 염불당을 갖추어서 독자적인 신앙생활을 했다. 또한 이사회를 조직하여 이사장과 운영진을 선출하는 등 현대의 재단 운영과 비슷한 근대적인 조직 운영 체계를 구축했다. 뿐만 아니라 불교 수행이나 경전 공부와 같은 전통적 인 활동을 했을 뿐만 아니라 포교, 자선, 출판, 교육 등 다양한 방면의 사업을 진행했다. 이런 사업은 전근대시기와 분명히 다른 불교도의 역할이었다. 이는 사회사적으로 보면 근대사회에서 불교가 자리를 잡는 과정이었다. 달리 말하면, 그것은 근대적인 시민권을 확보하기 위한 노 력이었다. 이것이 근대시기 재가불교운동의 내용을 만들었다. 불교에 한정해서 보자면 재가불교운동은 불교계 내에 ‘불교거사’라는 분명한 불교 주체를 탄생시키기도 했다. 이때 불교거사는 근대적인 개념이다.
목적 : 본 연구에서는 표전 근전도 신호를 기반으로 기존의 재활로봇 알고리즘의 성능의 개선하기 위한 새로운 특징 요소를 개발 및 검증하였다.
연구방법 : 기존의 선형 재귀 모델을 기반으로 한 실시간 로봇 제어 알고리즘을 수정하여, 2개 이상의 주파수 특징을 가지는 근 전도신호에 그 특징의 수에 맞추어 주파수 영역을 다르게 한 모델을 개발하였다.
결과 : 측정된 결과 개선된 알고리즘의 모델이 기존 모델대비 높은 정확도가 나옮을 확인할 수 있었으며, 향후 이를 적용 한다면, 근전도 기반 재활로봇의 정확도가 향상될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
결론 : 본 연구에서 제안된 복수의 필터뱅크 특징을 기반으로 한 개선될 선형 재귀알고리즘이 기존 알고리즘보다 높은 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 뇌졸중 환자의 치료를 위한 재활 로봇을 제어하는데 활용된다면, 환자의 의지를 더욱 정확히 반영한 재활치료를 통하여 환자의 재활치료효과를 증진시킬 것이라 기대된다.
Bovine papillomaviruses (BPVs) are DNA oncogenic viruses that belong to the Papillomavirus genus. The purposes of the present study were to histopathologically diagnose skin warts on Korean native cattle from Jeju Island and to detect the presence of BPVs from tissue samples of the skin warts, using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. The sites of 10 skin wart involvement were the head (40%: 10% were in both the head and neck), shoulder (30%), neck (20%), and tail (20%), including the perineum. All skin warts were confirmed as fibropapillomas, as characterized by the abundant proliferating fibrous tissue in the dermis and increased epithelial covering of variable thickness. According to the PCR analysis, five out of 10 (50%) cattle were positive for BPV-1, and six (60%) cattle were positive for BPV-2. Two cattle were positive for both BPV-1 and BPV-2. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study of BPV-1 and BPV-2 infections of skin warts from Korean native cattle in Korea.
This study is for reduction of heat island to control the rise in climate, temperature changes, according to the passage of a vehicle due to cyclic loading, such as cracks in the asphalt layer in order to determine the proper diameter control and caused the asphalt to prevent damage. Slab drain is suitable to determine drainage asphalt diameter.
휨 거동 및 전단부의 전단거동으로 인한 철근상세 및 사용되어지는 철근의 과다로 인하여 취성파괴의 양상이 발생 하고 있다. 이에 본 실험에서는 유리섬유망을 이용하여 철근과의 휨 및 변위 거동을 통하여 무보강철근과 유리섬유망의 ply 수에 따른 휨거동 실험을 통하여 균열을 살펴보고서 향후 휨 거동에 적정한 유리섬유망의 철근의 배치겹수에 대한 사용량을 검토하고자 한다.

In order to evaluate the fundamental properties of sewerage pipes for ductile properties and allowable deflection ratios, A field tests were conducted on the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe. Also, Allowable deformation test was carried out to determine the soil-pipe relationship and earth pressure due to the loading of dump truck.
This study was conducted to compare volumes estimated from two taper functions and observed volumes of Chamaecyparis obtusa trees to evaluate accuracy and precision of centroid method. Centroid volume estimates were also compared with volume estimates from existing Forest Resources Evaluation and Prediction Program. The results of this study showed that Gregoire’s simple taper function produced unbiased volume estimates while the others were biased. Volume estimates from the Forest Resources Evaluation and Prediction Program were also biased when applied in the Jangseong National Forest regions. These results suggested that the centroid method could produce reliable stem volumes of trees when no other reliable stem volume equations exist.
In this study, we typified the project for revitalizing the rural area through text analysis using news data, and analyzed the main direction and characteristics of the project. In order to examine the factors emphasized among the issues related to the revitalization of rural areas, we used news data related to 'tourism' and 'livelihood', which are the main keyword of the project to promote rural areas. In the analysis, text mining techniques were used. Topic modeling was conducted on LDA techniques for major projects in 'tourism' and 'livelihood' keyword. Based on this, this study typified the projects that are carried out for the activation of rural areas by topic. As a result of the analysis, it was fount that the topics included in the project were distributed in 11 sub-types(Tourism Promotion, Regional Specialization, Local Festival, Development of Regional Scale, Urban and Rural Exchange, Agricultural Support, Community Forest Management, Improve the Settlement Environment, General Welfare Service, Low Class Support, Others). The characteristics of the rural revitalization projects were examined, and it was confirmed that domestic projects were carried out by tourism-oriented projects. To summarize, the government is making projects to revitalize rural areas through related ministries. Within the structure where the project is spreading to the region, a lot of projects are being carried out. It is understood that the tourism and welfare oriented projects are being carried out in the revitalization project of the domestic rural area. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of rural revitalization, it is believed that it will be effective to carry out a balanced project to improve the settlement environment of the residents.
‘Jungmo2503’ (Hordeum vulgare L.), a new ruminant-palatability forage barley cultivar, was developed by the breeding team at the Department of Rice and Winter Cereal Crop, National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2011. It was derived from the cross between ‘Dongsanpi81’ and ‘Kangbori’. Among the cross made in 1999, a promising line, SB992028-B-B-B-B-B-2, showed good characteristics in potential forage yield in the yield Trial tested at Iksan in 2007 to 2008 designated as Iksan 449. The line in the Regional Yield Trials (RYT) tested in eight locations around Korea for three years from 2009 to 2011, and was released as the name of ‘Jungmo2503’. It has the growth habit of group Ⅰ, erect plant type, green leaf and hood spike. Its average heading and maturing dates were on May 2, and May 29, respectively, with are similar to check cultivar ‘Yuyeon’. The cultivar had 102cm of culm length, 691 spikes per m2 and it showed better rate of leaf, winter hardiness, and resistance to BaYMV than those of the check cultivar. The average forage yield of ‘Jungmo2503’ was about 10.9 ton ha-1 in dry matter in paddy field. ‘Jungmo2503’ also showed 9.4% of crude protein content, 27.3% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 49.0% of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber), and 67.3% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients), including higher grade of silage quality for whole crop barley.

The average forage yield of ‘Jungmo2502’ was about 11.0 ton ha-1 in dry matter in paddy field. ‘Jungmo2502’ also showed 8.7% of crude protein content, 21.9% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 40.7% of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber), and 71.6% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients), including higher grade of silage quality for whole crop barley.
In order to get information on tocopherol content and composition in fifty-six soybean germplasms were evaluated by HPLC. From the principle component analysis, the first three components accounted for 71.6% of the total variance of tocopherol content in the germplasms. Principal component 1 showed significant correlations with all the morphological markers except 100-seed weight. Soybean germplasms were divided into three groups by the first two principal components. The highest content of α -tocopherol was 38.6~mug per g in Tanner, while that of ~gamma -tocopherol was 195.6~mug in PI 91073. In case of δ -tocopherol, IT 105622 showed the highest value as 29.8~mug . The contents of tocopherol were gradually increased from the late August to late September, which was 10 days before maturity, in Alchankong and PI 96322. The tocopherol content was higher in seeds from the plants sown early than those sown late. Total tocopherol contents of PI 96188, Geomjeongkong 2, and Suwon 183 grown in Gimje were higher than those grown in Iksan, but the difference was not observed in PI 96322. These results suggest that the contents of tocopherol in soybean were affected not only by the genotypes but also by environment.
