Despite that porcine spermatogonial stem cells (pSSCs) have been regarded as a practical tool for preserving eternally genetic backgrounds derived from pigs with high performance in the economic traits or phenotypes of specific human diseases, there were no reports about precise definition of niche conditions promoting proliferation and maintenance of pSSCs. Accordingly, we tried to determine niche conditions supporting proliferation and maintenance of undifferentiated pSSCs for short-term. For these, undifferentiated pSSCs were progressively cultured in different composition of culture medium, seeding density of pSSCs, type of feeder cells and concentration of growth factors, and then total number of and alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity of pSSCs were investigated at post-6 day culture. As the results, the culture of 4x105 pSSCs on mitotically in activated 2x105 STO cells in the mouse embryonic stem cell culture medium (mESCCM) supplemented with 30 ng/ml glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) was identified as the best niche condition supporting effectively the short-term maintenance of undifferentiated pSSCs. Moreover, the optimized short-term culture system will be a basis for developing long-term culture system of pSSCs in the following researches.

This study was to examine on the respiratory variables, heart rate and muscle activity between the static recovery and dynamic recovery after progressive resistance exercise to maximal point. Subjects were 15 students enrolled in N University. All were tested two times (static recovery and dynamic recovery) and were requested to perform a walking on a treadmill after progressive resistance exercise to maximal point. Electromyography(EMG) was used to monitor the muscle activity(TA: Tibialis Anterior, MG: Medial Gastrocnemius) during gait. CPEX-1 was used to measure the respiratory variables and heart rate. The dynamic recovery group was shown the significant lower heart rate than that of static recovery group at during gait. Respiratory rate showed statistically a significant difference. Electromyography(RMS, root mean square) showed a non-significant difference. But the dynamic recovery group of muscle activity was found highly in TA and MG. This study indicated that the dynamic recovery method evidenced more faster than the static recovery method. And this type of dynamic rest by walking can be a help of recovery after exercise.

본 연구는 언어적 진술로 구성된 내적 또는 외적 주의초점 피드백에 따른 차별적인 학습효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 각 관절의 협응구조 패턴을 구간별로 비교하였다. 피험자는 Y대학교 남학생 36명으로 골프과제에 대한 사전경험이 없는 오른손잡이 학생들로 구성하였으며, 각 집단에 10명씩 무작위로 할당 되었다.실험설계는 습득단계3(집단)3(날짜)9(분단) 요인설계하에 마지막 두 요인을 반복 측정하는 삼원 변량분석이 사용되었으며 파지검사에서는 3(집단)2(분단)의 요인설계하에 마지막 요인을 반복 측정하는 이원변량 분석이 사용되었고 영상자료의 피험자는 각 집단 중 가장 우수한 성적을 나타낸 한명을 대상자로 총 3명의 데이터를 질적 분석하였고, Lab View 6.1 버전을 사용하여 팔꿈치각과 무릎각간의 동종사지 간 협응과 동측사지 간 협응의 각도 대 각도 협응구조 분석을 실시하였다. 첫째 습득단계에 대한 수행점수의 분석에서 날짜와 집단의 상호작용은 외적 주의초점 피드백 집단의 유효성을 보여주는 충분한 결과를 나타내었다 즉, 연습의 마지막 날 내적주의초점 집단과는 다르게 외적주의초점 집단만이 통제집단과 유의한 차이를 보여주었고, 또한 그 집단만이 3일간의 연습을 통해 꾸준한 점수의 상승을 보여주었다. 즉각 파지검사의 집단에 대한 주효과 분석에서 외적주의초점 집단만이 통제집단과 유의한 차이를 나타냄으로서 간접적이지만 차별적인 우수성이 입증되었고 보다 확실한 증거들은 지연 파지검사에서 생산되었다. 즉, 집단과 분단의 상호작용의 분석에서 분단 2에 대한 사후검증 결과들은 외적주의초점, 내적주의초점, 통제집단의 순으로 우수한 학습을 유도한다는 것을 비교적 명확히 보여주었다. 둘째 외적 주의초점에 의해 언어적 진술로 유도된 피드백이 내적 주의초점에 의해 유도된 피드백의 언어적 진술보다 협응구조 패턴에서 숙련자와 유사한 패턴의 변화를 보였다.
