        In order to achieve the goal of new rural construction in Heilongjiang province, national building energy-saving and emission reduction requirements, Harbin Institute of technology and Heilongjiang provincial research organizations cooperated for many years and finished this technological research project. the achievements include rural average heating energy consumption survey, rural energy-saving residential design suitable for different levels of consumption , detail structures, first applying of energy rural residential ventilation ,the research and development of new industrialized energy efficiency residence, rural, as well as releasing the Heilongjiang rural energy conservation housing construction technology guide.         China has been moving rapidly to improve the use of information technology in elementary and secondary schools, progressing in stages from offering basic computer programming courses to creating networked schools with information technology integrated into the whole curriculum. By 2003, in the developed regions of the country, 70 percent of teachers applied information technology to their classes often. In the Tenth Five Year Plan (2001 - 2005), the Chinese government gave priority to the construction of information technology infrastructure. By 2003 the ratio of elementary school students to computers was 12:1 in the most developed regions and 373:1 in the least developed. At the high school level the range was from 8:1 to 18:1. One goal is to equalize educational opportunities across the geographic regions, which now vary greatly As part of this education improvement initiative, the central government will undertake a number of programs, including an ICT development project in village schools, aimed at improving staff development, school management, and instructional quality and efficiency. According to the new teacher training plan, normal universities will make full use of face-to-face education and distance education to lay the groundwork for improved instructional resources and form an instructional network for village and city teachers. Those regions which have been well equipped with computers and school networks will develop network training and TV training. The purpose of these efforts is to effect modernization in education, meaning the improvement of educational efficiency and effectiveness and the promotion of more learner-centered instruction.

        New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), in collaboration with the University of Hawaii (UH), is upgrading Big Bear Solar Observatory (BBSO) by replacing its principal, 65 cm aperture telescope with a modern, off-axis 1.6 m clear aperture instrument from a 1.7 m blank. The new telescope offers a significant incremental improvement in ground-based infrared and high angular resolution capabilities, and enhances our continuing program to understand photospheric magneto-convection and chromospheric dynamics. These are the drivers for what is broadly called space weather - an important problem, which impacts human technologies and life on earth. This New Solar Telescope (NST) will use the existing BBSO pedestal, pier and observatory building, which will be modified to accept the larger open telescope structure. It will be operated together with our 10 inch (for larger field-of-view vector magnetograms, Ca II K and Ha observations) and Singer-Link (full disk Hα, Ca II K and white light) synoptic telescopes. The NST optical and software control design will be similar to the existing SOLARC (UH) and the planned Advanced Technology Solar Telescope (ATST) facility led by the National Solar Observatory (NSO) - all three are off-axis designs. The NST will be available to guest observers and will continue BBSO's open data policy. The polishing of the primary will be done in partnership with the University of Arizona Mirror Lab, where their proof-of-concept for figuring 8 m pieces of 20 m nighttime telescopes will be the NST's primary mirror. We plan for the NST's first light in late 2005. This new telescope will be the largest aperture solar telescope, and the largest aperture off-axis telescope, located in one of the best observing sites. It will enable new, cutting edge science. The scientific results will be extremely important to space weather and global climate change research.

        Soybean has been cultivated in China for 5,000 years. The soybean cyst neamtode (SCN), Heterodra glycines, was recongnized in Northeastern China in 1899. Currently, it is known to occur in 12 provinces. The biology of SCN was investigated in several provinces. Six races of SCN were identified (race 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7). About f10,000 soybean germplasm lines were evaluated for their resistance to race 1, 3, 4 and 5 of SCN. At least two black-seeded cultivars are resistant to all four races. Several tolerant soybean cultivars with yellow seed coat were released and are in production. Additional resistant cultivars are being developed. Nematicides were not applied in production Potential biocontrol agents and related aspects are being investigated.

        As the advocator of new ideas and thinking of the Internet, teenagers occupy an absolute proportion in the animation loving group. This paper studies the theme creation and design methods of short poetic animations, and strive to have a positive impact on the aesthetic experience and mental development of Chinese teenagers. The so-called poetic animation short film creation is the animation art form that takes the traditional poetry culture as the content carrier and uses the poetic image creation vocabulary to present. Through the aesthetic audio-visual pictures, teenagers can have a strong poetic and picturesque feeling, gain recognition among teenagers with the help of new media's communication and expression, and thus arouse teenagers' recognition and pride of local folk customs and traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, it explores the feasibility of applying the creation techniques of poetic characteristics to animation communication.

        This research aimed at studying the role of self-enhancing imagery and self goal-achievement emotion in the effect of characteristics perceived at advertisements using multisensory cues on purchase intention. Sports shoes advertisement was selected as an empirical research object. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. ‘WenJuanXing’ site was used to make the questionnaire in Chinese, and it was loaded on WeChat and QQ. 260 participants from different regions of China participated in online questionnaire survey. The results of testing the hypotheses by structural equation model in Amos 21.0 program are summarized as followings. The congruency between multisensory cues and self-discrepancy awareness positively evoked the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion. The object relevance between the consumer and the product advertised did not induce the emotion, but evoked the self-enhancing imagery. Both of the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion had positive effects on the product purchase intention. When developing advertisement, marketers should focus on multisensory cues’ characteristics to enhance the self-enhancing imageries as well as to help feel the goal-achievement emotion. They should pay attention to the ways by which the multisensory cues’ characteristics used to develop advertisement can be perceived to be congruent with each other by consumers.

        With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce is gradually changing people's production and lifestyle, changing the way of international trade; even the system and mechanism of international trade are changed by e-commerce, and new business models are created. E-commerce not only creates more trade opportunities for enterprises in various countries, but also shortens the trade distance and trading time of trade. It makes transactions unrestricted by geographic location and natural conditions, and the simplification of traditional trading procedures also increases transaction efficiency. It achieves truly global, intelligent and paperless transactions. This paper further expands the influence of e-commerce on international trade from inter-enterprise trade to individual-enterprise transactions, and analyzes the impact from the perspective of influencing mechanism. On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the development of international trade and the status of the promotion of e-commerce to trade development. From the aspects of trade mode, trade subject, trade management, a new elaboration has been made. From the perspective of influencing mechanism, the spatial aggregation of trade, commercial platform, trade flow, business model, information flow and business flow were systematically analyzed.

        Chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs), in which each line carries a single or a few defined chromosome segment of donor genome and has a pure genetic background from a recurrent genotype, is a fundamental approach to conduct the QTL mapping in order to improve the mapping precision. In the present study, variety ‘ZM36’ (Gossypium. hirsutum) and ‘Hai1’ (Gossypium. Barbadense) were used as recurrent and donor parent to produce a segment substitution lines populations, respectively. The results indicated that most of fiber quality traits, yield-related traits and verticillium wilt traits fit the normal distribution in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. In 133 lines of BC4S2:3 generation fiber length longer the recurrent parent has 37, micronaire lower than the recurrent parent has 58, Fiber strength over than the recurrent parent has 34. In 199 individuals of BC4S2:4 generation fiber length longer the recurrent parent has 37, micronaire lower than the recurrent parent has 36, Fiber strength over than the recurrent parent has 49. Fiber length had significantly positive correlation with fiber strength and negative correlation with micronaire, seed index had significantly positive correlation with boll weight and negative correlation with lint percentage, lint percentage had negative correlation with fiber length and strength.

        Acanthopanax senticosus is a typical oriental folk medicinal herb and has been used clinically as a tonic, anti-rheumatic and prophylactic for chronic bronchitis, hypertension, anti-stress, ischemic heart disease, and gastric ulcer. Acanthopanax senticosus was successively extracted with water, boiling water, methanol, and 70% methanol. The antioxidant properties of various extracts were evaluated by antioxidant tests, such as DPPH free radical-scavenging activity, metal-chelating activity, superoxide radical scavenging activity, and reducing power assay. The boiling water extract exhibited the highest activity in the in vitro models of DPPH free radical-scavenging activity, and reducing power assay. The 70% methanol extract showed high metal chelating activity. In addition, the total phenolic content of different extracts was also investigated. These results indicate the high possibility of using A. senticosus for medical application due to their efficient antioxidant properties.

        Most traits of crop are quantitative, which are controlled by polygenes. Finely mapping ofquantitative trait loci (QTLs) is very important for cotton genetic improvement. Chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) containing only one or a few segments of donor chromosome introgressed into a recipient genetic background can be used for QTL fine mapping and map-based cloning. In this study, the Gossypium. hirsutum variety ‘ZM36’ and Gossypium. barbadense ‘Hai1’ were respectively used as recurrent and donor parent to produce a segment substitution lines populations, including the BC4F2:3 and BC4S2:4 generations, by using microsatellite marker-assisted selection (MAS). We obtained 283 SSR marks by taking about the average 5 cM distance selection marks on this map, and these marks were carried to the molecular examination with to two populations. The results showedthat recurrent parent genetic background already to restore the very high degree through the high generation of backcross.

        An experiment was conducted to find out among 9 trap settings the most appropriate site for trap placement in the Brinjal field based on Brinjal shoot and fruit borer trapping efficiency, shoot and fruit infestation, healthy and total fruit yield, and BCR. The efficiency of different trap setting positions varied significantly. Trapping efficiency observed the T1 ensured the minimum shoot and fruit infestation 10.02% and 20.95%, respectively, minimum infested fruit yield (4.75 ton/ha), maximum healthy and total fruit yield (26.72 and 31.47 ton/ha) and the maximum BCR (1.70), which was followed by T2 and T4. The minimum trapping efficiency of T9 treatment led the maximum shoot and fruit infestation 13.89 and 29.26%, respectively, maximum infested fruit yield (7.59 ton/ha), minimum healthy and total fruit yield (17.74 and 25.32 ton/ha) and the minimum BCR (1.00). A correlation between the number of BSFB adults trapped from the most efficient trap setting and the shoot and fruit infestation recorded and found a linear positive correlation between number of BSFB adults trapped and shoot infestation (r = 0.781) and fruit infestation (r = 0.810). The effect of pheromone trap positions observed in this study may be attributed to the easy accessibility of the lures and traps, when they are placed at the canopy.
