마약류나 유해화학 물질의 남용에 의한 중독은 사용물질의 종류에 상관없이 질병으로 간주되어야 하고 약물남용자의 치료와 재활은 하나의 일관된 개념에 의해 통합적으로 다루어져야 할 필요가 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라 약물남용자의 처벌과 치료․재활은 각기 다른 법률에서 다루어지고 있으며 그 처우의 정도가 서로 다르게 규정되어 있고 누락되어 있는 경우도 있다. 또한 치료보호규정이 있는 경우에도 치료와 보호는 형식적으로 운용되고 있어서 중독에 대한 진정한 치료가 불가능하고 재범과 재발을 반복하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미국의 약물법정제도를 분석하여 우리나라의 약물법정제도 운영에 관한 도입 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 구체적인 서비스 흐름을 보다 명확하게 하기 위하여 서비스의 전문성, 적절성, 포괄성, 그리고 통합성 등의 서비스 전달체계 중심으로 분석하였다.

This study aims at investigating Korean high school students’ reading and writing relations in English with a focus on analysis of effects of reading journal writing which integrates reading and writing. Three groups (reading, writing, reading journal writing) had different treatments for 8 weeks. The results revealed that the reading journal writing group had the highest post-test writing scores compared with the two other groups. This group’s scores were statistically significant different from the reading group’s. The same results were also found in the higher-level group. As for the lower-level group, however, the scores of the writing group were highest. These results support the bidirectional hypothesis with a special emphasis on the interaction of reading and writing. The higher-level and the lower-level reading journal writing group had the highest post-test reading scores; however, no statistical significance was noted among the three groups. The results of the reading test do not seem to be clearly related to any hypothesis of reading-writing relations. The results of the questionnaire survey and interview and of the analysis of reading journal suggest that effects of reading journal writing can vary with reading texts and learners’ language proficiency level.

Generally speaking, the main object of criminal justice organization is the social protection, social defense from the criminal. Also it plays a role not only the social defense but also the ultimate object of criminal actions for criminals' resocialization. Conclusively, the main function of criminal justice system is the criminal protection, punishment and criminals' resocialization. On the premise that, by comparing China and Japan in a similar cultural area, this treatise explores ways toward better Korean criminal justice system.

In order to achieve logistics efficiency, logistics standardization should precede. Using standardized pallet is the core of logistics standardization which is closely connected to the unit load system and palletization. This study focuses on pallet standardization in three countries which are Korea, China, and Japan. The dramatic effect from pallet standardization Is expected in economy / international trade field and logistics / environment field. This study suggests an institute of Asian logistics standardization as a method to accomplish the logistics standardization among three countries. When these three countries overcome the disparity in standardization level and diverse concerns, we will finally attain efficient logistics system which will work as a 'highway' of North-East Asian logistics.

이 연구는 최근 30년 동안 21개 지상관측소 일강수량 자료를 사용하여 한반도의 강수일수 및 강수강도의 지역성 및 계절성을 조사하였다. 일강수량 80 mm를 기준으로 다우와 소우로 나누어 그 특성을 조사하였으며, 강수일수 및 강도의 일차 선형경향도 함께 연구하였다. 호남 지방에서 소우에 의한 강수일수는 모든 계절에서 다른 지역에 비해 많으며, 특히 가을과 겨울철의 기여도가 상대적으로 컸다. 그러나 다우에 의한 강수일수는 대구를 중심으로 한 영남 지역에서 매우 적은 것으로 나타났다. 남해안 지방에서 강수량은 많고 강수일수가 적어 강수강도가 모든 계절에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 연강수량에 대한 기여도는 다우와 소우 모두 다른 지역에 비해 크게 나타났다. 최근 30년간 대부분 지역에서 연강수량은 증가하는 선형경향을 보였는데, 대부분 다우에 의한 영향으로 나타났다. 한반도의 연 강수일수는 전반적으로 감소하는 선형경향을 보이지만, 다우에 의한 연 강수일수는 증가하는 선형경향을 보였다. 특히 충청과 경기지방에서 강수강도의 선형경향이 유의한 지역이 다수 발견되었는데, 이는 이 지역이 집중호우에 대한 위험도가 적지 않은 지역임을 말해주는 것이다.

This study was conducted to determine the daily application rate and amount of N and K with fertigation during different growth stages in semi-forcing culture of cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L. cv. Eunseongbaekdadagi). The diagnostic criteria for N and K also investigated based on petiole sap analysis. The dry weight increased slowly until 30 days after transplanting. The highest dry weights were observed at 60 days after planting, then it decreased. As the plant grew, the contents of N and K in the petiole sap and fruit of cucumber decreased. The daily uptake of N and K were highly correlated with the growing days. The NO3 concentrations in petiole sap were in the range from 3,500 to 4,500 mgㆍL-1 in the early growth stage, but those were in the range from 2,000 to 3,000 mgㆍL-1 after then. However, K concentration in petiole sap were in the rang from 5,000 to 7,000 mgㆍL-1 The fluctuation in petiole sap concentration of K was severe in the monthly fertigation and moderate in the daily fertigation. The fertigation by petiole sap diagnosis forced EC of soil to be low and yield to increase compared to the control.
