정부에서는 청소년을 대상으로 하는 일체의 성폭력 혹은 성적 착취로부터 청소년을 보호하기 위한 「청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」(2000. 2. 3. 법률 제6261호 제정)을 제정하여 청소년을 대상으로 하는 성범죄에 관하여 종합적인 규제를 하게 되었다. 이 법은 제정 시부터 많은 비난과 비판을 받아 왔을 뿐만 아니라 이 법이 적용된 이후 많은 분쟁사건이 발생하기도 하였다. 「이중위험」(double jeopardy) 금지원칙, 「프라이버시권」 위반, 「평등의 원칙」위반, 「적법절차」 위반 등이 그것이다. 이러한 비판에 대하여 신상공개는 형벌이 아니기 때문에 「이중위험」 금지원칙 에 반하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 제정의 취지도 시민의 생활안정을 확보한다는 차원의 사전적 범죄예방이므로 공개대상자에 대한 형사제재적 성격을 갖는 것이 아니라고 하는 견해가 있다. 어떤 행위를 범죄로 규정하고 형벌을 과하기 위해서는 그 행위로 인해 침해되는 법익을 「보호할 가치」가 있고 「보호할 필요」 있고 「보호의 능력」이 있어야 한다. 형벌을 과할 때에는 최후의 수단으로 필요한 최소한도의 범위에서만 과해야 하고 과도한 형벌을 과해서는 안 된다 즉 형벌의 보충성, 비례성, 과잉금지의 원칙이 지켜저야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 청소년성매수행위를 범죄로 규정하고 형벌을 부과하고 동시에 신상공개까지 하고 있는 현행제도는 폐지하여야 한다.

Aiming to understand the poetry of W. B. Yeats in terms of gender, sexuality, and politics, this paper reads some major poems of his early years. The first part of the paper reads the poems in which the masculine world of war, science, and political power is negated in favor of the feminine world of nature, poetry, and wisdom. The present writer of the paper considers that the femininity of these poems, expressed in the pastoral world of the shepherd, or the stories of Irish legendary King Goll, Fergus, and the fairyland, comes from Yeats's poetic attempt to surmount the British imperial and materialistic world by enhancing the Irish cultural traditions and values. The next part reads a group of poems which deal with Yeats's love of Maud Gonne. Using the image of the rose or the courtly genre, both of them being old traditional poetic conventions, the poet represents Maud Gonne either as a goddess of eternal beauty or a woman of heroic nobility. However, she is also represented as a woman of "lonely face" and "pilgrim soul," a woman who brings "the sorrow of love," or a woman repeatedly associated with the tragic world of Troy. This ambivalence or double vision in the poet's representation of her seems to result form Yeats's ambiguous attitude to Maud Gonne and her revolutionary and social work. The last part of the paper deals with two poems and a play which represent Ireland as a woman. The use of a woman figure as symbolic image of Ireland, especially Yeats's use of Cathleen ni Houlihan in his poetry and drama, is important, because it most distinctively reveals the relations between sexual politics and aesthetic value in the early poetry of Yeats. In this respect, the writer of this paper notes that the woman figure in these works is a highly romanticized and idealized one, rather than a real one with human body and sexual desire, and thinks that this is related to Yeats's version of Iriish nationalism with its strengths and limitations.

With increasing of Korean family's revenue and pursuing quality of life, outdoor food and meal industry is rapidly growing up. Thus employee's service quality is much more needed in this industry. This paper reviewed the relationship between employee empowerment and service quality. The first purpose of this research is to test the effects of employee empowerment on service quality, and the second purpose is to test the moderating effects of sex and tenure on the relationships between employee empowerment and service quality. According to statistical analysis, meaning, competency, and autonomy generally had an affirmative impact on many service quality factors. Also the results of moderating regression analysis showed that long term employees were more sensitive to autonomy than short term employees.

In order to protect sexual rights of juveniles, publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs has been put into operation since 2001. A purpose of this sanctions is protecting juveniles' body and sexual rights to disgrace sex-criminals. But thinking provides and spirits of the constitution, publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs has much problems First, this sanction is contrary to dignity of humans. Nations' law must not exclude a member of society physically and psychologically, though he conducted crimes. In this point, this sanctions run a criminal out from society. Second, the principle of proportion disclaim publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs. The criminal of juvenile sex crime had imposed criminal sanction. In addition he must be ashamed through publicity of personal affairs. Third, we can't count on effects of preventing juvenila-sex-crimes through this sanction. Because certainty of crimes is very low, people are not frightened at these kinds of sanctions In conclusion, these cruel sanction must be ruled out, police and prosecutors level certainty of crime up.

본 연구에서는 남성과 여성에 있어서 정서적 자극에 대한 기억이 다른지를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 제시되는 자극의 기억을 측정할 것이라는 기억지시문을 주고, 또한 자극제시 후 곧바로 자유회상의 방법으로 기억을 측정함으로써 정서적 자극으로 유발된 정서의 표현을 조절할 필요성을 가능한 최소화시켰다. 그리고 남성과 여성의 정서적 자극과 중성적 자극에 대한 기억을 측정함으로써 선행사건초점 정서조절 과정에 의해 남성들의 정서적 자극에 대한 기억이 손상됨을 밝히고자 하였다. 전체적으로 여성들이 남성들보다 제시된 자극에 대하여 더 많이 기억하고 있었으며, 특히 중성적 자극보다 정서적 자극에 대해 남성들보다 더 많은 내용을 회상하였다. 회상내용을 중심적 요소에 대한 기억과 지엽적 요소에 대한 기억으로 나누어 남녀 차이를 분석해본 결과, 여성들은 정서적 자극의 중심적 요소에 대하여 중성적 자극보다 더 많이 기억하였으나 남성들은 정서적 자극과 중성적 자극에 대한 중심적 요소에 대한 기억차이가 나타나지 않았다.

The purpose of this article is to examine the treatment program of adolescent sex offenders in America. Thereby, it attempts to provide several improvement ways in adolescent sex offender treatment in Korea. In America, the social policy response to adolescents who commit sexual offenses has undergone dramatic change since the early 1980s. Prior to this time, acts of sexual offense by teenagers were often dismissed or trivialized. And treatment programs were rare. But, the crimes are considered serious, juvenile sex offenders are routinely prosecuted since 1980s. Sex offending by teenagers has come to be viewed as a unique form of deviance that requires different rehabilitative strategies than do those employed with other offenders. So, specialized treatment programs have proliferated. The cornerstone of policies regarding intervention, both within institutions and in community, is that juveniles who commit sexual offenses should be mandated to participate in specialized treatment programs that specifically address the sex offense behavior. Specialized treatment programs for adolescent sex offender have proliferated, continuously. Specialized treatment programs for adolescent sex offender are provided within institutions and in community in America. And most programs are provided in community. Based on reviewing realities of adolescent sex offender program in America, it suggest several ways for effective treatment in Korea.

성간별에 이용할 돼지 수정란을 체외수정 방법으로 생산하기 위하여 돼지 난소에서 채취한 난자를 NCSU 23 배지에서 eCG, hCG를 첨가한 상태에서 22시간, 첨가하지 않은 상태에서 22시간 체외성숙을 시킨 후 mTBM을 이용하여 여러가지 정자농도(5, 2.5 , 6.0그리고 10.0 )에 따라 6시간 수정시켰고, NCSU 23 배지에서 배양시켰다. 배양 후 44시간에 수정란의 분할률을 관찰하였고, 144시간에 배반포 형성율을 확인하였다. 성감별 방법

사과잎을 가해하는 주요 해충 중의 하나인 사과무늬잎말이나방(Archippus breviplicanus)의 성페로몬 성분과 조성을 규명하고 성페로몬을 이용하여 발생예찰을 하기 위해서 구애시기동안 미교미 암컷의 복부말단을 추출하고 분석하였다. GC/GC-MS 분석 결과 E11-tetradecenyl acetate : Z11-tetradecenyl acetate : tetradecyl acetate = 56:22:22의 비율로 세가지 성분들이 확인되었다. 각 성분들의 생물적 활성을 검정하기 위해 EAG을 실시한 결과 세 가지 성분 모두 핵산이나 공기보다 높은 반응을 유도하였지만 성분들의 혼합물간에 유의성은 없었다. 1997년부터 2000년까지 4년에 걸쳐서 최적의 유인 조성비와 년 중 발생 횟수 그리고 예찰을 위한 적정량을 야외 포획 실험을 통해 확인하였다. E11-14: Ac와 Z11-14: Ac의 8:2와 7:3의 비율에서 많은 수컷들이 유인되었지만 7:3의 조성이 페로몬샘 추출 결과와 더불어 최적의 조성으로 확인되었다. 국내에서 사과무늬잎말이나방은 1년에 3회 발생하는 것으로 보이며 예찰을 위한 적정량은 1mg이 효과적이었다. 세번째 성분인 14: Ac는 수컷 유인에 있어 상승효과를 보이지 않았다.

This study was carried out to determine the factors on achieving good viability of embryos biopsied fur sexing, to investigate pregnancy rate following embryo transfer(ET) with sexed embryos, and to confirm the accuracy for the calves bort following ET with sexed embryos by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). To investigate viability of Hanwoo embryos after biopsy for sexing, fresh and frozen/thawed embryos were biopsied according to different developmental day of blastocysts, different stage of blastocysts, and different biopsy grade and the embryos themselves were incubated for 2 hours in TCM199 after microsection to be evaluated morphologically for recovery as blastocyst. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The rate of oocytes cleaved in vitro and the rate of blastocyst of the cleaved oocytes were 52.5% and 21.6%, respectively. The rate of blastocyst on day 8 was 11.2%, denoting the highest rate during whole culture period posterior to in vitro fertilization(IVF) 2. After biopsy for sexing, the viability rate of blastocyst on day 7, 8 and 9 was 75.0%, 88.4%, and 100.0%, respectively and the viability of early, mid, and expanded blastocyst after biopsy was 75.0%, 88.9%, and 91.1%, respectively The viability rate of fresh and frozen/thawed embryos was 89.9%, 71.4%, respectively. And the viability of expanded, hatching, and hatched blastocyst of frozen/thawed embryos was : 75.0%, 75.0%, and 50.0%, respectively. The viability of embryos according to biopsy grade of 10∼20%, 21∼30%, and 31∼40% was 85.7%, 91.5%, and 71.4%, respectively. 3. Pregnancy rate after transfer with biopsied embryo between flesh and frozen/thawed embryos was 22.6% and 20.0%, respectively. 4. In comparison between sex by PCR method and sex of calves born after embryo transfer, the accuracy of sex deterimination was 92.3% (12/13).
