The small and medium construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the framework of integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

최근 국가지리정보유통망을 통한 공간정보 통합에 대한 논의처럼, 속성데이터 중심의 인문지리정보 데이터베이스도 시작 단계에서부터 향후의 통합을 고려한 프로토콜을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 인문지리정보 DB 구축을 위해 DB 모델의 원칙과 절차, 즉 데이터 모델, DB 정규화, 데이터 무결성에 대해 인문지리정보 사례를 통해 방향을 제시하였고, 인문지리정보의 변화를 수용할 수 있는 시간성 확보 방안과 온톨로지와 통합DB를 효과적으로 연계하는 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 시간에 따른 정보의 변화를 저장하기 위해 TimeStamp 객체와 TimeSPAN 객체를 DB에 임베드하였고 시간관계 함수를 이용해 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수시 갱신이 필요한 인문지리정보 DB를 온톨로지와 연계하기 위해서는 DBMS 내의 RDF 객체를 활용하는 효율적인 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 방안은 인문지리정보 DB 뿐만 아니라 수시갱신이 요구되는 대용량의 DB 구축시 가장 근본적으로 검토하여야 할 내용을 제시해 줄 것이다.

Here, we introduce control methods recently developed for the control of this disease.

I briefly review what has been learned from determinations of mean stellar ages and abundances from integrated light studies of early-type galaxies, and discuss some new questions posed by recent data. A short discussion of spectroscopic ages is presented, but the main focus of this review is on the abundances of Fe, Mg, Ca, N, and C, obtained from comparisons of measurements taken in integrated spectra of galaxies with predictions from stellar population synthesis models.

This study investigated the decomposition of fenitrothion in Smithion, which is applied on the golf course for pesticide, by the integrated Zero-valent iron(ZVI) and Granular activated carbon(GAC) process. First, the removal efficiencies of the fenitrothion by ZVI and GAC, respectively, were investigated. Second, the removal efficiencies of the fenitrothion by the integrated ZVI and GAC were investigated. The removal efficiencies of fenitrothion by ZVI were higher than those of TOC. The removal efficiencies of fenitrothion and TOC by GAC were similar. As the dosages of ZVI and GAC were increased, the removal efficiencies of fenitrothion and TOC increased. However, as the dosages of ZVI for pretreatment were increased, the adsorptions of fenitrothion on GAC were hindered.

In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.

본 논문에서는 비선형 지진격리교량의 최적 설계 방법을 제시하였다. 최적설계를 위한 목적함수로는 교각과 지진격리장치의 파괴확률을 고려하였으며, 상충하는 두 목적함수를 동시에 최적화하는 다수의 해를 효율적으로 검색하고자 유전자 알고리즘에 기반한 다목적 최적화기법을 도입하였다. 또한, 최적화 과정에서 요구되는 다수의 비선형 시간이력해석을 수행하지 않고도 교량의 확률적 응답을 효율적으로 예측할 수 있는 추계학적 선형화 방법을 접목하였다. 제시하는 방법의 효율성을 검증하기 위한 수치 예로서 실제 교량인 남한강교를 고려하였고, 제안하는 방법과 기존 비선형 시간이력해석을 이용한 생애주기비용 기반 설계법을 각각 적용하여 내진성능을 비교하였다. 내진성능을 비교한 결과, 제시하는 방법이 기존의 비용에 기반한 최적설계보다 우수한 성능 및 경제성을 보임을 검증하였다. 또한, 다양한 지진하중에 대해서도 제안된 방법이 보다 개선된 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

토마토를 대상으로 암면과 코이어를 사용한 자루재배에서 일사량제어와 배액전극제어법의 급액제어 능력을 실험한 결과, 배지 종류에 관계없이 일사량제어법에 비해 배액전극제어법에서 배지함수량과 배액량이 안정 적이었다. 총수확량과 상품과량은 배액전극제어법에서 많았으며, 동일한 급액제어 처리 안에서는 배지간 차이는 없었다. 당도는 급액제어 방법의 차이보다는 배지의 종류에 영향을 많이 받았다. 배액전극제어법은 펄라이트뿐만 아니라 암면과 코이어배지에서도 범용적으로 일사량제어법에 비해 유리한 것으로 나타났다.

In addition to this, it grasped what the obstacle elements are in use of an integrated system, and analyzed the effect in use of an integrated system through the survey on 58 enterprises that operate an integrated system, From the result of this study, we have known that the obstacle elements in operation of an integrated system are in lack of understanding of process, in lack of execution ability of system, in unfamiliarity of system and lack of willingness of the executives.
