        본 연구는 청말 학자 양수경(楊守敬)의 일본방서지에 수록된 조선간본의 題記를 역주한 후 한중일 3국의 서적 수용 및 영향 관계 그리고 조선간본의 가치를 밝히고 자 하였다. 첫째, 양수경이 일본에서 발견한 조선간본을 어떻게 기록하고 평가하였는지를 분석하여, 청말 중국 지식인이 인식한 조선 출판물의 가치를 규명하였다. 둘째, 수록된 조선간본의 제기를 역주함으로써, 일본에 소장되었던 조선 고서의 실태를 재 확인하고 조선간본 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 셋째, 제기에 대한 역주를 통해 난해한 전문 용어의 이해를 돕고, 일본방서지에만 전하는 희귀 조선 간본의 존재와 해외 소재 가능성을 검토함으로써, 조선간본의 대중국·대일본 서적 수 용 및 영향 관계를 고찰하였다.

        This study investigated potential application of Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg root extract as a functional food ingredient by evaluating the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of tofu containing different extract concentrations. No significant differences were observed in the pH, acidity, moisture content, or color between the control and root extract-treated groups. Textural analysis showed that hardness, cohesiveness, chewiness, springiness, and gumminess decreased, whereas adhesiveness increased with increasing root extract concentrations. Compared with the control, antioxidant activity revealed that 2,2′-azino-bis(3- ethylbenzothiazoline- 6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activity, total polyphenol content, and total flavonoid content increased in parallel with the increase in root extract concentrations; however, no significant differences were detected beyond root extract concentration of 7.5%. Sensory evaluation showed that higher root extract concentration resulted in higher bitterness, aftertaste, and texture scores but lower brightness and savory scores. While no preferential decrease was observed with root extract concentration of 7.5% compared with the control, preferential decrease was observed with root extract concentration of 10%. These results suggest that incorporation of P. japonicum root extract does not significantly affect tofu quality characteristics. Therefore, P. japonicum root has a potential to be used as a natural bioactive food ingredient owing to its high consumer acceptability and improved antioxidant activity.

        This study explored how enzyme type (cellulase and pectinase), concentration, and mixing ratio influence the functional compounds and antioxidant activities of purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.). The enzyme treatment significantly impacted all measured parameters. At a cellulase concentration of 30 units, the total anthocyanin content reached 399.4 mg/100g dry weight (DW), representing a 163% increase compared to the control (151.6 mg/100g DW). Total polyphenol (1,799.7 mg GAE/100g DW) and flavonoid (475.3 mg CE/100g DW) contents also peaked under these conditions, while higher enzyme concentrations or increased pectinase ratios reduced extraction efficiency. The highest ABTS radical scavenging activity was noted at 30 units of cellulase (954.0 mg TE/100g DW) and at 80 units in a combined treatment of cellulase (2) to pectinase (1) (927.2 mg TE/100g DW), suggesting that moderate enzyme synergy enhances antioxidant release. Conversely, DPPH activity decreased with higher enzyme concentrations, with all combined treatments yielding lower results than the control. Overall, the optimal condition for enhancing both functional compound extraction and antioxidant activity in purple sweet potato was identified as a single treatment with cellulase at 30 units.

        This study optimized the extraction of β-carotene and antioxidant compounds from orange-fleshed sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) using response surface methodology (RSM) with ethyl lactate as a green solvent. A central composite design (CCD) was utilized to evaluate how the solvent-to-sample ratio, temperature, and extraction time affected efficiency. The regression model was statistically significant (Adj. R2=0.67), revealing that the solvent-to-sample ratio was the most influential factor, while temperature and time had relatively minor effects. The optimal conditions identified were a ratio of 12 mL/g, a temperature of 35°C, and an extraction time of 30 minutes, which resulted in a yield of 27 mg/100g of β-carotene, along with high levels of polyphenols, flavonoids, and strong antioxidant activities as measured by DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline- 6-sulfonic acid)) assays. Validation experiments demonstrated a close alignment between predicted and experimental values, confirming the model's robustness. These findings indicate that ethyl lactate effectively extracts not only carotenoids but also a wide range of antioxidants, underscoring its potential as a sustainable solvent for developing functional food ingredients.

        This study assessed the processing suitability and functional potential of sweet potato paste by comparing quality characteristics across different cultivars and heat treatment methods (steaming and baking). Generally, moisture content was higher after steaming, with the ‘Bodami’ and ‘Pungwonmi’ cultivars retaining more moisture, while ‘Jinyulmi’ and ‘Danjami’ had lower moisture levels. Purple-fleshed cultivars displayed negative a* and b* values, indicating bluish hues, whereas yellow-fleshed cultivars maintained stable b* values after heating. Both °Brix and free sugar levels increased after treatment, with baking significantly elevating maltose levels and enhancing sweetness. Apparent viscosity was higher in ‘Danjami’, ‘Jinyulmi’, and ‘Bodami’, while ‘Hogammi’, ‘Hopungmi’, and ‘Sodammi’ exhibited lower viscosity. Additionally, ‘Bodami’ and ‘Danjami’ demonstrated the highest levels of polyphenols, flavonoids, and antioxidant activities, confirming their potential as valuable functional ingredients. These findings underscore the importance of selecting appropriate cultivars and heat treatments to optimize the physicochemical and functional qualities of sweet potato paste.

        This study assessed dried vegetables derived from sweet potato petioles to promote the use of typically discarded aerial parts. The length (18.25 to 35.00 cm) and thickness (4.59 to 6.66 mm) of the petioles varied by variety, with ‘Hophungmi’ and ‘Tongchaeru’ showing promise for dried vegetable processing due to their longer and thicker petioles. In terms of color, ‘Hophungmi’ and ‘Shinmi’ exhibited high lightness, ‘Tongchaeru’ and ‘Hayangmi’ displayed strong redness, and ‘Pungwonmi’ had high yellowness. Rehydration rates and hardness increased over the harvest period, with ‘Pungwonmi’ and ‘Tongchaeru’ demonstrating excellent rehydration capacity. Additionally, ‘Hayangmi,’ ‘Shinmi,’ ‘Tongchaeru,’ and ‘Hophungmi’ maintained lower hardness levels, appealing to consumers who prefer a softer texture. Notably, the substantial polyphenol content (10.70 to 16.20 mg GAE/g) and flavonoid content (4.79 to 8.11 mg CE/g), along with antioxidant activity (DPPH: 1.11 to 2.14 mg, ABTS: 5.51 to 7.78 mg TE/g), indicate their potential as antioxidant-rich functional foods. This research supports the development of dried vegetable products tailored to consumer preferences.

        This study investigated phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants according to cultivar and growth stage. For 1st, 2nd, and 3rd harvested rapeseed plants, total polyphenol contents were 12.56~15.85, 10.28~13.17, and 9.94~16.01 mg gallic acid equivalents/g sample, respectively; total flavonoid contents were 9.86~11.05, 10.41~13.06, and 8.18~16.64 mg catechin equivalents/g sample, respectively; total chlorophyll contents were 17.26~21.66, 19.31~24.95, and 22.16~38.39 mg/g sample, respectively; and total glucosinolates contents were 31.13~46.22, 28.51~34.72, and 22.18~30.58 mg SE/g sample, respectively. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants were 3.26~5.91 and 10.69~17.17 mg trolox equivalents/g sample, respectively. FRAP activities of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd harvested rapeseed plants were 142.88~63.93, 37.97~61.24, and 32.93~52.36 mM/g sample, respectively. Phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants were found to be high in Halla, Yuryeo, and Yeongsan cultivars. Overall, phenolic compounds and radical scavenging activities of rapeseed plants tended to decrease as the harvest time was delayed. These results indicate that more research on functional ingredients and physiological activities of rapeseed plants is needed to diversify their fields of use.

        In this paper, a shot peening was conducted to improve fatigue life by increasing resistance to hydrogen embrittlement of STS316 steel, which is widely used in hydrogen environments. First, considering the efficiency of the shot peening process, an effective Almen intensity was selected and applied to the specimen surface. Second, the specimen was hydrogen embrittled at room temperature (25°C) and high temperature (60°C) using electrochemical hydrogen charging. Third, the mechanical property tests (tensile, hardness, roughness) and 4-points rotational bending fatigue tests of the specimen were performed. All mechanical properties decreased, but the fatigue life of the shot peened specimens improved at the both temperature conditions. Ultimately, the fatigue characteristics against hydrogen embrittlement of STS316 steel, which is used in various industrial fields, are improved through an effective shot peening process, and the effect is believed to be very significant.

        본 연구는 스노우베리 추출물과 발효 추출물을 대상으로 피부 상재균인 Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans를 이 용하여 천연화장품 소재로서의 항균 활성을 비교 평가하였다. 이를 위한 스노우베리 추출물의 항균 활성은 10-200mg/mL 농도에서 생육저해환(paper disc diffusion method)과 최소저해농도(Minimum inhibitory concentration)를 평가하였다. 스노우베리 추출물과 발효 추출물의 생육저해환을 확인하였을 때, 스노우베 리 추출물의 경우 뿌리 추출물에서만 100mg/mL, 200mg/mL의 농도에서 항균력을 나타내었고, 발효 추출 물의 경우 200mg/mL에서 항균력을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 스노우베리 추출물과 발효 추출물 의 4종의 세균에 대한 항균력은 확인할 수 있었으나, 진균인 Candida albicans에서는 항균력을 확인할 수 없었다. MIC 결과 스노우베리 잎, 뿌리 추출물에서 발효의 경우 줄기 추출물에서 각 균에 대한 최소저해 농도가 100mg/mL, 200mg/mL로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 스노우베리가 피부 개선을 위한 항균 소재 및 방부제로서의 활용 가치가 있다고 사료된다.

        본 연구는 소루쟁이 뿌리 추출물의 유효성 실험을 위해 항산화 활성 및 항균 효능을 확인하고 제형 안정성을 확인하였다. 항산화 활성으로는 DPPH radical scavenging, FRAP activity, ABTS+ radical scavenging, SOD-like activity를 진행하였으며 항균 활성 평가는 Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans 균주에 대해 생육저 해환과 최소저해농도를 평가하였다. 또한 소루쟁이 뿌리 추출물을 함유한 스킨을 21일 동안 pH, 온도, 일 광에 대한 경시 변화를 확인하였다. 항산화 평가 결과 0.0625-1mg/mL 농도에서 농도 의존적으로 활성이 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 생육저해환의 경우 100mg/mL 농도에서 각 균의 생육저해환이 10.45±0.34, 9.77±0.59, 9.92±0.22, 10.08±0.12로 대조군인 Methyl paraben에 비해 우수한 항균력을 확인할 수 있었고 최소저해농도의 경우 100mg/mL 농도에서 S. aureus, E. coli에 대한 항균력을 확인하였 다. 스킨의 pH 농도가 4.0, 6.0, 7.0에서 흡광도의 변화가 미미하였고, 4℃, 25℃, 40℃에서 온도가 높아질 수록 변색되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 스킨을 일광과 실온에서 보관했을 때 일광에서 변색이 일어난 것을 보아 소루쟁이 뿌리 추출물을 함유한 화장품은 차광하여 저온 보관하면 변색을 방지 할 수 있을 것으로 추 측된다. 본 연구 결과를 종합하였을 때 소루쟁이 뿌리 추출물은 항산화, 항균 활성을 기대할 수 있는 화장 품 원료로 이용 가치가 높을 것으로 사료된다.

        This study examined the quality characteristics and antioxidant properties of sword bean tea available in domestic markets. Each product of sword bean tea had distinct appearance characteristics. The color, pH, brownness, and turbidity of the tea varied significantly across different products, with tea bags showing higher levels of brownness and turbidity. The total polyphenol content of hot water extraction ranged from 165.13 to 517.69 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/100 g sample for pod tea, 999.36 to 2,054.74 mg GAE/100 g sample for tea bag tea, and 74.62 to 275.00 mg GAE/100 g sample for grain tea, respectively. Similarly, the total flavonoid content, measured in terms of catechin equivalents (CE), ranged from 39.51 to 65.00 mg CE/100 g sample for pod tea, 86.57 to 253.63 mg CE/100 g sample for tea bag tea, and 32.94 to 38.63 mg CE/100 g sample for grain tea, for hot water extraction. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of pod tea were 95.68 to 276.19 mg TE/100 g sample and 270.87 to 804.21 mg trolox equivalents/100 g sample, respectively, for hot water extraction. These results suggest the need to establish quality standards to ensure consistent quality of sword bean tea.

        In this study, quality properties of rapeseed oil by different roasting temperatures (140, 160, 180, and 200℃) were investigated. Roasted-pressed oil (RPO) showed a decrease in lightness and an increase in redness and yellowness with an increase in temperature compared to cold-pressed oil (CPO). In addition, the β-carotene and tocopherol content also increased in RPO as the roasting temperature increased. The tocopherol content increased by 18~20% in RPO at 200℃ compared to CPO. This increase in bioactive components led to improved radical scavenging activity dependent on roasting temperature, and RPO at 200°C showed a 2.7-fold improvement compared to CPO. Finally, it was observed that higher roasting temperatures resulted in an extended oxidation induction period, increasing by up to 3.3 times. In conclusion, roasting is an effective method for enhancing the oil functionality of domestic rapeseed varieties. This study provides basic data for producing high-quality oil.

        In this study, the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) technique was used to analyze the risk of expected risk factors and fishing possibilities during gillnet fishing within the floating offshore wind farms (floating OWF). For this purpose, the risks that may occur during gillnet fishing within the floating offshore wind farms were defined as collisions, entanglements, and snags. In addition, the risk factors that cause these risks were classified into three upper risk factors and ten sub risk factors, and the three alternatives to gillnet fishing available within the floating OWF were classified and a hierarchy was established. Lastly, a survey was conducted targeting fisheries and marine experts and the response results were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, among the top risk factors, the risk was the greatest when laying fishing gear. The risk of the sub factors for each upper risk was found to be the highest at the berthing (mooring), the final hauling of fishing net, and the laying of the bottom layer net. Based on the alternatives, the average of the integrated risk rankings showed that allowing full navigation/fisheries had the highest risk. As a result of the final ranking analysis of the integrated risk, the overall ranking of allowing navigation/fisheries in areas where bottom layer nets were laid was ranked the first when moving vessels within the floating OWF was analyzed as the lowest integrated risk ranking of the 30th at the ban on navigation/fisheries. Through this, navigation was analyzed to be possible while it was analyzed that the possibility of gillnet fishing within the floating OWF was not high.

        This study investigated the antioxidant characteristics of sweet potato according to different plant parts and drying methods. The sweet potato plant parts were divided into root tubers, stems, stalks, leaves, and tips, and the drying methods were freeze-drying and hot air drying. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents and radical scavenging activity of the sweet potato plant parts were significantly different depending on the plant parts and drying methods. The total polyphenol content of freeze-dried sweet potato leaves and tips were 52.76 and 46.19 mg chlorogenic acid equivalents/g sample, and the total flavonoid contents were 222.47 and 214.12 mg quercetin equivalents/g sample, respectively, and decreased with hot air drying. DPPH radical scavenging activity was higher in freeze-drying than hot air drying and was significantly different depending on the plant parts. The ABTS radical scavenging activity of freeze-dried sweet potato leaves and tips were 43.48 and 44.68 mg Trolox equivalents/g sample, respectively, and decreased with hot air drying. Therefore, additional studies on the functionality of using by-products from sweet potato cultivation are needed.

        This study analyzes the importance and implementation of countermeasures to reduce safety accidents that may occur during fishing in coastal gillnet fishing. Safety accidents that may occur in coastal gillnet fishing were classified into 56 measurement items in six areas: slips and trips, contact with machinery, falls, struck by object, musculoskeletal symptoms, and electrical shock. 35 fishermen belonging to coastal gillnet associations in Tongyeong and Namhae were selected as samples, and the importance and implementation of the proposed measurement items were investigated in the field. In addition, the results were evaluated visually by IPA analysis. As a result of the analysis, the importance of struck by object was the highest, and the implementation of slips and trips was the highest. On the other hand, prevention of musculoskeletal damage was found to be the lowest in both importance and implementation. The area with the most significant difference in importance and implementation by the classified area for measurement items was struck by object, and the area with the minor difference was slips and trips. Among the measurement items, the importance is highly recognized, but there are items with low implementation. To improve their level of implementation, countermeasures such as continuous education, economic support, and structural change of fishing boats should be prepared; moreover, policy support activities for implementation should be carried out.

        해운·항만 산업분야는 전통적으로 남성 중심으로 운영되어 온 산업으로, 여성 해기사의 진출 범위가 늘어나고 있지만 여전히 여성 종사자의 비율은 낮은 수준이다. 그러나 본 산업분야의 여성들이 겪는 진로발달 상의 어려움을 설명하고 이를 개선하기 위해 개인이 속한 사회문화적 맥락이나 환경적 요인을 포괄적으로 설명할 수 있는 진로장벽 및 진로결정수준에 대한 연구가 아직 수행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 M대학교 해사대학에 재학 중인 여학생들을 대상으로 진로장벽 요인을 도출하고, 진로장벽이 진로결정수 준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사였다. 해사대학 여학생들이 인식하는 진로장벽 요인으로 성차별(GD), 진로 미결정 및 준비 부족(IOU), 직장-가정 갈등(WFC), 개인특성 부족(LPQ), 기대보다 낮은 직업 전망(LOE)이 도출되었다. 도출된 진로장벽 요인이 진로결정수준에 어떤 영 향을 미치는지를 분석한 결과, 진로 미결정 및 준비 부족(IOU)이 진로결정수준에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성차별 (GD), 직장-가정 갈등(WFC), 개인특성 부족(LPQ), 기대보다 낮은 직업 전망(LOE)은 진로결정수준에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 진로장벽을 극복하고 진로결정수준을 향상시키기를 원하는 해사대학 여학생들을 대상으로 하는 진로지도 및 상담을 위한 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        In this study, we investigated how satisfaction with on-board training had an effect on career motivation of the trainees. For this purpose, satisfaction for on-board training and career motivation were used as variables. Satisfaction for on-board training were classified into education, environment and operation, and then measurement items were composed. Career motivation consisted of career identity, career insight and career resilience. To establish and test nine hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted by 57 trainees who participated in the Gyeongsang National University on-board sailing training in 2021. To analyze the questionnaire responses, frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and paired sample t-test were used. As a result of factor analysis, six factors for satisfaction for on-board training were derived. Among the factors, it was analyzed that satisfaction with assignments, the satisfaction with accommodation, and the satisfaction with the adequate condition of facilities and equipment had a significant effect on career motivation. In addition, it was found that career motivation significantly increased through on-board training as a result of comparing the difference between the averages of career motivation before and after on-board training.

        In this study, factors such as improvement of a fishing process and safety, reduction of the labor force and headcount and development of the automation technology for offshore (eel and crab) pot fishing vessels were analyzed. A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze and select the key factors using independent/paired sample t-test and correlation analysis, and a living lab was operated with ship owners, skippers and experts to discuss practical needs of the site. From the result of questionnaire survey and field requirements, it was possible to understand the level of awareness of ship safety, general safety equipment, fishing work process and fishing safety equipment from the point of view of the field. In addition, there were differences in the measurement results of each items because the working environment and experience were different according to the position of the ship owner and the skipper. The results of the questionnaire survey and various perceptions of field stakeholders were reflected when analyzing the fishing system and fishing process to choose the development equipment applicable to the field. From the analysis results, the selected development equipment based on the fishing equipment and process currently in operation are pot washing device, catch separation and fish hold injection device, length limit regulations and bait ejection device after use, automatic main line winding device, bait crusher, automatic (crab) pot hauling separator and so on.
