        본 연구에서는 콘크리트내로 침투하는 염소이온을 모니터링하기 위하여, 스크린프리트 기법으로 염소이온 반응형 부식센서를 개발하고, 센서의 세선 수가 부식반응도 및 민감도에 미치는 영향을 실험을 통하여 정량적으로 분석하였다. 개발된 부식센서를 이용하여 염소이온량에 따라 부식 반응도을 확인하였으며, 센서의 파괴정도에 따른 저항변화에서는 단선형 센서보다 다선형 센서에서 큰 저항 변화를 나타내었다. 또한, 부식센서는 NaCl 수용액의 농도가 높은 만큼 센서의 저항변화가 크고, 콘크리트 내에서 센서 종류에 따른 부식저항은 단선형보다 다선형에서 민감도가 높게 나타났으며, 센서의 매설깊이가 클수록 저항변화 사이클 (cycle)은 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로, 본 연구에서 개발된 부식센서는 염분에 대한 부식반응과 민감도, 저항의 변화를 감지할 수 있었으며, 특히 7세선이 우수한 결과를 나타내어, 염분의 침투정도를 모니터링 하는데 가장 적합하다고 판단된다.

        해수중 환경에서 콘크리트 구조물 내에 매립된 철근은 용존산소의 부족으로 부식이 잘 발생하지 않는다. 이 때문에 해수중 환경의 부식촉진시험은 전기화학적인 방법으로 실시되어, 실제 부식 메커니즘과 맞지 않고 장기거동과의 상관성 도출도 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해수중 환경에서의 부식촉진시험법을 정립하기 위해 온도와 염화물농도를 주된 변수로 부식촉진시험을 실시하였다. 부식의 발생 유무는갈바닉 전위측정법과 반전지전위법을 통한 철근부식모니터링 결과로 판단하였다. 부식촉진시험 결과 온도의 영향이 가장 지배적이라고 평가되었다. 염화물량은 시험 시편의 깊이별 염화물 농도를 측정하였다. 동일한 조건으로 FEM 내구성 해석 프로그램인 DuCOM을 통해 염화물침투 해석을 실시하여 입증하였다. 또한, 인공해수 침지 조건에 따른 용존 산소량은 실험을 통해 구했으며 이를 통해 부식촉진시험 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다.

        방사성 폐기물을 지하에 장기 보관하는 금속 용기에 관한 생지화학적 부식 특성을 알아보기 위해 주철과 구리로 된 금속재료를 환원조건 하에서 디설프리칸스 황산염환원미생물과 3개월간 반응시켰다. 금속재료의 화학적/광물학적 변화를 알아보기 위해 주기적으로 용존 금속이온들의 농도를 측정하였으며, 실험이 종료된 이후 금속 시편 및 표면 이차생성물들을 전자현미경을 이용하여 분석하였다. 디설프리칸스가 없는 조건에서는 금속재료의 부식이 매우 미약하였으나, 미생물이 있는 경우에는 부식이 상대적으로 컸다. 관찰된 생지화학적 부식 산물은 주로 맥키나와이트와 황화구리 같은 검은색의 금속황화물이었으며, 표면에서 쉽게 분리되거나 콜로이드화되어 부유하였다. 특히, 구리 시편의 경우 용액 상에 용존 철이 존재할 때 세균에 의한 구리 부식의 가속화가 관찰되었는데, 이는 구리 표면에 다른 종의 황화철이 성장하면서 구리 간의 결속력을 약화시켰기 때문인 것으로 보인다.

        The pilot plant experiment was performed to investigate phosphorus and nitrogen removal from domestic wastewater by MLE process combined with aluminum corrosion reactor. When operating 0.5Q and 1Q to internal recycle and sludge recycle in the MLE process, the effluent CODMn concentration of internal recycle 0.5Q were higher than internal recycle 1Q, the removal efficiency rates of NH3-N in the internal recycle 0.5Q were was higher than internal recycle 1Q. Denitrification rates were about 86.8% in internal recycle and sludge recycle 0.5Q. When operating 0.5Q to internal recycle and sludge recycle in the MLE process, the removal efficiency rates of total nitrogen was the highest. The removal efficiency rates of total phosphorus was about 91.5% in the aluminum corrosion reactor.

        비파괴 기법중 반전위 측정법은 부식가능성을 정량적으로 판별할 수 있으므로 꾸준하게 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 피복두께를 10, 30, 60mm, 물-시멘트비를 0.35, 0.55, 0.70으로 변화시킨 RC 시편을 대상으로 비말대 지역을 모사한 촉진염해분무실험을 수행하였다. 45일간의 촉진 염해 분무시험을 수행한 뒤, RC 시편에 대하여 반전위값을 측정하였다. w/c 0.55 조건에서 피복두께가 10mm인 RC 시편은부식이 발생하였으며, w/c 0.7인 경우 피복두께 30mm인 시편에서도 부식이 발생하였다. 실험결과를 이용하여 물-시멘트비와 피복두께를 변수로 하는 반전위 평가식을 제안하였으며, 비말대지역에서 부식을 억제할 수 있는 조건을 도출하였다. 또한 Life 365 프로그램을 이용하여 비부식 조건의 w/c와 피복두께를 분석하였으며, 본 연구의 결과인 반전위 측정값과 비교하였다.

        The corrosion is a main cause of degradation damage in the steel bridges. The evaluation whether the repair or reconstruction would be need or not for the corroded steel member, is based on cross section and quantity of corroded portion. It is considered reasonable that the evaluation will be base on the endurance of the corroded member. In this study, the bending endurance of the I-shaped steel girder with the local corrosion on the lower flange is discussed by using elastic-plastic finite element analyses. That simple way of estimating it is also proposed.

        Severe corrosion damage on the deck surface of a orthotropic bridge deck with bulb rib has been reported in Japan. Therefore, in this study, structural behaviors of a orthotropic bridge deck was numerically examined using FE analysis program MARCment2010. Thus, its deck thickness was decreased according to corrosion damage level of the deck. The deformations and the stress distributions of a orthotropic bridge deck with bulb rib were compared and evaluated.

        In this study, the inhibitive effect of electrochemical treatment subjected to fresh and hardened concrete and literature reviews in terms of the treatment were performed. In hardened concrete, chloride ions are mixed during casting to destroy the passivity of steel, and then the current was provided for 2 weeks with 250, 500 and 750 mA/m2. After completion of electrochemical treatment, the extraction of chloride ions was quantified and repassivation of steel was observed. Simultaneously, the equated levels of current density for 2 weeks were applied to fresh concrete. Steel-concrete interface in concrete was observed by BSE image analysis and the concrete properties in terms of the diffusivity of chloride ions and the resistance of steel corrosion was measured. As the result, electrochemical treatment is very effectiveness to rehabilitate the passive film on the steel surface and 63-73% of chloride ions in concrete were extracted by the treatment. As the treatment was applied to fresh concrete, the resistance of steel corrosion was improved due to the densification of Ca(OH)2 layers in the vicinity of steel. However, an increase in the current density resulted in an increase in surface chloride content of concrete.

        In this study, performance of the post-installed anchor system was evaluated with reduced strength of concrete and anchor. One of the post-installed anchors was selected to performance evaluation. Concrete strength was reduced by freeze-thawing test, and the post-installed anchor strength was reduced by corrosion test. The post-installed Anchor was installed in concrete of freezing and thawing and original concrete, and corroded anchor was installed in original concrete only. Anchor diameter and installation depth of the anchor were the variable for each specimen. Performance of post-installed anchor system of each specimen was evaluated by pullout test. Anchor diameter and installation depth of anchor, it may affect the performance of the post-installed anchor system from the experimental test results. Fracture mode of each post-installed anchor system had occurred differently depending on the durability of concrete and anchor. The anchor pullout strength from the experimental test results was used in order to compare with the results of CCD (Concrete Capacity Design) method, and CCD equation was modified. Modified equation was able to predict the anchor pullout strength of post-installed anchor system in Original concrete and freezing and thawing of concrete.

        In this study, tensile and axial buckling strength of corroded steel plates was evaluated based on the axially loading tests of corroded specimens, which were cut off at a temporary steel structures. The tensile and axial buckling strength of corroded specimens and non-corroded specimens could be evaluated identically by using effective thickness, which is equal to average thickness minus standard deviation of residual thickness.

        The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding herbaceous peat on growth performance and meat quality of Holstein beef cattle. Total of 20 Holstein beef cattle (18~20 month of age, 657±31kg body weight) were conventionally and separately fed a concentrate diet and rice straw for 134 days. The dietary treatments were randomly assigned by complete block design into four treatments, each of which were five heads in early fattening stage. The treatments in this study were the control group fed basal diet, feeding herbaceous peat group (5%/diet, T1), feeding coated vitamin C group (20g/head, T2) and feeding mixture of herbaceous peat and coated vitamin C group (5%/diet+20g/head, T3). The initial body weights between the groups of control, T1, T2 and T3 were similar showing with 689±31, 661±24, 659±32 and 622±19kg.         This study was conducted to determine the effects of supplementing herbaceous peat preparation and vitamin C in order to find out its effects on immunity and growth performance in Holstein calves. Twenty Holstein calves (39.3±4.21kg average initial body weight) were allocated into four treatments by completely randomized design. Dietary treatments included: 1) control (Basal diet), 2) treatment 1 (control +5% herbaceous peat), 3) treatment 2 (control+10g vitamin C) and 4) treatment 3 (control+10g herbaceous peat+10g vitamin C). The duration of the experiment was 38 days in this experiment, and blood metabolism, dry matter intake, body weight and diarrhea frequency were investigated. For blood metabolism, white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils (NE), lymphocytes (LY), and red blood cells (RBC) did not show any significant differences among treatments. Average daily gain and feed conversion were highest in T1 group feeding with the herbaceous peat preparation compared to the control groups and diarrhea frequency showed lowest in T3 group. Overall results of the present experiment indicated that dietary supplementation with herbaceous peat influenced positively on growth performances in Holstein calves.
