최근 우리나라에서는 자가면역췌장염의 증례보고가 늘 고 있다. 자가면역췌장염의 정확한 진단은 임상적으로 매우 중요한데, 이는 임상적으로 그리고 영상학적으로 췌장 악성종양과의 감별이 어렵기 때문이다. 자가면역췌장염의 경우, 스테로이드에 대하여 반응이 좋고, 수술적 치료를 피할 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다. 이번 증례보고에서 저자들은 영상검사에서 자가면역췌장염을 충분히 의심할 만한 환자에서 생검상 림프종으로 확진된 증례를 경험하 였기에, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
The purpose of this case is to find effectiveness of improvement of cognitive function with head injury patients through Computer-Assisted Cognitive Rehabilitation(CACR) program within various training programs. The subjects were three inpatient persons with head injury on Rehabilitation Hospital in Yonsei University and aged 28 and 14 and 2 woman and another man. It was used PSS CogRehab program during 15 days. Cognition, perception and activities of daily living(ADL) were compared pre-CACR with post-CACR by LOTCA, MVPT and MBI.
According to this case study, in spite of short-term period, the subjects had changed of performance skills of cognition, perception and activities of daily living.
Results were as follows :
1. LOTCA score of 3 cases showed increasing change after CACR performance, especially perception and visuoperception organization were increased.
2. Raw score was increased and processing time was controlled adjustable of MVPT within 3 cases.
3. MBI score of 3 cases were improved, especially dressing, feeding and toileting were improved each one step.
This study was conducted to find material having antibacterial activity. The effects of preservatives, antibiotics and oriental medicines on growth of tested microorganisms were investigated. The growth of all tested bacteria was inhibited by water extract of Schizandra chinensis. Antibacterial activity on the concentration of Schizandra chinensis extract was tested. The growth of Escherichia coli W3110, Enterobacter cloacae MG82 and Salmonella typhimurium was extraordinarily inhibited by more than 0.2% concentration of Schizandra chinensis extract. The specific growth rate of Escherichia coli W3110, Enterobacter cloacae MG82 and Salmonella typhimurium under control condition had mean values of 0.514(hr-), 0.381(hr-) and 0.489(hr-), respectively. When 0.2% of Schizandra chinensis extract was added, specific growth rates of Escherichia coli W3110, Enterobacter cloacae MG82 and Salmonella typhimurium were decreased, compared to control, in 1.26, 2.23 and 1.50 fold, respectively. Minimal inhibitory concentration of Schizandra chinensis extract was 0.25% on the tested microorganisms. The growth of Enterobacter cloacae MG82 was more inhibited by Schizandra chinensis extract than other tested microorganisms.
The load-deflection curve and neutral axis changing curve, which were drawn by data from tests were analyzed. Both of steel fiber and reinforcing bar habe effect to induce the behavior of segmental U-shaped girder. The combination of 0.7% or 1.0% steel fiber and reinforcing bar sowed the effective ductle behavior of segmental U-shaped girder. The relationship of load-deflection and the crack pattern indicate that the appropriate combination are UFS1.0 and CFS1.0
After the application of the formuar for the reinforcement index to the behavior of the UHPFRC box girders, reinforcement index does not determine the characteristic of behavior of UHPFRC box girder exactly. So the index should consider the dimension precisely and reference value corresponding to the 0.005 strain of the prestressing strands.
This study is based on developing a free-cement. The Setting time of 100% GGBS(Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag) admixed alkali-activators is measured, the influence of cation of alkali-activators on setting time is assessed. As a result, in case of mixing KOH or NaOH, setting time is getting shorter, although, GGBS admixed Ca(OH)2 has similar setting times regardless of concentration of alkali-activators.
On this study, a compressive strength with variation of oxide aluminum contents on calcium aluminate cement used for particular purpose due to good properties is analyzed. Thus, the results propose future research direction.
Based on the study of pore structure of cement-free mortar, it was found that cement-free mortar mixed with Ca(OH)2 type alkali-activator had the lowest transmissivity on the mercury intrusion porosimetery and had the lowest chloride penetration rate on the rapid chloride penetration test.
시멘트 내 6가 크롬은 피부질환이나 암을 유발할 수 있는 유해한 인체에 유해한 이온으로 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 사람에게 영향을 주는 시멘트 내 6가 크롬의 정량적 분석을 하고자 시멘트 및 시멘트 경화체 내 6가 크롬의 고정화에 대해 평가하였다. 국내에서 생산되는 일반 포틀랜드 시멘트 3종과 플라이애쉬, 고로슬래그 미분말, 실리카퓸을 사용하여 수용성 및 산가용성 6가 크롬을 분광광도법으로 측정하였다. 측정결과, 시멘트 내 수용성 6가 크롬의 농도는 10.5-18.9 mg/kg-cement 범위였으며 혼화재료 내 수용성 6가 크롬의 양은 매우 적게 측정되었다. 시멘트 내 산가용성 6가 크롬의 농도는 172.4-318.2 mg/kg-cement 범위로 측정되었으며 수용성 6가 크롬에 비해 증가하였다. 그러나 크롬의 pH에 의존적인 용해 특성에 따라 용매의 pH가 저감된다고 하여 산가용성 6가 크롬의 농도가 항상 크게 측정되지는 않았다. 시멘트 수화 후 수용성 6가 크롬은 2.0 mg/kg-cement 정도로 감소하였으며 이는 크롬산-에트링게이트 생성에 의한 결과임을 확인할 수 있었다.
The present study concerns the properties of cement-free concrete using binding capacity of cement paste. The cement-free was casted with alkali-activators(KOH, NaOH, and CaOH2) by weight of binder. The properties of cement-free concrete was studied compare to that of OPC. It was found that an increase in the chloride concentration resulted in a decrease the binding capacity of OPC.
In a attempt to verify a reduction characteristic in leaching for hexavalent chromium from concrete structures, concrete specimens blended with Loess additive was exposed to sea environment followed by measuring the concentration of Hexavalent chromium from the specimens. Additional experiments with respect to basic properties of concrete with Loess additive were also performed. The entire results of experiments revealed that the reduction characteristic was predominant for concrete with Loess additive and basic properties of concrete with Loess additive were comparable to that of concrete with OPC.
In this stduy, Calcium aluminate cement (CAC) and Ordinarly portalnd cement (OPC) concretes were evaluated by electrical ion penetration and diffusion to assess chloride transport properties. Both methods used concrete specimens. Electrical ion penetration measured total charge passed concrete specimens at 28, 56, 91 days, and chloride profiles were shown to evaluate chloride transport with diffusion after immersing concrete specimens in 4M NaCl solution during 200 days.
To assess the steel corrosion resistance for Calcium aluminate cement and Ordinary portland cement against internal chloride ions, mortar specimens were cast, assuming aggregates are inert. Linear polarisation, half-cell potential and mass loss were chosen to measure the rate of steel corrosion.
본 연구에서는 철근 콘크리트 터널 구조물을 해상 대기중 비래염분이 침투하는 터널 내벽과 해수에 항시 접촉하는 터널 외벽으로 구분하여, 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션에 의해 철근 부식 개시 확률을 예측하였다. 염해관련 변수의 변동성을 평가하기 위하여 염소이온 확산계수, 표면 염소이온농도, 피복두께, 임계 염소이온농도를 실제 실험 및 문헌 조사를 통해 확률특성을 구하였다. 그 결과 염소이온 확산계수의 평균치는 3.77×10^(-12) ㎡/s 이었으며, 대상 부재인 터널 내벽과 외벽의 피복두께는 각각 45.5mm, 94.7mm으로 조사되었고, 임계 염소이온농도의 평균은 결합재 단위중량당 0.69%이었다. 각 변수의 확률적 특성에 근거하여 노출기간에 따른 철근위치에서의 염소이온 농도 분포를 구하였다. 재령이 증가할수록 침투 염소이온 농도의 평균값은 증가하며, 변동계수는 감소하게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 확률론적 염해 해석기법을 적용하여 콘크리트 터널 내벽과 외벽에 대해 내구수명 및 부식개시 확률을 평가하였다. 염소이온 침투의 시간의존성을 고려하지 않은 경우 터널 내벽과 외벽에 대해 각각 8년, 12년의 내구수명이 도출되었으나, 시간의존적 모델에서는 178년, 283년의 내구수명이 계산되어 구조물의 설계내구수명(100년)을 만족하고 있음을 보였다. 또한, 시간의존성을 고려하지 않은 경우 100년에서의 부식 개시 확률은 터널 내벽과 외벽에 대해 각각 59.5, 95.5%였으며, 시간의존성 모델에서는 2.9, 0.2%로 계산되었다. 따라서 구조물의 과다설계를 방지하고 보다 합리적인 내구수명 설계 및 평가를 위해서는 염소이온 확산의 시간의존성을 고려하여야 한다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 문헌 조사를 통해 구한 부식 발생 임계 농도를 현재 콘크리트 관련 기준에 제시한 값과 비교하여 분석하였다.
