최근 게임 내 광고(In-Game Advertising)는 그 어느 때보다 더 게임개발사/퍼블리셔 및 광고업계의 관심을 끌고 있으며, 많은 이들이 게임내 광고가 게임 및 광고산업을 전혀 새로운 차원으로 발전시킬 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 논문은 배너 및 빌보드 광고가 게시된 온라인 레이싱 게임에 대한 실험을 통해 게임내 광고에 대한 경험적 연구결과를 담고 있다. 실증적 연구를 위해 현재 유럽지역에서 서비스 중인 3D 온라인 레이싱게임 호보런을 연구조사 대상으로 삼았다. 본 연구의 실험결과는 이전의 연구결과와는 상이한 점을 보이기도 하지만, 게임내 광고의 잠재적 가능성을 예증한다. 또한 게임관람자의 게임내 광고에 대한 인식률 실험을 통해 E-Sports와 관련한 게임내 광고의 가능성을 논의한다.

게임을 런칭할 때 먼저 공개하는 홍보 영상, 그리고 게임을 시작할 때 나오는 오프닝 동영상은 게임 프로모션의 중요한 수단으로 사용되고 있다. 그 외에도 동영상은 해당 게임의 퀄러티를 대변하기도 하고, 게임을 보다 재미있게 만드는 내러티브를 부여하는 역할도 한다. 최근 게임들은 발전된 3D그래픽 하드웨어를 이용하여 실시간 영상을 보여줄 수 있음에도 불구하고 3D소프트웨어 렌더링을 거친 저장된 영상을 보여주는 방식을 취하고 있는데, 이는 화려한 그래픽이 더 큰 광고 효과를 주기 때문이다. 이와 함께 가상공간에서의 진행이라는 게임 비주얼의 특성으로 인하여 게임에서는 주로 3D 소프트웨어를 활용한 동영상을 제작하고 있다. 본 연구는 제작경험을 바탕으로 한 실무자를 위한 것으로 연구자의 선행 연구인 효율적인 2D 이미지 포맷 연구를 기반으로 하고 있으며, 3D 애니메이션 제작공정간에 사용되는 동영상 포맷과 그 특성을 분석하여 보다 효율적인 동영상제작을 위한 애니메이션 포맷을 선정할 수 있는 기초를 마련하고자 하였다. 본론에서는 용량대비 최고 화질을 유지하기 위한 중요 고려사항인 비손실 압축방식이 애니메이션 포맷에서도 존재함을 소개하였고, 쉽게 구해서 설치할 수 있으며 후반작업에 꼭 필요한 알파채널을 내재하고 있는 AVI포맷의 라가리스(lagarith)코덱과 TIF 시퀀스파일을 가장 적합한 포맷으로 제안하였다. 본 논문이 학교교육이나 실무 작업에서 동영상 포맷을 선택함에 있어 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

It is an important and urgent issue to improve process capability in quality control. Process capability refers to the uniformity of the process. The variability in the process is a measure of the uniformity of output. A simple, quantitative way to express process capability, the degree of variability from target in specification is defined by process capability index(PCI). Almost process capability indices are defined under normal distribution. However, these indices can not be applied to the process of non-normal distribution including reliability. We investigate current research on the process of non-normal distribution, and advanced method and technology for developing more reliable and efficient PCI. Finally we suggest the perspective for future study.

This study aims to introduce the concept of equipping church to church leaders in Korea for more effective lay leadership development and lay ministry. The traditional churches, which are hierarchical, institutionalized, and clergy-driven, generally do not have a well-organized sequential process for equipping the laity. As a result, in these traditional churches, lay people remain as bystanders, subordinates, and receivers of ministry, rather than becoming creative partakers in ministry. In contrast, some churches are focusing on lay development through well-organized sequential phases and are deploying equipped lay people in various ministries according to their spiritual gifts. These churches are called “equipping churches.” Based on this understanding, in section II, the author defines the equipping church as a church that focuses on educating lay people for ministry and leadership in order for effective shared ministry to occur. In section III, the author discusses theological basis for the equipping church, which includes ecological ecclesiology, the priesthood of all believers, and holistic ministries according to spiritual gifts. These theological understandings are all based on the biblical teaching of the church as the body of Christ, in which all people of God are interrelated and work together according to their spiritual gifts for the kingdom of God. In section IV, the author presents five essential qualities that shape the equipping church: (1) Equipping pastor, (2) Equipping process, (3) Equipped lay leaders, (4) Shared ministry, and (5) Laos-driven structure. The author names these essential qualities ‘Five Pillars of the Equipping Church.’ In this church, the main role of the pastor is to equip lay people to be mature Christian ministers. Through well-organized equipping processes, equipped lay leaders occur and lead various kinds of ministers according to their spiritual gifts. Therefore, the equipping church has laos-driven structure in which the clergy and the laity build horizontal and circular network relationship, keeping same ontological status. Today many Korean church leaders are struggling with instantly-made lay leaders who have not passed through an appropriate equipping process and entered into the inner-circle of the Church to practice leadership. Leadership-making is a process, not a day event. Through a well-planned sequential process, effective lay ministry partners are produced. Without a well-organized lay-equipping process, the Church cannot have entrepreneurial Christian lay leaders. Therefore, Korean church leaders should focus on developing well-organized and sequential equipping processes for the naïve/beginning Christians to be effective lay ministry partners. The older mechanistic, linear, and hierarchical structure of the church needs to be replaced by ecological, circular, and horizontal organism, which is biblically faithful. This can be possible through the equipping church which is a model of church renewal.

Identifying effective chemical control agents of Bemisia tabaci biotype B and Q is an important step toward IPM strategy. Until 2008, only 10 chemical agents were registered for B. tabaci. From the laboratory screening of 60 insect- and acaricides, 18 chemicals for egg, 10 for nymph and 8 for adult stage were found effective (>90% mortality). Also ten chemicals were less toxic to B. tabaci. Among ten chemicals, some conventional insecticides need further careful resistance monitoring. Field trials with some of the selected chemicals open the possibility to chemical control of B. tabaci biotype Q. Further consideration of non-target effects and resistance development has to be exerted before registration process.

인공지능 캐릭터의 가장 초기 연구는 로보틱스(robotics) 분야에서 시작되었다. 로봇에 대한 연구는 실세계를 반영한 반면 게임이나 애니메이션과 같은 가상 환경을 인지하고 반응하게 하는 가상 캐릭터에 대한 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상의 공간에서 캐릭터가 인지한 정보들 중에서 시각적으로 가장 중요하다고 생각되는 정보를 가진 사물을 주목하여 인지한 후 메모리에 단계적으로 저장하는 인공지능 엔진에 관해 기술하고자 한다. 특히 상향적 주목방식과 메모리를 이용한 하향식 주목 방법을 혼합하여 통합된 주목알고리즘을 적용하고 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 쿼드트리를 이용한 메모리 모듈을 이용해 실험한 결과 인공지능캐릭터는 빠르고 정확한 환경의 인지와 작업수행을 하였다.

文学是以文字表现出来的，文字就是文学的最重要工具。不过在韩国无论是一般人，或是学术界，对文字并没有明确的概念。韩国本来用汉字， 后来创制韩文，加以混用，由此韩国的文字就是汉字与韩文两种文字结合而成，一直用到现在了。不过混用两种文字，往往造成混乱，有些人主张废除汉字，专用韩文，很像是过去中国的鲁迅所说“汉字不灭，中国必亡。”的主张。尤其韩文学者的这种主张是很激烈的。汉字是韩国的国文，还是外文，国家及学术界都没有明确的答复。研究文学的学术界竟然对自己的文字也没有统一的标准，可以说是搞文学最基本的条件也没有具备。 在此主要探讨有关汉字的这种问题，想找一个标准，来建立国文的范围。汉字不能说是外文，韩国用汉字的历史已经超过两千年，过去韩国的文献，绝大部分都是使用汉字记载的。到了现在计较汉字的产地，排斥汉字，并否定用汉字的历史，这不能说是合理的态度。 世宗大王创制训民正音，并不是要代替汉字的，而是要补充汉字的缺点。汉字原来并不是很完善的文字。‘字形’到了秦始皇才开始用统一的形态。‘字音’呢，到了现代造出汉语拼音方案以后才有了全国性的标准音，这才有了半世纪左右的历史，又是借用罗马字母的。训民正音就是汉语拼音方案一样，给每个汉字注音，更进一步用韩国话解释字义，这是因为训民正音不只是表音符号，而是一个完整的表音文字，用来把汉字及汉文的意义都可以翻成韩文。 训民正音如此解决了当时文字的两大问题；其一确立汉字的注音方法，以确定汉字的标准音，其二可以记录当时的口语，一般平民也很容易掌握文字，可享有文字生活。 训民正音既是伟大，正如郑麟趾说；“因声而音叶七调，三极之义，二气之妙，莫不该括，以二十八字而转换无穷，简而要，精而通。……虽风声鹤唳鸡鸣狗吠，皆可得而书矣。”，不过训民正音还是表音文字，只能表音，不表义。因此与汉字结合，才能尽其功用，这就是世宗大王创制训民正音的目的了。 现在我们用汉字是极为自然的，单独用韩文是不合世宗大王的意图，是很明确的。再说我们用的汉字就是我们的文字。

This study focused on developing a comprehensive strategy for effective missions in North Korea in light of holistic mission. North Korea is a closed nation which calls for some practical mission strategies to be evangelized according to divine providence. Both the work of Holy Spirit and the work of the missionaries are essential to extend the kingdom of God in North Korea. First of all, this study pointed out the importance of developing a comprehensive mission strategy. The mission strategy is based on the concept of Missio Dei (God’s Mission) and the perspective of God‘s kingdom. In other words, both ecumenical and evangelical approaches are needed for a holistic mission in North Korea. This study found out six mission strategies as follows: First, rebuild churches in North Korea through the existing house churches. Second, focus on the people who have escaped from North Korea for freedom. Third, encourage NGO (Nongovernmental Organizations) missions. Fourth, carry out missions in cooperation with the North Korea Christian Federation. Fifth, pursue peaceful unification between North and South Korea. Sixth, carry out missions through Koreans who are living in China. Extending God’s kingdom in North Korea can be possible when some practical mission strategies are well developed and effectively applied. The mission strategies as well as the church’s ministries need to be contextualized so that the Gospel message can be meaningfully communicated to the people. As a result, a lot of true disciples of Jesus Christ can be produced. God will be glorified when many people in North Korea experience becoming a Christian. All Christians in North and South Korea need to arise and shine God‘s light to the world. “Arise, Shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” (Is. 60:1).

본 연구는 연안의 수질개선과 오염제어의 관점에서 효율적인 수질관리의 원리와 기법, 연안오염총량관리제 및 선진사례를 검토하였고, 현재 오염총량 산정시 나타나는 문제점 및 개선사항을 지적하였다. 또한, 오염총량제와 환경용량과의 관계, 해양환경 예측 모델로 활용되고 있는 생태계모델의 연구접근에서 중점적으로 검토해야 하는 사항을 토의하고, 나아가서 연안수질 관련 제도와 정책에서 반영하고 흡수해야 할 수질관리 내용과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연안오염총량제의 대상이 되는 연안에서는 환경영향평가와 사전환경성검토에서 해당하는 개발사업이나 계획 중 신규 오염원에 대해서는 오염부하삭감량과 할당량을 산정해서 평가서에 구체적으로 제시할 필요가 있고, 연안관리지역계획에서는 환경관리계획에 좀 더 중심을 옮겨 기본적으로 관할 해역으로 유입하는 오염원과 오염부하량 자료를 구축할 필요가 있다. 특별관리해역 등 향후 연안오염총량제 적용대상이 되는 지자체에서는 하수도관리계획 등 도시계획을 수립할 때 이러할 점을 고려해서 장기적이고 일관성있는 하수도정책이 수립되어야 할 것이다. 연안오염총량제도는 다른 환경관리해역으로 점진적으로 확대 시행되어야 할 것이로, 그 외의 지역은 지자체장이 주부장관과의 협의를 통해 자발적으로 시행하고 인센티브를 주는 것도 검토해야 할 것이다. 해역의 수질개선을 위해서는 생태계모델링에 의한 환경용량(수질적 차원의 총허용오염부하량) 산정이 필수적이며, 이와 관련한 적용모델의 신뢰성과 과학적 타당성 확보는 환경영향평가 관련 협의시 매우 중요한 검토항목으로 고려되고 있다 연안 육역에 존재하는 오염원에 대해서는 연안환경을 관리하는 주무부처가 주도적으로 감시 감독하고 관리체제에 환한 법적 거를 마련하거나 관련 법률을 정비해서 통합 운영해야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.
