        This study analyzes performance-cost ratio of various polycarbonate(PC) pigpen. The finite element models using the ANSYS program described in this paper is attractive not only because it shows excellent accuracy in analysis but also it shows the benefit of parameter study by using APDL. We have performed various parameter study of total 6 models. And we compared and analyzed the results of 6 models. From the numerical examples, we recommend model M2. Model M2 is PC pigpen with steel in PC.

        PURPOSES: This study is to find the substantial shortcomings embedded in the government policies and practical administrative processes associated with the Korean Transportation Database (KTDB) and to propose preliminary approaches to overcome. METHODS: Administrative and socioeconomic issues on inefficiency in public and private investment and redemption was found from the literature review. Through the interview of sets of experts and practitioners, a set of faultiness embodied in the administrative procedure utilizing and managing KTDB was found and analyzed. RESULTS: This study found the erroneous administrative elements categorized into four groups: faulty socioeconomic data supporting local governors’s optimistic will yielded overestimation of future traffic demand; faulty data incidentally introduced in KTDB burdened traffic demand analysis; unavoidable misuse of KTDB worsened the unstability of KTDB; and apathy to manage the KTDB data deviated systematic management. The proposed includes the alteration of the administrative and technical systems to overcome those shortcomings. CONCLUSIONS : Erroneous administrative elements associated with KTDB should be concerned prior to indicating subsequential faultiness in demand analysis.

        정부는 훼손된 해양생태계의 현황 및 원인을 파악하고 생태계 기능 복원 및 손실 방지 전략을 수립하기 위해 해양생태계 복원기술개발 사업의 시행을 고려하고 있다. 사업 시행 여부에 대한 판단을 위해서는 이 사업에 대한 경제적 타당성 분석이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 조건부 가치측정법(CVM, contingent valuation method)을 적용하여 사업 수행의 경제적 타당성을 분석하고자 한다. 지불의사 유도방법으로 유인일치적인 양분선택형 모형을 이용하되, 지불의사액 추정모형으로 영(0)의 응답을 명시적으로 다룰 수 있는 스파이크 모형을 적용한다. CVM 적용을 위한 설문조사는 미국 해양대기청의 지침에 따라 전국 1,000가구를 대상으로 일대일 개별면접을 통해 2013년에 시행되었다. 분석결과 연간 가구당 평균 지불의사액은 5,414원으로 추정되었다. 이 값을 전국으로 확장하면 향후 5년 동안 연간 약 986억원에 달한다. 이 값과 해양생태계 복원기술개발 사업의 투자비 정보를 이용하여 경제성을 분석한 결과, 순현재가치, 편익/비용 비율, 내부수익률은 각각 3,378억원, 5.20, 65.9 %로 산정되어 각각 0, 1.0, 5.5 %를 상회하므로 이 사업은 비용-편익 분석을 통과한다.

        Electric night storage heater was introduced and disseminated for power grid balancing and efficient management of power generation facility. But fuel cost for heating has been increased rapidly while the cost of electricity increased slightly. This abnormal rate system caused peak load in winter at last. To solve this problem, application of an air source heat pump was suggested. In the study, the effect of replacing night heater by heat pump and the economics were analysed. In addition the expectation of prospect of heat pump penetration was simulated based on surveyed and investigated data. As a result, fund supporting as well as institutional backing was needed for effective propagation and return of investment.

        This study analyzed the regional economic feasibility of greenhouse gases (GHGs) reduction technology in paddy rice. Firstly, the impact of GHGs reduction technol-ogy on productivity, emission reduction, and costs is different from region to region. Secondly, the water irrigation system contributes to productivity, GHGs reduction, and water reduction, but the profit of paddy rice will decrease because of increase in fixed costs and variable costs. Thirdly, the economic feasibility shows that water-savings plot has a 1.41 in a benefit-cost ratio.

        We are now currently facing serious climate changes such as super typhoon, flood, intense heat, severe cold, super hurricane, drought, desertification, destruction of ecosystem, marine pollution, reduction of food production, destruction of tropical forests, exhaustion of water resources, climate refugees, etc. All of the above mainly derive from greenhouse gas exhaustion. Such harmful consequence might directly affect mankind’s sustainable development. If we keep using resources that emits greenhouse gases, the global temperature will rise about 3.2℃ by year 2050. In case of 3℃ rise in temperature, it will result in abnormal climate which will bring about severe property damage. Moreover, 20~50% of the ecosystem will become extinct. As Korea’s economy increasingly expands, so do our energy consumption rises. And because of the consequences that can be driven by increasing rate of resource use, not just Korea itself, but also the whole world should seriously concern about greenhouse gases. Although agricultural division only takes up about 3.2% of total greenhouse gas emission, the ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs are taking voluntary actions to gradually reduce CO2 and so does each and every related organizations. In order to reduce CO2, introduction of new and renewable energy in farm house warming is crucial. In other words, implementing wood-pellet boiler and geothermal heat boiler can largly reduce CO2 emission compared to diesel boiler. More importantly, not only wood-pellet and geothermal heat is pollution-free but they also have economic advantages somewhat. In this thesis, the economic advantage and sustainablity will be introduced and proved through comparing practical analysis of surveyed farm house under structure employing wood-pellet boiler and geothermal heat boiler with Agriculture-Economic Statistic of 2012 who uses diesel boiler.

        하천에 설치되는 강변저류지의 효율적 설계를 위해서는 정확한 부정류 흐름 해석이 반드시 필요하다. 일반적으로 하천의 부정류 수치모의는 1차원 부정류 수치모형인 HEC-RAS를 많이 사용하고 있다. 하지만 강변저류지가 있는 하도에서의 부정류 흐름에 대한 수리실험과 현장 모니터링 자료가 거의 없기 때문에 HEC-RAS를 이용한 부정류 수치모의 결과의 신뢰도를 확신하기가 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부정류 수리실험을 수행하여 강변저류지가 있는 하도에서의 HEC-RAS를 이용한 부정류 수치모의 적용성을 검토하였다. HEC-RAS 적용성 검토는 직선수로에 강변저류지가 설치되어 있거나 그렇지 않은 경우에 대해 부정류 수리실험을 실시하여 측정된 결과와 비교하여 평가하였다. 특히, 강변저류지가 설치되어 있는 경우는 강변저류지의 저류용량이 충분하여 하도에서 강변저류지로 통하는 위어에 완전 횡월류 흐름만 발생하는 경우에 대해 실험을 수행하였다. 강변저류지가 설치되지 않은 직선수로에 대한 HEC-RAS의 수위 계산 결과는 최대 3% 오차를 유량은 최대 1% 오차를 보였으며, 강변저류지가 설치된 경우의 HEC-RAS 수위 계산 결과는 최대 4% 오차를 유량은 최대 2% 오차를 나타냈다.

        현재 부산 북항과 부산 신항간의 컨테이너 환적화물의 대부분은 육상을 통하여 운송되고 있으며, 일부 환적화물은 바지선(barge)을 통하여 해상으로 운송되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 녹색물류의 관점에서 부산 북항과 신항간의 환적 컨테이너의 바지선 운송수요가 증가될 것을 예상하여, 바지선 운송의 타당성을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 부산항 환적물동량의 북항과 신항간 바지선 운송에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 고려하여 연간 수익성을 예측함으로써 북항과 신항 간의 컨테이너 물동량의 바지선 운송 사업의 타당성을 분석하였다. 부강과 신항간의 환적 물동량 변동 시나리오를 사용하여 환적 운송물동량의 50%, 60%, 80%, 100% 운송의 경우와 바지선 월간 항차수 25회를 가정하여, 시나리오별 효과를 예측하였다. 바지선 운송사업은 북항과 신항 간의 TEU당 운임과 항차수에 따라 당기순이익이 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 바지선 운송 사업의 당기순이익이 흑자를 유지하기 위해서는 예상되는 최저 환적물동량이 확보되어야 하고 TEU 당 최저운임이 결정되어야 한다. 본 연구는 전세계적으로 녹색물류가 강화되는 시점에서 부산 북항과 신항간 환적 컨테이너의 바지선 운송 필요성을 제안하여 환경오염과 도시교통 체증 등의 사회적 비용감소에 기여하고자 하였다.

        In light of the growing traffic congestion problem and congestion cost, the container transport by railway has to be increased. The freight transport by railway can have decided advantages over trucks in terms of energy efficiency, emissions and cost for certain freight movements, just as transportation in the metropolitan region can have great advantages over driving truck. But the freight transport by truck should gain significant mobility benefits from a freight railway system. Thus, the DMT(Dual Mode Trailer) transport system which is coupled railway transport advantages with load transport advantages has been developed and used in the european countries. The DMT transport will therefore serve the areas required by transport organizers. The purpose of this paper is to estimate economical feasibility analysis for development of DMT transport system. Consequently, this study analyzed the characteristics of the DMT system. The horizontal load.unload system is being considered as an adoptable DMT system in consideration of the situation in Korea.

        Steel net gabion is eco-friendly retaining wall structure showing favorable ability to overcome construction and environmental restriction and also to resist corrosion, chemical attack and degradation. This paper is dealt with the applicability of gabion metal net as a substitution of existing strengthening material. Pull out test was carried out to verify the applicability of gabion metal net. According to results, the increase of surcharge loading and horizontal load resulted in a yield of metal net. The stress at the time of yield was in the range of elasticity. Accordingly, gabion metal net can be substituted for existing geogrid and there is a need for experiment and analysis of arrangement direction and durability of gabion steel net.
