        Recently, Korea Air Force has been facing a lot of problems in its pilot training system such as training time shortage due to the expensive gas price, noise pollution and difficulties in finding airspace for training. To tackle these problems, a new training system (called L-V training system) using both aircraft and its simulator has been suggested. In the system, a data link is established between aircraft and simulator to exchange their flight information. Using the flight information of simulator, aircraft can perform various air missions with or against imaginary aircraft (i.e., simulator). For this system, it is crucially important that fair fighting condition has to be guaranteed between aircraft and simulator. In this paper, we suggested an approach to impose a maneuvering restriction to simulator in order to provide fair fighting condition between aircraft and simulator.

        IPQC system was introduced for the flight safety at the age of scientific safety management in the 1980s. In spite of performing this system, aircraft accidents caused by human factors, which were above 70% among all flight accident factors, have not been reduced. Accordingly, throughout this paper I analyzed the aircraft accident factors by means of a literature study and a pilot survey. Then, based on the notion of TQC(Total Quality Control), I hierarchically classified Individual Quality into Capacity Management, Safety Management, and General Management and did the low-ranked management factors as well. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), one of the scientific management methods, was used for estimating the relative importance of Individual Quality Control factors and the heavy aircraft accident causes over the last 20 years were analyzed according to the flight ranks. Based on the comparative analysis of results derived above, an IPQC model as flight ranks is established. In short, according to this newly suggested model we can obtain the maximum flight safety with the preventive actions against aircraft accidents caused by human factors and by improving the operation effect under the reasonable pilot management.

        본 연구에서는 상수관망의 최적 수압모니터링 지점선정 알고리즘과 역추적 계산법을 이용한 누수탐지 알고리즘을 개발하였고 파일럿 플랜트에서 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 먼저 누수탐지를 위한 최적의 모니터링 지점선정을 선정하고 압력계를 설치하여 누수로 인한 압력변위를 측정하였다. 누수탐지를 위한 역추적계산법의 검증을 위하여 누수탐지를 수행하였고 파일럿플랜트에서 실제 재현된 누수의 지점과 누수량을 정확하게 산정하였다. 누수량을 0.0005 m3/s로부터 0.0018 m3/s까지 변화시키며 누수를 재현하였고 누수지점에 근접한 장소를 찾는데 성공하였다. 본 연구에 서는 실험을 통해서 누수탐지기법으로 사용된 역추적계산법이 유효함을 검증할 수 있었다.

        This paper was conducted experimental work to energy recovery and syngas production using a pilot scale fixed bed gasification process of solid waste. The temperature of gasifier bottom section was the highest at about 522 ~ 808oC. The syngas composition was contained CO 10.0 ~ 11.4%, H2 8.4 ~ 11.3%, CH4 3.7 ~ 3.9%, CnHm 3.3 ~ 4.3% with lower heating value 1,500 kcal/Nm3. About 68.8% of the waste and the air energy is converted to syngas. Approximately 8.4% is lost in heat of heat exchanger and cleaning process and about 0.8% of the heat energy is recycled into the gasifier in the form of preheated air. The electric power output rate was found to range 10.5 to 12.5 kW.

        Recently the use of smart phones and mobile devices is increasing rapidly, data search and retrieval in the mobile environments are generalized. There are only few mobile applications available in the area of agriculture while huge amount of new applications are developed and uploaded. The purpose of this study was to develop the android based mobile application for providing agricultural infrastructure and disaster information. The mobile application was designed through the database establishment and management system, server management system, and mobile application development. The database is composed of weather data, agricultural infrastructure data, and agricultural disaster data. By developing the mobile application which provides agricultural infrastructure information, it is expected to improve the accessibility to agricultural information and mitigate the agricultural disaster damages.

        Unlike many laboratory-scale studies on absorption of organic compounds (VOCs), limited pilot-scale studies have been reported. Accordingly, the present study was carried out to examine operation parameters for the effective control of a hydrophilic VOC (methyl ethyl ketone, MEK) by applying a circular pilot-scale packed-absorption system (inside diameter 37 cm × height 167 cm). The absorption efficiencies of MEK were investigated for three major operation parameters: input concentration, water flow rate, and ratio of gas flow-rate to washing water amount (water-to-gas ratio). The experimental set-up comprised of the flow control system, generation system, recirculation system, packed-absorption system, and outlet system. For three MEK input concentrations (300, 350, and 750 ppm), absorption efficiencies approached near 95% and then, decreased gradually as the operation time increased, thereby suggesting a non-steady state condition. Under these conditions, higher absorption efficiencies were shown for lower input concentration conditions, which were consistent with those of laboratory-scale studies. However, a steady state condition occurred for two input concentration conditions (100 and 200 ppm), and the difference in absorption efficiencies between these two conditions were insignificant. As supported by an established gas-liquid absorption theory, a higher water flow rate exhibited a greater absorption efficiency. Moreover, as same with the laboratory-scale studies, the absorption efficiencies increased as water-to-gas ratios increased. Meanwhile, regardless of water flow rates or water-to-gas ratios, as the operation time of the absorption became longer, the pH of water increased, but the elevation extent was not substantial (maximum pH difference, 1.1).

        자연재해를 비롯한 인적재난 등 방재정보에 대한 관리기관이 상이하고, 일부 보안이 요구되는 재난 정보의 특수성으로 인하여 적시적소의 자료 공유와 활용, 자료의 정확도 및 표준화 등 다양한 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소방방재청만의 고유주제도 개발을 위하여 기구축된 국가재난관리시스템(NDMS) 및 방재 관련 유관기관 자료에 대하여 자료 정확성 검토 및 수정작업을 수행하였으며, 이를 기초로 시범지역에 대한 방재기본도 및 방재주제도 작성을 위한 정량적 방법을 제시하였다. 아울러 구축된 방재기본도 및 방재주제도 자료들에 대한 효율적인 활용을 위하여 소방방재 지리정보시스템의 프로토타입을 개발하였다.

        선박이 부두에 이접안할 경우 쓰러스터나 특수 추진기가 없는 선박은 예선의 도움을 받아 이접안을 하게 된다. 이접안시 예선들은 도선사의 명령에 의하여 선박의 이접안을 도와주게 된다. 이때 본선과 예선의 위치가 2차원 지도에 표시되고 부두와의 상대적인 거리가 나타난다면 이접안에 매우 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 예선사용 지윈 시스템에 대해서 개념 설계를 수행하였다. 예선사용 지원 시스템은 본선, 예선 및 부두의 상황을 모니터링하는 예선사용 모니터링 기능과 해양환경을 고려하여 필요한 예선력을 계산하여 나타내주는 예선사용 자동화 기능을 갖고 있다. 이러한 예선사용 지원 시스템은 항만에 설치된 네트워크를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 추후 한국해양연구원의 선박운항 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 검증될 계획이다.

        This research aims to investigate the behavior of organic matter that causes bacterial re-growth and the formation of disinfectant by-products such as THM in water treatment, and to optimize conditions for a more efficient and conventional water facility. THM removed 51 % and 12 % through coagulation/sedimentation and filtration using a selected conventional system. In this experiment, the removal ratio of DOC was highest at 68 % when the Gt value was 42,000 and lowest at 41 % when the Gt value was 30,000. 77-84 % of total DOC was removed during coagulation/sedimentation, and 15-23 % was removed during filtration. When Gt values were between 30,000 and 66,000, over 50 % of high molecular matter above 10 K during coagulation/sedimentation was removed. Turbidity removed 98 % when the Gt value was 66,000. As the Gt value increased, the turbidity removal ratio increased. Turbidity removed over 20 % during the filtration process.

        To proceed mass production and improve its quality, we fermented potatoes using pilot system and investigated the changes in components during fermentation. After liquefaction and saccharification of potatoes by Nuruk(group I), crude enzyme(group II) and glucoamylase(group III), sugar contents in all groups were 18brix equally. However sugar contents in group(II) and group(III) after 24hrs decreased deeply to 7.2 and 8.8 % respectively, after 24hrs. Alcohol content in group(I) increased slowly and was the highest such as 6.8% after 48hrs. Fusel oils in all groups were n-propanol, isobutanol and isoamylalcohol. The major fusel oil in all groups was isoamylalcohol. At the early stage of fermentation, free sugars were glucose, maltose and lactose. Glucose decreased deeply during fermentation and at latter of the fermentation, galactose was detected in all groups. The contents of total free amino acid were 516.57~569.98 mg% in group(I), 193.97~292.11 mg% in group (II) and 186.31~270.53 mg% in group(III). The contents of aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, alanine, arginine, and histidine were high in all groups.
