PURPOSES: The occurrence of unexpected disasters, including fire events, increases as the road network becomes complicated and traffic volume increases. When a fire event occurs on and under bridges, the damage extensively influences direct damage to structures, vehicles, and human life and secondary socioeconomic issues owing to traffic blockage. This study investigated potential fire-hazard risks on bridges of the Korean national route roadMETHODS: The investigation was conducted using field investigation and analysis with satellite pictures and road views from commercial websites and the Bridge Management System (BMS). From the filed investigation, various potential fire resources were identified. The satellite pictures and road views were helpful in measuring and recognizing conditions underneath bridges, stowage areas, etc.RESULTS : There are various potential fire resources underneath bridges such as piled agricultural products, parked petroleum tanks, construction equipment, and attached high-voltage cables. A total of 94.6% of bridges have underneath clearances of less than 15 m. A bridge underneath volume that can stow a potential fire hazard resource was 7,332 m3 on average, and most bridges have about 4,000 m3 of space. Based on the BMS data, the amounts of PSC and steel girders were 29% and 25%, respectively.CONCLUSIONS : It was found that the amount of stowed potential fire hazard resources was proportional to the underneath space of bridges. Most bridges have less than 15 m of vertical clearance that can be considered as a critical value for a bridge fire. The fire risk investigation results should be helpful for developing bridge fire-protection tools.

In this study, we proposed a method for correcting non-compliance of the web standard in webpages based on the characteristics of sampled webpages. We collected about 70,000 webpages by using a web crawler and analyzed them by applying various statistical methods. We found that the top three most frequent types of errors and warnings consist of about 60% and 80% of the total number of errors and warnings, respectively. Based on these results, we focus on correcting four most frequent errors and warnings, and showed that the strategy corrected about 95% of these errors and warnings. In addition, we found that different types of errors and warnings are correlated in such a way that correcting one type of error or warning influences on the correction of another types.

플로우 데이터는 지역간 공간적 상호작용이나 상호작용에 따른 공간 조직의 형성과 변화 등을 분석하고 이해하는데 중요한 자료로 활용되고 있다. 플로우 데이터에 대한 전통적인 지도학적 시각화 방법으로 널리 사용되고 있는 유선도는 복잡하고 많은 유선의 표현에 따른 낮은 가독성이나 중첩성 등이 한계로 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 비공간적 데이터 뿐 아니라 공간 데이터의 새로운 재현 방법으로 각광받고 있는 정보 시각화 도구에 주목하여, 플로우 데이터의 지리적 시각화 기법으로서 정보 시각화 도구의 적용가능성을 탐색하고 각 기법에 대한 유용성을 체계적으로 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 자바스크립트 기반의 데이터 시각화 라이브러리인 D3.js의 강제 유향 그래프, 코드 다이어그램, 위계적 엣지 번들링, 생키 다이어그램, 시간 거리 그래프를 활용하였으며, 실제 고속 철도 운행 플로우에 대한 다양한 시각화 사례를 실제로 개발하여 보여주고 있다. 사례 분석 결과, 각 정보 시각화 기법은 전통적인 유선도가 갖는 한계들을 효과적으로 극복할 수 있으며, 플로우 데이터에 대한 대안적인 시각화 기법으로 유용하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이를 통해 본 연구는 플로우 데이터의 지리적 시각화 분야에 유용한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있고, 지리학, 지도학 및 공간 정보 분야에서 공간 정보의 매핑과 시각화 방법에 대한 인식적 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대한다.

This research is aimed at developing Web-Based Instructional Media in the Indonesian senior high school writing class. The Dick and Carey Model (2009) was employed as the development model. The steps began with identifying instructional goals, conducting instructional analysis, analyzing learners and contexs, writing the performance objectives, developing assessment instruments and instructional strategies, developing and selecting instructional materials, designing and conducting formative evaluation of instruction, revising, and finally designing and conducting summative evaluation. The overall results identified that the Educational Technology Expert validation reached 94.62%, the Media Expert reached 99.04%, and the Matter Expert reached 85.00%. These results proved that the use of Web-Based Instructional Media significantly improved the students’ writing skills. The small group trial demonstrated 78.38%, while the field trial 82.79%; these showed that the Web-Based Instructional Media could be implemented both in the small group and the field trial. In conclusion, the results of the expert validation and the field trials stated that the web-based instructional media is highly appropriate use in improving Bahasa Indonesian students writing skills.

Forecasting of box office performance after a film release is very important, from the viewpoint of increase profitability by reducing the production cost and the marketing cost. Analysis of psychological factors such as word-of-mouth and expert assessment is essential, but hard to perform due to the difficulties of data collection. Information technology such as web crawling and text mining can help to overcome this situation. For effective text mining, categorization of objects is required. In this perspective, the objective of this study is to provide a framework for classifying films according to their characteristics. Data including psychological factors are collected from Web sites using the web crawling. A clustering analysis is conducted to classify films and a series of one-way ANOVA analysis are conducted to statistically verify the differences of characteristics among groups. The result of the cluster analysis based on the review and revenues shows that the films can be categorized into four distinct groups and the differences of characteristics are statistically significant. The first group is high sales of the box office and the number of clicks on reviews is higher than other groups. The characteristic of the second group is similar with the 1st group, while the length of review is longer and the box office sales are not good. The third group's audiences prefer to documentaries and animations and the number of comments and interests are significantly lower than other groups. The last group prefer to criminal, thriller and suspense genre. Correspondence analysis is also conducted to match the groups and intrinsic characteristics of films such as genre, movie rating and nation.

국립생물자원관에서는 자생생물 조사 및 발굴 사업을 포 함한 다양한 생물다양성 관련 사업들을 통해 표본과 생물소 재 등을 확보하고 있다. 기확보된 표본과 생물자원의 위치 정보에 근거한 자생생물의 정확한 분포 정보의 체계적인 관리 및 활용을 위하여 2014년 생물공간정보 서비스를 구 축하였다. 생물공간정보 서비스에서는 생물종 분포, 지역별 분포, 주제별 분포, 프로젝트별 그리고 채집자별 분포 정보 를 서비스하고 있다. 생물종 분포 메뉴에서는 하나의 생물종을 선택한 후 전국 또는 지역별 분포 지도를 조회할 수 있으며, 지역별 분포에 서 행정구역(시·도, 시·군·구), 생태경관보전지역, 국립공원 을 선택하여 해당 지역 내 분포하고 있는 생물종을 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 행정구역에서는 광역시·도 및 시·군·구를 선택하여 분포 생물종을 조회할 수 있으며, 조사기간으로 시계열 조회가 가능하며, 고도검색, 버퍼검색 기능을 제공 하고 있다. 생태경관보전지역 검색기능에서는 거금도 적대 봉, 지리산, 동강유역 등의 생태경관보전지역 참조공간지도 를 적용하여 해당지역별 분포 생물종을 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 21개 국립공원 참조공간지도를 적용하여 각 국립공원별로 분포 생물종을 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 주제별 분포 메뉴에서는 기후변화지표생물종, 생태계교 란생물의 분포 정보를 제공하고 있다. 기후변화로 인해 계 절활동, 분포지역 및 개체군 크기 변화가 뚜렷하거나 뚜렷 할 것으로 예상되어 지표화하여 정부에서 지속적인 조사 및 관리가 필요한 생물종의 국내 분포를 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 외국으로부터 유입된 종이거나 유전자변형생 물체 중 생태계의 균형에 교란을 가져오거나 가져올 우려가 있는 야생동물로써, 환경부령에 의해 현재 18종이 지정되어 있는 생태계교란생물에 대한 국내 분포를 조회할 수 있도록 구성되었다. 분포지도에는 4가지 주요 검색 기능과 2가지 다운로드 기능을 포함하고 있다. 첫 번째, 포인트/그리드 검색을 통해 표본 하나하나의 포인트를 표시하거나, 특정영역(그리드) 의 생물종 또는 표본점수의 통계를 조회할 수 있다. 연도별 검색에서는 특정연도 또는 기간을 선택하여 해당 기간의 분포지도를 조회할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 고도 검색에서는 특정 고도 범위내의 분포지도를 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 강수량 검색에서는 특정 강수량 밤위 내의 분포지도를 조회 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 화면상에 나타나는 분포지도를 이미지 파일로 다운로드하거나 분포지도에 나타나는 데이 터를 엑셀파일로 다운로드 할 수 있도록 하였다. 생물공간정보 서비스에서는 국가 생물자원 관리시스템 내 생물표본 및 유전자원 데이터베이스를 원시데이터로 사 용하고, 고도자료 및 기상청에서 제공하는 강수량 자료를 환경변수로 사용하고 있다. 배경지도로는 V-World 위성영 상 및 일반지도와 Open Street Map을 이용하며, 참조지도 로써, 행정구역도, 생태경관보전지역, 국립공원 위치도를 사용하였다. 국립생물자원관에서는 국가생물종목록 연번체계(KTSN) 를 이용하여 누구나 생물종 분포지도를 쉽게 연계하여 이용 할 수 있도록 서비스를 구축할 예정이며, 국가 생물자원 관 리시스템에 등록되는 모든 표본 정보에 대해 실시간으로 분포를 포함함으로써, 효율적이고, 체계적인 관리가 가능하 도록 시스템을 고도화 할 예정이다. 향후, 종 다양성 분석 등 연구관련 기능의 강화를 위해, 비교 지역에 대한 종다양도, 우점도, 유사도, 동일종 등을 분석 가능토록 할 계획이다.

화산 분화시 분출량과 분연주 높이는 기상 자료와 함께 화산재 확산에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 대한 영향을 분석하기 위하여 유한 차분 명시적 방법과 오일러리안 기법 기반의 화산재 확산 모형인 FALL3D를 이용하여 수치해석을 실시 할 수 있는 화산재 확산 시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발하였다. FALL3D 시뮬레이션을 통한 화산재 확산 예측을 위해서는 풍향과 풍속 등의 기상 수치 자료가 필요하며 본 시뮬레이션 시스템은 한국 기상청의 UM(Unified Model) 자료와 NCEP(National Centers for Environmental Prediction)의 자료를 원시 자료로 사용할 수 있다. 또한 원시 기상 자료의 자료 해상도를 높이는 방법으로 WRF(Weather Research and Forecasting Model) 기상 모형 시뮬레이션이 절차에 포함된다. 마지막으로 화산재 확산 결과를 해석하기 위한 분석 방법을 추가할 수 있도록 하고, 그 결과를 웹 인터페이스를 통해서 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 화산재 확산 시뮬레이션 시스템은 화산재 확산 시뮬레이션 수행, 결과 해석 처리, 해석 결과의 가시화를 자동으로 수행하여, 화산재해의 분석 능력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Les apprenants coréens de français langue étrangère ont, en Corée, rarement l'occasion d'utiliser le français en dehors de la salle de classe. Cependant, le développement des outils de Communications Médiatisées par Ordinateurs (CMO) leur fournissent un environnement d'apprentissage plus favorable pour surmonter les contraintes d’isolement et les aident à améliorer leurs capacités à communiquer en français. Notre travail de recherche porte sur l’utilisation de ressources en ligne. Ce parcours est divisé en trois segments selon les stades atteints dans l'apprentissage de la prononciation : la présentation, la pratique, la production (3P). En outre, des questionnaires et des entretiens ont été menés pour mesurer l'utilité perçue de ce site. Sur dix semaines, les principaux résultats de cette étude sont les suivants: la prononciation a d'abord été analysée à travers un pré-test et un post-test par des enregistrements. Les résultats du post-test ont montré une nette amélioration de leur prononciation, en particulier en lecture à haute voix plus qu’en expression libre. Cela souligne la difficulté de parvenir à un usage automatique d’une prononciation apprise consciemment. Ces ressources en ligne ont montré leur utilité dans l'apprentissage des caractéristiques prosodiques. A la lecture des enquêtes, les étudiants reconnaissaient un effet positif en prononciation, pour l'écoute et la prise de parole. Cette amélioration serait due à la possibilité de télé-charger, d’écouter et de répéter des fichiers authentiques, mais aussi aux taches communicatives proposées, qui intégraient des conversations en ligne.

Malaria is an infectious disease that cause chilling, fever and hepatosplenomegaly by protozoan in plasmodium invading red blood cell, carried by anopheles mosquitoes. Malaria is transmitting steadily in South Korea from 1993 when vivax malaria retransmission occurred to soldiers at the front line near North Korea. There are many attempts in academic fields to analyse the causes by carrying out correlation analysis considering weather elements and regional characteristics, also developing tools for analysis. However, existing analysis tools have many limitations relating multi-platform support, user associability, limitation of information and so on. This study is to improve these limitations by developing hybrid web app concepted malaria vulnerability map system. Thus, it is possible to check the real-time malaria risk information, even in mobile platforms, and maximize the support for ease of use by using the implements and game UI animation technology of mobile-specific functions. Further utilizing a frame animation technology is a game animation techniques visual representation, and visually provides a time zone of malaria risk information, it is attempted to increase the user access. The system is expected to utilized by experts in related fields and general users.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of two different types of vocabulary activities on Korean EFL learners’ vocabulary learning and perceptions. The participants of the study were 30 Korean middle school students in Seoul, and they were divided into two groups (typography and web-based authoring). The former employed the word meaning and spelling image association technique and the latter used a multimedia vocabulary authoring tool for 42 target words. The major findings of the study are as follows: (1) Both the typography and the web-based vocabulary authoring groups showed significant improvement on the posttest of vocabulary test, which indicated the equal effectiveness of the two vocabulary activities; (2) with respect to different English proficiency levels, the low-level group showed much higher improvement of the mean difference between pre and post tests than the higher group; and (3) the participants’ perceptions turned out to be more positive when they participated in creating English word spelling image than authoring multimedia vocabulary learning materials. The results suggest the beneficial effects of active student involvement in the vocabulary learning process. Pedagogical and practical suggestions are made on the effective teaching of English vocabulary in Korean classroom settings.

Collective intelligence is important and necessary since it is a strong method to apply across the applicable areas in terms of educational scene of school and company, drawing up and operation of social policy as well as management aspect of company and to have a strong influence. In this regard, Ivan Illich criticized the function of education as one of a social evaluation system that injects what society wants from people, cultivates talents which society wants, rather than allowing people to learn and growth through a social education function of society, while applying destructive standards of social evaluation and culling people to those who do not follow such routes. Ivan Illich has made diverse and actual suggestions for becoming active learners as the society opens and connects various resource for the people to select by themselves rather than making people learn with an artificial education system. This suggestion gives considerable implications to the current online community beyond exclusively an off-line oriented community. Accordingly, this study aims to identify several limitations that educational application of collective intelligence has in the swirling era of change based on such suggestions of Ivan Illich and to present alternatives for this.

최근 웹과 스마트폰 앱이 갖는 장점을 활용한 컨텐츠가 속속 개발되고 있으나, 웹지도 이용실태에 대한 현황조사는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 초등 사회과 지리교육에서 웹지도의 활용현황과 교사들의 요구를 파악하기 위한 조사를 수행하여 웹지도 활용교육이 나아가야 할 발전 방향을 모색해 본다. 연구자료는 설문조사와 면담을 통해 수집하였다. 분석결과, 교사들은 웹지도를 일상생활에 주로 사용하지만, 수업시간에도 웹지도는 초등 사회과 지리교육에서 지도의 원리 학습 및 적용에 활용되고 있었다. 주로 일반도와 위성영상지도를 활용하며 각 웹지도 사이트별 활용하는 지도의 유형에 선호도 차이를 보였다. 교사들은 웹지도에 대해 지명, 위치찾기 등에 만족하며 백과사전과 같은 지역정보, 지도에 나오는 지역의 사진, 동영상 등이 웹지도와 결합되어 제공되기를 희망하였다. 교실 IT 인프라 환경은 웹지도 활용의 장애요인이 되고 있으며, 교사들은 기능과 디자인면에서 교사와 학생의 조작, 변형, 활용이 용이한 웹지도 서비스의 요구를 드러냈다. 또 교사들의 경력과 사회과 교수 곤란도에 따라 웹지도에 대한 만족도와 활용에 있어 차이를 나타내므로 이를 고려한 정책적 지원이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

This study introduces the web-camera image processing-based natural landmark extraction method for automatic welding using 3-axis stage. The welding is a highly significant process in the industries of shipbuilding, automobile, construction, machinery, and so on. However, it has been avoided due to poor working conditions such as fume, spatter, noise, and so on. For the automatic welding system, the web-camera is used to extract the natural landmarks which can give the relative coordinate to set up the initial position of the stage for the welding process. The Canny edge and Hough transformation have been used to extract the significant points for the natural landmark extraction in this paper.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of Clinical practice learning using a web-based e-book on nursing students' learning motivation, knowledge achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice. Methods: The participants in this study were 69 third-year nursing students (34 in the experimental and 35 in the control group) from a C-university in G-city, Korea, who were engaged in one-week clinical practicum in a gastroenterology ward. The data were analyzed by x²-test, Fisher's exact test, and t-test with the SPSS program 20.0. Results: After intervention, compared to the control group, the experimental group reported significant difference in Learning motivation (t=-3.61, p<.001), knowledge achievement(t=-2.92, p<.001), and satisfaction with clinical practice (t=-8.78, p<.001) in the training course using Mosby's nursing skills. Conclusion: These results identified that clinical practice learning using Mosby’s Nursing Skills was effective for the improvement of learning motivation, knowledge achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice. These results indicate that the implementation of an e-Learning needs to be continued as an effective educational tool. Also, it is needed to research more for better ways to implement e-Learning on students’ practicum.

지명의 중요성과 필요성의 증대로 인해 우리나라 지명 데이터베이스의 구축과 관리를 위한 많은 노력들이 있어 왔다. 하지만 구축된 지명 데이터베이스의 서비스에 대한 인식의 부족으로 인하여 지명으로 인한 국가 간의 논쟁과 해외 주요 웹 사이트의 오류 지명에 대하여 효과적으로 대응하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 세계 주요 기관에서 운영하고 있는 웹-기반 지명 서비스들을 비교 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 특히 다국어 환경을 고려한 지명 서비스에 대한 구현 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 각 서비스를 살펴본 결과 데이터베이스의 유지 관리, 사용자의 편의성, 서비스의 확장성이 효과적인 지명 서비스를 위한 주요 요인이 될 수 있음을 파악하였다. 이런 서비스를 실지로 제공하기 위해서는 주어진 여건을 고려하여야 하므로 이에 따른 서비스 구현 방안을 제안하였다.

최근 IT산업 기술의 발전으로 U-City가 전국적으로 추진되는 가운데 유비쿼터스를 효과적으로 구현하기 위해 도시 구 성요소 표현 매체인 수치지도(map)와 위성영상, 인터넷 가상세계구현 표준 언어인 VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)를 이용하여 현실세계의 U-City를 그대로 모사한 3차원 3D-가상도시 개념을 정립하였다. 가상도시(V-City)에 서는 USN기반의 수많은 데이터베이스 자료와 지능형 서비스정보를 언제 어디서나 상황인지 하기 위하여 실시간 유, 무선 통신 네트워크와 연계시킨 가상도시 개념을 통해, 방대한 양의 유비쿼터스 정보와 서비스를 효율적으로 제어, 처리하기 위 한 HTML 자바 애플릿과 인터페이스를 제공하는 EAI(External Authoring Interface)방식을 채용하여 RFID/USN으로 구 축된 도시 생활정보를 효율적으로 연동시킴으로써 지능화된 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 생활서비스를 구현하는 전 세계 공간 위치 개념의 GPS, LBS, 내비게이션 시간개념의 RTLS와 함께 4차원개념의 유비쿼터스 가상도시(U&V-City) 시스템을 제안하 였다.

This study was performed to investigate the eating habit, body image, and weight control behavior by BMI in Korean female high school students. Data on the 16, 574 subjects was obtained from the sixth Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (2010). Only 52.2% of the subjects had regular breakfast. The rate of skipping breakfast was higher in the underweight group than in the obese group, but the rate of skipping dinner was on the contrary to this. Underweight students had a higher intake frequency of fruits, fast food, instant noodle, and snacks than the obese groups. 3.5% of underweight students considered themselves to be overweight or obese. 53.4% of obese students considered themselves to be overweight. The experience of weight control increased according to BMI, but underweight students considered weight control as an effort to be slimmer. Meal restriction was used more frequently to control weight. The perceived stress level was higher in obese student, especially due to appearance. Therefore, an appropriate, integrated and personalized high school nutrition program should be established for proper body image perception and to develop the self-esteem of female high school students.

기능성 교육용게임에서, 가장 이상적인 형태는 재미도 있고 교육 효과도 좋은 경우일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 성인에 비해서 집중력이 낮은 초등학생의 회화식 영어 교육을 위해서 웹 기반의 MMORPG 게임을 설계 개발 하였다. 유선 및 무선 인터넷 접속을 통하여 타인과 협동, 경쟁심을 키워주어 초등학생의 영어 학습 능력을 높여 주는 효과를 누릴 수 있게 하였다. 이를 통하여 게임 산업의 다양성을 추구하고자 한다. 또한 향후에는 스마트폰과의 연동을 위한 UI 및 게임콘텐츠 업데이트를 하고자 한다

According to the rapid evolution of information technology, the salesperson's business efficiency and faster information sharing within the enterprise that need to improve competitiveness has been increasing steadily. In general, many companies has been managed the sales through the ERP system. However, the ERP informations as a result of operating activities can not perform customer maintenance activities from strategic planning. Therefore, a series of sales activities information as corporate intellectual assets is needed strategic business solutions for managing it. In this study, the web-based SFA systems were designed for salesperson. Salespersons improve the efficiency of the business through management and improvement activities of sales information. The systematic customer information management contribute to improving the company's revenue through improved customer service satisfaction.
