멤브레인 파울링은 지표수를 처리하는 저압 멤브레인 기술 적용의 확장에 있어 큰 장애가 된다. 따라서 파울링 제어를 위한 주기적인 수리학적 세정기술의 최적화는 매우 중요하다. 주기적인 수리학적 세정과 이와 연관된 파울링 현상에 관한 올바른 이해는 멤브레인 세정 전략을 최적화하기 위해 매우 유용할 수 있다. 실험적으로 측정한 투과도와 전통적인 Hermia 파울링 모델 예측 치의 비교를 통해, 본 연구에서는 합성 탁도유발 시료를 처리하는 가압식 멤브레인 공정에서 30분 여과와 정세정/역세정이 포함된 1분 세정조건을 바탕으로 6번의 운전사이클을 통해 발생하는 파울링 현상을 분석하고 이를 통해 지배적인 파울링 기작을 정량적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 단독 세정에서, 첫 번째 운전사이클에서 발생하는 파울링은 완 전공극막힘 현상에 의해 주로 지배되었고 마지막 운전 사이클에서는 케이크 형성이 지배적인 파울링 기작으로 관찰되었다. 정세정과 역세정이 혼합된 경우, 파울링 속도는 감소하였으나 전반적으로 케이크 형성이 주 파울링 기작으로 관찰되었다.

Recent development in science and technology has modernized the weapon system of ROKN (Republic Of Korea Navy). Although the cost of purchasing, operating and maintaining the cutting-edge weapon systems has been increased significantly, the national defense expenditure is under a tight budget constraint. In order to maintain the availability of ships with low cost, we need accurate demand forecasts for spare parts. We attempted to find consumption pattern using data mining techniques. First we gathered a large amount of component consumption data through the DELIIS (Defense Logistics Intergrated Information System). Through data collection, we obtained 42 variables such as annual consumption quantity , ASL selection quantity, order-relase ratio. The objective variable is the quantity of spare parts purchased in f-year and MSE (Mean squared error) is used as the predictive power measure. To construct an optimal demand forecasting model, regression tree model, randomforest model, neural network model, and linear regression model were used as data mining techniques. The open software R was used for model construction. The results show that randomforest model is the best value of MSE. The important variables utilized in all models are consumption quantity, ASL selection quantity and order-release rate. The data related to the demand forecast of spare parts in the DELIIS was collected and the demand for the spare parts was estimated by using the data mining technique. Our approach shows improved performance in demand forecasting with higher accuracy then previous work. Also data mining can be used to identify variables that are related to demand forecasting.

Assessment of noise exposed population is to check the environment noise level and social influence in order to reduce the risks such as annoyance and disturbance that are generated by environmental noise. Also, this method suggests the preferential noise abatement policy and action plan by accurately finding the area that the noise causes harmful effect to human health. Recently, a noise map, which can predict noise in comprehensive area, is used for the assessment of noise exposed population, breaking from the methods using existing measures. In particular, countermeasure for noise can be considered more effectively by using assessment methods of noise exposed population for specific noise level, area, and building types which are the main input factors in noise maps. In this study, we propose noise reduction ranking decision at ship construction and repair process due to noise map.

The object of this paper is to examine the noise generating mechanism at ship construction and repair precess. To accomplish the object; A noise generating mechanism of high noise machine, which is mounted in the ship construction and repair process, was investigated. The measurement method of the noise for the machine by ship construction were investigated. The noise at the 250 points of the manufacturing process machine in the 40 processes of the 3 factories, 3 business fields was measured. The database of the noise was built from the measurement data. The major sound sources and frequency range for the manufacturing process of metal material product machine was investigated.

With the increased interest in the quality of life of modern people, the implementation of the five-day working week, the increase in traffic convenience, and the economic and social development, domestic and international travel is becoming commonplace. Furthermore, in the past, there were many cases of purchasing packaged goods of specialized travel agencies. However, as the development of the Internet improved the accessibility of information about the travel area, the tourist is changing the trend to plan the trip such as the choice of the destination. Web services have been introduced to recommend travel destinations and travel routes according to these needs of the customers. Therefore, after reviewing some of the most popular web services today, such as Stubby planner (http://www.stubbyplanner.com) and Earthtory (http://www.earthtory.com), they were supposed to be based on traditional Traveling Salesman Problems (TSPs), and the travel routes recommended by them included some practical limitations. That is, they were not considered important issues in the actual journey, such as the use of various transportation, travel expenses, the number of days, and lodging. Moreover, although to recommend travel destinations, there have been various studies such as using IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the analysis of cyberspatial Big Data on the web and SNS (Social Networking Service), there is little research to support travel routes considering the practical constraints. Therefore, this study proposes a new mathematical model for applying to travel route recommendation service, and it is verified by numerical experiments on travel to Jeju Island and trip to Europe including Germany, France and Czech Republic. It also expects to be able to provide more useful information to tourists in their travel plans through linkage with the services for recommending tourist attractions built in the Internet environment.

기관손상사고에 따른 수리작업 이후 동일한 원인으로 재발하는 경우에 대해 선박의 추진축계의수리 공정에 대해 고찰하였다. 그 결과 line boring machine 개선이 필요하며 Kit process 적용으로 엔진 수명 연장이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper studied Lee Han-Choel’s career who was known as the first Korean who had participated in several survey and repair projects of Korean historic buildings as a field engineer during the Japanese colonial era. This paper investigated documents and drawings to find out what he had done specifically in the field, and distinguished the records he had written by handwriting comparison method. In addition, the author analyzed the contents of the articles he published and clarified their significance in Korean architectural history. Through this study, the author expected to clarify Lee’s historical status as the first Korean modern expert in the field of historic building conservation, and to supplement the research for the history of Korean during the Japanese colonial era.

본 연구는 우육 심장근의 수리미 유사물로의 활용 가능성 구명과 인삼염의 첨가가 우육 심장 수리미 유사물의 품질특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 실시하였다. 공시재료로 우육 심장근 수리미 유사 물을 사용하였으며 무처리구(C), 소금 2% 처리구(T1), 소금 1.95% + 인산염 0.05% 처리구(T2) 그리고 소금 1.90% + 인산염 0.10% 처리구(T3)로 나누어 실험을 하였다. 수분함량 결과 대조구에 비해 처리구 에서 낮게 나타났으며 T1에서 가장 낮은 수분함량 값을 나타내었다(P<0.05). 조단백질 함량은 T3가 가 장 높게 나타났으며 T1에서 가장 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). pH는 대조구에 비해 T1에서 낮게 나타났으며 인산염 첨가수준에 따라 증가하였다(P<0.05). 가열감량은 대조구에서 가장 높게 나타났으며 T2에서 가 장 낮은 값을 나타내었다(P<0.05). 보수력 또한 대조구에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며 T2 처리구에서 가장 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 명도의 경우 대조구에서 높게 나타나며 처리구에서 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 적 색도는 대조구에 비해 처리구에서 높게 나타났으며 T3에서 가장 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 황색도는 T1 과 T2 처리구에서 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 또한 백색도는 대조구에서 높게 나타났으며 소금 및 인산염 첨가시 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 경도, 응집성, 검성 및 씹힘성은 T1에서 낮게 나타났으며 소금과 인산 염 0.1% 첨가구인 T3에서 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 따라서 우육 심장 수리미 유사물에 인산염의 첨가는 단백질 함량을 높이고 보수력을 증가시켜 조직감을 개선시키는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 명도 및 백색 도가 낮아 수세방법의 개선에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
