        The purpose of this study is to develop a guideline of process capability evaluation and to apply this guideline improving the quality of products, especially in the small and medium enterprises. In this study we deal in the concept of process capability evaluation, the calculation of process capability index, and the application of a case study. Man must compare the state of process with the standards in evaluating of the process capability. Control chart can be used as a yardstick for judgement for the long term period and the distribution shape of histogram for the short term period. Man should regard to the significant figure by the calculation of process capability index.

        일반적으로 순환유동층 열교환기에서 최적의 운전과 설계에 대한 지식은 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 입자 유동에 관한 기초적 지식이 부족하기 순환유동층 열교환기를 최적 설계하는 데에는 아직 제한적이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 순환하는 물속에 고체입자(유리)가 유동하는 수평 원형관에서 압력강하와 마찰계수에 대해 실험적으로 측정한다. 고체입자의 직경은 3 mm와 4 mm를 각각 취급하였고 레이놀즈수의 범위는 10,000에서 45,000이었다. 연구 결과 4 mm 직경의 입자가 3 mm의 입자보다 마찰계수가 더 컸다. 그리고 고체입자의 농도가 낮은 경우에서는 마찰계수는 고체입자의 농도보다 유체속도에 의해서 더 영향이 컸다. 그러나 입자의 농도가 큰 운전조건에서는 고체입자의 농도도 마찰계수에 큰 영향을 주었다.

        온정균과 이상은은 모두 당 말기 두드러진 작가들 가운데 한 사람들이다. 두 사람 모두 동시대에 이름을 떨친 사람들이지만, 시가의 풍격에 있어서는 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. 이러한 시가의 풍격 상에 있어서의 차이는, 두 작가가 시가에서 음유하고 있는 내용에 따라 많은 차이를 보이지만, 그 내용 외에도 두 시인의 언어에 있어서의 선호도와 다른 언어의 선택 또한 두 시인의 시가 풍격에 있어서 다른 양태를 보이게 하는 중요한 요소 가운데 하나로 자리 잡고 있음을 알 수 있다. 唐 유미주의 시단을 대표하는 양대 시인 온정균과 이상은은, 두 사람 모두 시가 언어 측면에서 화려한 色를 사용하기 좋아했다. 하지만 이 두 시인은 어떤 색을 사용하느냐, 혹은 색에 대한 태도에 있어서는 분명한 차이를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 온정균과 이상은 시가의 풍격 차이를 色를 중심으로 살펴보고 있으며, 이를 통한 두 시인의 시가 풍격 형성에 중요한 차이점을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 예를 들어 色의 시가에 있어서의 사용빈도, 두 시인의 色에 대한 다른 선호도, 두 시인의 다른 가운데 色에 대한 태도, 色의 다른 처리 방식과 조합방식 등을 파악함으로써 두 시인의 차이점을 찾아내고자 하였다. 이러한 차이점을 찾아내는 방법으로는 구체적인 통계 수치를 확보하고, 그 통계 수치를 기반으로 온정균과 이상은이 특정 색깔에 대한 선호도와 각기 다른 시체에서 사용한 색깔에 대한 태도, 그리고 처리 방법 등에 대해 자세히 그리고 체계적으로 분석을 하였고, 특히 두 시인이 많은 시들 가운데 사용한 色를 시에서 일일이 찾아내 그 사용 빈도수를 조사하고 통계를 내어 두 시인들이 어떤 色 사용을 좋아하는 지에 대해 설명하고자 하였다.

        Disruption of cell - matrix attachment results in a loss of prosurvival signals and culminates in programmed cell death, referred to as anoikis , Apoptosis signal- regulating kinase 1(ASKl)/MKK5 is a ubiquitously expressed enzyme that acti vates c-Jun N-terminal kinase/stress-activated protein kinase JNK/SAPK and p38 pathways by direct site specific Ser/Thr phosphoryl ation of their respective MKKs-MKK4/MKK7 for JNK and MKK3/MKK6 for p38 kinases, The kinase activity of ASKl is stimulated by a variety of death signals, including TNF, Fas ligation, reactive oxygen species, and antineoplastic agents , The aim of this study was to investigate the relative importance of ASKl in anOlkls 1n the present study cells which lost their adhesion showed higher rate of cell death in compared to cells which maintained anchorage. 1nterestingly the res ult showed that suspended cells expressing ASK1 were more susceptible to anoikis than suspended cells having no ASK1 1n addition, cellu lar attachment seems to have significant effect on ASKl activity and p38 MAPK protein rather than serum stimulation

        본 논문의 목적은 내부환보강 X형 관이음부의 거동을 수치적으로 평가하여 환보강재의 보강효과를 규명하고, 강도 산정식을 제안하는 것이다. 축방향력을 받는 관이음부의 정적강도를 산정하기 위해 비선형 유한요소해석을 수행하였다 유한요소해석 결과는 실험결과와 잘 일치하였고, X형 관이음부의 주부재 단부효과를 감소시킬 수 있는 주부재의 적정길이를 제시하였다. 내부 환보강재는 단순 X형 관이음부의 정적강도를 증가시키는데 효율적임이 판명되었고, 최대 보강효과를 나타내는 최대강도비가 1.5에서 3까지 산정되었다. 환보강재의 실용적 크기를 고려한 이음부에 대해 유한요소해석 결과를 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하고 내부 환보강 X형 관이음부의 강도산정식을 제안하였다.

        The 'Research report on the Korean architecture(韓國建築調査報告)' is the first investigation and research of the Korean architecture by Japanese researcher. This paper is about Sekino Tadashi's viewpoints of Korean architecture in the 'Research report on Korean architecture'. And the findings are as follows. The investigation of the Korean architecture by Sekino Tadashi was carried out in the concern about the relation between Japanese architecture and Asian architecture, shortly after the research of the history of Japanese architecture started. And following investigation and research about Korean architecture by Sekino Tadashi was mainly focusing on the ancient architecture which he estimated highly in the 'Research report on the Korean architecture'. When he observed each architecture himself, he estimated highly the ancient Korean architecture, of course. And also he estimated highly many architecture of the Koryo and the Chosun period. However, when he estimated Korean architecture as a whole, he had been strongly influenced in the prejudice about Korea in Japan of those days. But this is not originate in his individuality. History research reflects the historical situation that the researcher was placed. The viewpoints of Korean architecture in the 'Research report on the Korean architecture' was produced by the Korean recognition in Japan of those days.

        Considering the established research about the characteristics of traditional expression in a contemporary korean architecture, there are two critical problems. the one is that the extent of a case is limited to a public building and a large exhibition building. the other is that the angle of research focus on the viewpoint of specific a level. To settle these problems and supplement a established research, this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics of popular traditional expression in small commercial buildings. In A viewpoint on the expansion of a case and a various angle, A small commercial buildings is selected as a case. because it is felt that the populace's taste vis-a-vis traditional expression. To investigate and analyze, A main analytic criterion is follows. 1) A expressional method on traditional architectural form 2) A expressional aspect by architectural element 3) A expressional aspect in architectural material 4) A expressional aspect in architectural structure. In consequence we can find out the following results in the process of analysis. 1) In expressional method on traditional architectural form, the traditional expression is represented as the imitation and transformation of a traditional folk house forms, and the embodiment of traditional image 2) In expressional aspect by architectural element, the traditional expression elements is mainly represented at a straw roof and a mud-plastered wall 3) the traditional expression material is mainly straw, timber, small wood boards and mud 4) In expressional aspect in architectural structure, the traditional expression is represented from the viewpoint of decorative expression.

        There exists a structural problem for link structures in the unstable state. The primary characteristics of this problem are in the existence of rigid body displacements without strain, and in the possibility of the introduction of prestressing to change an unstable state into a stable state. When we make local linearized incremental equations in order to obtain knowledge about these unstable structures, the determinant of the coefficient matrices is zero, so that we face a numerically unstable situation. This is similar to the situation in the stability problem. To avoid such a difficult situation, in this paper a simple and straightforward method was presented by means of the generalized inverse for the numerical analysis of stability problem.

        Response analysis of buried pipeline subjected to permanent ground deformation(PGD) due to liquefaction is mainly executed by use of numerical analysis or semi-analytical relationship, When applying these methods, so called interfacial pipelineㆍsoil interaction force plays an dominant part. Currently used interaction force is mode up of indispensable mechanical and physical components for the response analysis of buried pipeline. However, it has somewhat limited applicability to the liquefied region since it is based on the experimental results for the non-liquefied region. Therefore, in this study, improved type of pipelineㆍsoil interaction force is proposed based on the existing interaction force and experimental research accomplishments. Above all, proposed interaction force includes various patterns of PGD or spatial distributions of interaction force caused by the decrease of soil stiffness. Through the comparison of numerical results using the proposed and the existing interaction force, relative influences of interaction force on the response of pipeline are evaluated and noticeable considerations in the application of semi-analytical relationship are discussed. Moreover, analyses due to the change of pipe thickness and burial depth are performed.

        In this thesis, the Development of Station Buildigs Design during last a hundred years in Korea is analyzed. From the early time to today, several posts of Office of Korean National Railroads have controlled the Station Buildings Design by Standard Drawings. Sometimes, private architects joined in designing the Stations, that have the value as historic architecture. Under the Japanese imperialistic rule, Japanese Officer designed all of the stations ; that can be classified 1) wooden compromise style, 2) renaissance style, 3) northern European house style, 4) general station by standard drawing, 5) Korean house style. 6) modernism style. Especially, Korean house style was not planned to commemorate the old Korean Architecture, but to beguile the Japanese tourists' monotony of the journey in Korea. After the Independence, the Station Buildings are grouped into 1) international style, 2) modernism style with traditional details, 3) Station Complex Buildings. In the future, design of the Railroad Station Building needs to be diversified to satisfy tourists' emotion.

        Seowon(書院) was an institute for education and sacrificial rite, established privately in rural villages throughout the middle period of the Chosun dynasty(1392-1910), where scholars researched classic studies, cultivated personal characters in accordance with the Neo-Confucianism, nurtured young disciples, and performed rites at a secluded shrine where spiritual tablets of honorees were housed. This study examines the architectural characteristics of Pilamseowon(筆巖書院) in Chans'seong, Chollanamdo Province, Korea. Through the study, the architectural characteristics of Pilamseowon were found as follows: First, Pilamseowon moved twice since it had been established. Second, through the moving, the area of Pilamseowon was expanded and buildings were added. Third, some buildings of Pilamseowon reflect the previous condition of the seowon site. Take Hwakyeonroo(廓然樓) as an example, which is the main entrance pavilion of Pilamseowon. Pavilion is an appropriate type of building in sloped site. Before Hwakyeonroo was moved to the present site, it was located on sloped site, where Hwakyeonroo accordingly took the pavilion type of building. Present site condition of Pilamseowon is plane, nonetheless, Hwakyeonroo has the pavilion type of building, which reflects the previous condition of the building site. Forth, Pilamseowon consists of six spatial domains and each domain has its own entrance gate to outer area.
