        This paper introduces a HGS(Hybrid Grobal Search) method of cable system identification. This method is based on GA(Genetic Algorithms) and LOA(Local Optimization Algorithm) and combines GA and LOA. GA has a advantage of grobal search and LOA has shown a rapid and accurate solution. It is verified the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method through a set of numerical test.

        This paper presents a subspace system identification algorithm for time-invariant structural system. System matrices are estimated from input-output data. The main computational tools are the LQ and the singular value decomposition in subspace system identification. The accuracy and stability of estimated system matrices are influenced by the parameters of Hankel matrix. For stable SI, the optimal parameters of Hankel matrix are determined by considering the computational cost and the accuracy of system matrix.

        The latest report on draft genome of Brassica rapa sequence has been published. To elucidate the functions of a large population of these genes and to search efficiently for agriculturally useful genes, the Full-length cDNA Over-eXpressor (FOX) gene hunting system was used. The FOX library was transformed into rice by Agrobacteriummediated transformation. Approximately 1,150 FOX-rice lines were generated. Genomic PCR analysis indicated that the average length of FL-cDNAs was 900∼1,200 bp with functional annotation of many unknown function (35.5%). Most of the randomly selected transgenic rice lines showed overexpression (92%) and barely mRNA expression in the wild type Gopum. Moreover, 94% of the 850 transgenic rice lines were moderately tolerant (slightly yellow) to cold and 9 lines were tolerant (seedling light green). For the salinity evaluation, most of the transgenic lines (85%) were highly susceptible whereas seven lines were tolerant. In addition, morphological evaluation of rice lines showed minimal phenotypic alteration (12%). About 25.1 and 22% were earlier in terms of days to heading and chlorophyll contents, respectively. Further, 18% of FOX rice lines showed lower chlorophyll contents. Filled grains, number of tillers, panicle length, culm and plant height were relatively less variable among the lines. These results provided useful genes for functional analyses in the mechanisms of identified transgenic tolerant lines.

        수공 방어용으로 건설된 평화의 댐은 화천댐과 연계되어 있고 배수 터널과 함께 1단계 준공 상태로서 화천댐 상류에 위치하여 댐 하류에 홍수지체 효과를 갖는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 평화의 댐의 활용방안을 연구할 목적으로 화천댐 시스템 조작을 수행하여 평화의 댐 홍수조절효과와 화천댐의 홍수기 제한수위 등을 검토하고 평가하였다. 그리고 이 결과를 분석하여 화천댐 계통의 이수 증대 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서 우선 저수지 조작 기준과 모형을 설정한 다음

        A discrete system has interpreted by using the network model, and PERT network is one of these methods. For the purpose of analysing the real system, it is necessary to measure the parameter of the real system. And system identification problem is to assume the parameter of a real system when we get to know the system model, the input data and output data. System identification method has been only developed to a system of which a structure has expressed a differential equation or a polynomial expression. But it has been scarcely developed yet in that case of network model. The aim of this paper is to examine a changes when new system is introduced to the present system. The changes are as follows : how the present system will be changed, when the changes will be happened. In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to assume the parameter.
