        We have made an extensive mapping of the 13CO 13CO J=1-0 transition line in the dark cloud L1535. We also constructed the 100μm 100μm IRAS map in the region. We found a semi-detached cloud component of 13CO 13CO in the northeast direction of the 13CO 13CO main cloud which forms a dumbbell-like structure. This additional component with an angular size of 20′×16′ 20′×16′ has not been observed before in any molecular surveys of the cloud. The IRAS map shows a similar structure with two intensity peaks whose positions coincide with those of the 13CO 13CO clouds.

        We have studied the IR properties of molecular clouds in the region of the supershell GS234-02 using IRAS and COBE data. The mean values of dust color temperature and optical depth at 240μm are derived to be 15.4±1.5 K and 9.0±5.7×10-4, respectively, which agree well with those determined by Sodroski et al.(1994) for the outer Galaxy. Mean IRAS colors, R12/100= 0.074, R25/100= 0.052, R60/100= 0.219, indicate that the abundance of PAHs is enhanced but other particles are nearly the same as those of the solar neighborhood. We found the anticorrelation between R100/140 and R140/240. It cannot be explained by the thermal emission of traditional big grains. The anticorrelation implies that, at high ISRF, T100/140 underestimates the equilibrium temperature, while T140/240 overestimates it and, at low ISRF, vice versa. Therefore we propose to use the intensity ratio, R100/240 as a dust thermometer.

        1607 OH/IR stars associated with IRAS sources are assembled and the IRAS LRS spectra of 980 OH/IR stars are examined in this paper. The nature of the circumstellar dust for these sources is classified. The distributions of these subgroups of OH/IR stars in the IRAS color-color diagram and the period-color diagram are interpreted with their evolutionary status. The Galactic and the velocity distributions of these subgroups of OH/IR stars are also presented. The correlations among the expanding velocities of the envelopes, colors, periods and the pumping efficiencies for subgroups of OH/IR stars are investigated to outline the evolutionary status of OH/IR stars.

        백엽고병에 저항성이면서 조생인 IR50품종과 이병성이면서 조생인 Zhu-Lian-Ai 품종간 조합 에서 백엽고병 균주 JN7919에 대한 저항성의 유전양식 및 저항성 유전자와 출수특성간의 연관관계를 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 저항성과 이병성이 9:7로 분리되어 IR50품종의 백엽고병 저항성에는 2쌍의 우성유전자가 보족적으로 작용하는 것으로 표현되었다. 2. 조생과 만생이 7:9로 분리되어 IR50과 ZhuLian-Ai의 조생에는 서로 다른 한쌍씩의 유전자가 관여하고 있으며 이들은 상호보완적으로 작용하여 만생을 발현시키는 것으로 나타났다. 3. IR50의 백엽고병 저항성 유전자는 조생유전자와 연관되어 있으며 조환가는 로 추정되었다.

        벼멸구에 대한 통일품종 (IR-667 계통)의 내충성징도와 그들이 벼멸구에 미치는 생물학적 영향을 비교검토 코자 본 실험을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 통일품종은 다른 한국장려품종에 비해 약간 내성을 보이나 감수성이었으며 식이 및 산란선호성이 높았다. 2. 저함성품종인 Mudgo, MGL-2, ASD-7 등은 식이 선호성이 매우 낮았으나 산란선호성은 오히려 높았다. 3. 감수성품종인 수원 214와 저항성품종인 ASD-7간에 벼멸구의 산란성은 각 품종 단독구에서는 수원 214에 많은 산란량을 보이나 두 품종 공동산란구에서는 ASD-7에 압도적으로 많은 산란을 보였다. 4. 감수성품종(T(N)-1, 수원 213-1, 수원 214)과 저항성품종(ASD-7, Mudgo)에서 사육한 벼멸구의 난기, 부화율은 차이가 없었으나 1) 약충기는 저항성품종에서 길고 감수성품종에서 짧았으며, 2) ② 부화율은 수원 213-1 , 수원 214 에서 매우 높았고 T(N)-1에서 였으며 저항성품종에서는 로 매우 낮았고 3) 성충암컷의 수명은 저항성품종에서 1일 이내로 매우 짧았으나 T(N)-1, 수원 213-1, 수원 214에서 각각 13.4일, 14.4일, 21.2일이었다. 4) 성충의 총 산란수는 수원 214와 수원 213-1에서 각각 4,913개, 4,068개로서 T(N)-1의 932개에 비해 매우 많았고 저항성품종에서는 산란하지 못하고 죽었다.

        한국의 도열병검정못자리에서 고도로 저항성인 공시한 20개의 IR계 수도가 핀립핀 IRRI(국제미자연구소)에서는 모두 이병성이었으나 9계통의 IR1317중에서 7계통만은 저항성이었다. 한편 20개의 IR계는 한국의 도열병균 레이스, 5개의 IG-1, 3개의 IH-1, 각각 한개의 IC-3, IC-4에도 모두 저항성이었으나 필립핀 레이스, 5개의 ,각각 한개의 에 대하여는 몇 가지 예외를 제하고 모두 이병성이었다. 그리고 도열병검정못자리에서나 각 레이스에 대한 온실검정에서 대조품종인 진흥은 IR계 수도와는 달리 한국에서는 이병성이었으나 IRRI에서는 저항성이었다.

        The goals of this study were to investigate image quality of coronary CT angiography (CCTA) and change of radiation dose by using Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction (ASIR) technique. 40 subjects with BMI≥25 (A, C groups), 40 subjects with BMI<25 (B, D groups), Groups without ASIR (A, B groups), and with ASIR (C, D groups) were included. There were no statistical differences in image qualities (p>0.05). Radiation doses with application of ASIR were significantly lower than those of ASIR (51-53%, p<0.05). In CCTA scan-nings, ASIR technique helps to reduce radiation dose with preserved image quality.

        The mother machine makes the necessary shape by processing materials such as metal. The SCFs are applied to the processing surface when the mother machine processes the material, thereby improving the cutting conditions. SCFs contain high concentrations of organic components and nitrogen compounds, which can cause problems such as eutrophication and algae bloom. Therefore, proper treatment is required. Electrochemical treatment is expected to be an alternative to conventional processes, and to be useful in various wastewater treatments. Moreover, it is an efficient elimination technique for contaminants and has a simple equipment composition. In this study, the removal efficiency of the T-N contained in the waste SCF using electrochemical treatment is analyzed. The electrode was made of titanium and iridium, made into a perforated metal sheet to prevent an imbalance of the sample concentration in the reactor. Experiments were conducted to examine the effects of current density and the concentration of the supporting electrolyte (NaCl, Na2SO4) on removal efficiency. In the cases with 60 A/m2, 80 A/m2, and 100 A/m2 current densities, the removal efficiencies of the T-N contained in the waste SCF were 51.03%, 68.83%, and 79.58%. Comparing between the addition and non-addition of NaCl, the removal efficiency with the addition of NaCl (5 ~ 10 mM) was higher than for no addition at 60 min for all current densities. The addition of Na2SO4 increased the removal rate of the T-N, but it was less effective than NaCl addition.

        In this study, the chemical deformation of cement pastes was determined by chemical analysis. The specimen for FT-IR analysis was prepared in the form of fine powder by grinding before heating. As the temperature increased, the hydrates inside the cement paste tended to decrease.

        For electrolysis process using an insoluble electrode, electrochemical performance was greatly affected by the manufacturing method and procedure, such as the firing temperature, pre-treatment, type of precursor solution, coating method, electrode material, etc. Components of the electrode therein is one of the most important factors in electrochemical reaction. To achieve such characteristics, a appropriate ratio of the electrode material should be carefully chosen. The aim of this research was to apply experimental design method in the optimization of electrode component for the maximum generation of oxidants in electrochemical oxidation process. Mixture design, especially expanded simplex lattice design, in DOME (design of mixture experiments) with Design Expert - commercial software - was used to analyze the data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed a high coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.9470, thus ensuring a satisfactory adjustment of the 3rd order special cubic regression model with the experimental data. The application of response surface methodology (RSM) yielded the following regression equation, which is an empirical relationship between the TRO generation concentration and independent variables(mol ratio of 3 electrode components) in a real unit: TRO generation concentration (mg/L) = TRO conc. = 98.25×[Ir] + 49.71×[Sn] + 95.29×[Sb] 16.91×[Ir]×[Sn] - 29.47×[Ir]×[Sb] 22.65×[Sn]×[Sb] + 703.19 ×[Ir]×[Sn]×[Sb]. The optimized formulation of the 3 component electrode for an high TRO (total residual oxidants) generation was acquired at mol ratio of Ir 0.406, Sn 0.210, Sb 0.384 (desirability d value, 1).

        콘크리트내의 철근의 부식은 열화와 콘크리트 구조물의 조기파괴의 주된 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 비파괴 기법 중 전자기적 열유도방법과 적외선 열화상기법을 이용한 철근부식평가가 시도되었는데, 부식 또는 비부식된 철근의 열특성 차이를 이용한 것이다. 본 논문은 이러한 개념을 배경으로 수행한 실험적 연구이며, 유도전류를 통해 콘크리트 표면으로부터 내부 철근을 가열하고 외부의 적외선 카메라를 이용하여 표면의 온도변화를 관측한다. 피복두께가 다른 콘크리트 시편은 앞면과 배면의 피복두께를 동일하게 제조하여 앞면에서 가열과 배면에서의 온도측정을 동시에 할 수 있도록 고안되었다. IC (Impressed Current) 방법을 통하여, 철근 부식을 촉진하였으며, 적외선 화상을 통하여 온도가열과 냉각을 전 시험과정에 걸쳐 측정하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 부식/비부식 철근의 뚜렷한 온도변화를 확인하였으며, 부식된 시편에서 빠른 온도증가속도 및 냉각속도를 평가하였다. 본 연구는 콘크리트 매립철근의 비파괴적인 부식탐지의 가능성을 보여주고 있다.

        It is very important for a mobile robot to recognize and model its environments for navigation. However, the grid map constructed by sonar sensors cannot accurately represent the environment, especially the narrow environment, due to the angular uncertainty of sonar data. Therefore, we propose a map building scheme which combines sonar sensors and IR sensors. The maps built by sonar sensors and IR sensors are combined with different weights which are determined by the degree of translational and rotational motion of a robot. To increase the effectiveness of sensor fusion, we also propose optimal sensor arrangement through various experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed method can represent the environment such as narrow corridor and open door more accurately than conventional sonar sensor-based map building methods.
