        도로 포장 기술이 발달함에 따라 내구성 확보 등의 구조성능 중심에서 이용자의 승차감 및 소음 저감 등의 기능성 중심으로 변화하 고 있다. 최근 도로 소음에 대한 민원이 증가하고 있고 도로 소음으로 인한 피해를 보상하라는 판결 사례도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문 제를 해결하기 위해 차량 소음 저감 효과가 우수한 저소음 포장을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 저소음 배수성 포장과 저소음 비배 수성 포장의 내구성 및 공용성을 평가하였으며, 기대수명 예측을 위해 국내에 있는 배수성 8종, 비배수성 3종의 제품을 이용하여 실내 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 국토교통부의 "아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 시공 지침(2021)"의 배수성 포장 품질기준 및 비배수성 혼합물에 대 한 품질기준에 따라 시험을 진행하였다. 아스팔트 혼합물의 생산, 저장, 운반 및 포설 시 아스팔트의 흘러내리는 양이 적합한지를 평 가하기 위해 드레인다운 시험을 진행하였고, 배수성 혼합물의 골재 비산 저항성을 평가하기 위해 칸타브로 손실률 시험을 진행하였다. 또한 포장의 수분 저항성을 평가하기 위해 인장강도비(TSR) 시험과 소성변형 저항성을 평가하기 위해 동적안정도 시험을 진행하였다. 이후, 배수성 포장의 투수 성능을 평가하기 위한 실내투수계수 시험을 진행하였고, 저소음 포장의 소음 저감 성능을 평가하기 위해 임 피던스 관을 이용한 흡음률 시험을 진행하였다. 시험 결과 모든 종류의 혼합물이 품질기준을 통과하여 충분한 기초 성능을 가지고 있 는 것으로 나타났고, 흡음률 시험의 경우 배수성 혼합물이 평균 0.779, 비배수성 혼합물이 평균 0.638의 흡음계수를 나타내었다. 배수 성 혼합물과 비배수성 혼합물의 평균 공극률은 각각 19.3%, 3.2%로 배수성 혼합물이 비배수성 혼합물에 비해 많은 공극률을 가지고 있어 소음 저감 성능이 비배수성에 비해 우수한 것으로 판단하였다.

        최근 우리나라에는 도로 주변에 고층의 대규모 공동주택이 건설되는 사례가 증가하고 있고 저소음포장은 중요한 도로소음 대책 수단 중의 하나이다. 특히, 도로변의 공동주택이 고층이고 도로에 가까울수록 방음벽의 높이가 높아지거나 방음벽으로도 소음기준을 만족 시키지 못할 경우에는 터널형 방음벽이 설치되기도 한다. 이러한 경우 저소음포장은 좋은 해결책이 될 수 있지만 소음저감성능이 일정 하지 못하다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 저소음포장의 감음성능 평가를 위한 다양한 방법을 검토하고 이에 대해 고찰하였다., 한번 설치되면 소음저감성능이 거의 변하지 않는 방음벽에 비해 저소음포장은 사용 환경과 시간이 경과함에 따라 성능이 변화(경시변화)하는 단점을 가지고 있어 어느 정도의 저감량을 설정하여 소음대책에 적용하느냐가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 하지만, 동일한 재료와 공법으로 포설을 한다 하더라도 시공된 현장의 교통량과 주행속도, 대형차 비율 등 사용환경에 따라 소음저감성능의 경시변화가 달라질 것이라는 추측이 가능해 진다. 본 연구에서는, 도로교통소음 대책을 위해 저소음포장을 적용할 경우 포장 종류에 따라 적용할 소음저감 효과를 어떤 방법으로 평가하는 것이 타당할 것인지에 대해 검토하고자 하였다. 저소음포장 및 이와 인접한 일반포장이 시공된 고속도로 현장에서 CPX(Close-proximity) noise 측정 및 갓길 Pass-by noise 측정에 의해 일반포장과 저소음포장에서 발생하는 소음을 동시에 측정하고 그 차이를 비교하여 저소음포장의 소음저감효과를 평가하였다.

        고속도로에 적용되고 있는 소음저감대책 현황을 고찰하기 위해서 고속도로 건설 전 수행해야 하는 환경영향평가서와 고속도로 완공 후 소음기준 초과 소음에 대한 소음영향분석보고서를 검토하였다. 환경영향평가서는 시기별로 수립되는 방음대책이 변화하였다. 2013 년 전까지는 방음벽(흡음형, 반사형) 위주의 방음대책이 수립되었다. 그러나 2015년 이후 방음벽 이외의 배수성저소음포장과 소음감쇠 기를 저감방안으로 제시하였다. 그러나 보고서마다 소음저감효과가 서술되어 있거난 서술되어 있지 않았다. 환경영향평가 이후 신규소 음저감대책이 수록된 소음영향분석보고서에서 최근 5년간 보고서 일부를 중심으로 검토하였다. 소음대책 수립을 위해서 20년 후 장래 교통량을 이용하여 방음벽 신설, 방음터널, 소음감쇠기, 배수성저소음포장 등의 소음저감대책을 수립하였으며 방음벽과 배수성저소음 포장을 조합한 대책안이 많이 제시되었다.

        The purpose of this study is to present a plan for reducing noise between floors of apartment houses in Korea and to examine the method for evaluating noise blocking performance rating between floors. The definition of floor noise and classification method of floor noise can be described, and floor noise can be distinguished into lightweight impact sound and heavy impact sound. The wall-type structure, which is mainly adopted in domestic apartments, relatively transmits vibration caused by impact sources rather than using columns and beams, so noise problems between floors are relatively higher than systems using columns and beams. Three representative methods for reducing and blocking floor noise are described, and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of floor noise reduction by each method are described. In addition, the method for noise reduction and blocking grades for each construction method currently applied in Korea was described, and as a result, it was judged that the domestic rating evaluation method was not suitable for the current domestic situation, and a new evaluation method and standard were needed.

        Advancements in technology for large aircraft have led to the development of new materials for aviation. Traditional alloy-based components in aircraft, once prevalent, are now being replaced by composite materials that offer superior performance in terms of strength and operational limits. Notably, propellers have evolved from wood to composite materials, finding application in contemporary small aircraft. In this context, there is a need for research on the composite propellers of the 3-blade "W Company," based on the widely used Rotax 914 engine in South Korea. This study aims to investigate the changes in noise and thrust corresponding to variations in propeller blade angles and engine RPM, with the goal of selecting the optimal propeller pitch angle. Particularly, the "W Company's" propellers are durable and cost-effective, widely adopted in domestic aircraft. The research seeks to propose an effective method to minimize noise while maintaining the necessary thrust, contributing to the smooth operation of aircraft and promoting coexistence with local communities.

        Aircraft noise is something humans don't want. In this study, based on the Rotax 914 engine used in Korea, the propeller blade angle was changed by 1 degree and the engine RPM was changed to review the three-wing “G Company” propeller and the three-wing GSC wooden propeller. Select the best propeller pitch angle by measuring the change in propeller noise and thrust and the change in engine RPM due to the change in noise and thrust. We would like to present a propeller pitch angle suitable for the location of the airfield and the operation of the aircraft. Based on this, we would like to help resolve noise complaints around the airfiled.

        Most domestic pilots are trained at local airfields using propeller aircraft. Training aircraft are mainly trained in the airspace around the aerodrome, and mainly take-off and landing exercises that require a lot of practice among flight control skills. Aircraft noise is a sound that humans do not want. In this study, based on the Rotax 914 engine used in Korea, the propeller blade angle was changed by 1 degree for the 3-leaf “K company” propeller and the 3-leaf GSC wooden propeller, and the engine RPM was changed to examine the noise and thrust changes. The purpose of this study is to check whether noise and thrust loss are the least at the engine's maximum RPM, and to propose an aircraft operation plan in the noisy aerodrome area based on the values.

        Noise is a sound that humans do not want. In this study, Based on the Rotax 912 engine, which is most commonly used in Korea, we will look at noise and thrust changes by changing the propeller blade angle by 1 degree for the two-blade Sensenich Propeller and the three-blade Wrap drive Propeller. Through this, we want to check which part of the propeller angle produces the least noise and the least thrust loss for each propeller, and propose a propeller operation plan in a noisy area based on the value.

        Assessment of noise exposed population is to check the environment noise level and social influence in order to reduce the risks such as annoyance and disturbance that are generated by environmental noise. Also, this method suggests the preferential noise abatement policy and action plan by accurately finding the area that the noise causes harmful effect to human health. Recently, a noise map, which can predict noise in comprehensive area, is used for the assessment of noise exposed population, breaking from the methods using existing measures. In particular, countermeasure for noise can be considered more effectively by using assessment methods of noise exposed population for specific noise level, area and building types which are the main input factors in noise maps. In this study, we propose noise prediction at traffic noise due to noise map.

        Building Equipment field is getting important recently which satisfies the requirement for pleasant living environment. But, the noise generated in the machinery room often violates the pleasant living environment of residents in complicated form of airborne noise and soild sound, its seriousness is increasing so that damage of noise can take large percentage of environmental complaints. So, soundproofing and insulation of sound which can minimize such noise and effective countermeasure in case of civil appeal are required, but research materials regarding building equipment are definitely insufficient domestically. In this respect, this study used Zwicker parameter which is applied by psychological and acoustic reactions according to sound quality, analyzed sound quality of 32 kinds of building equipment used in machine room, and analyzed correlation between dB(A) and PSIL which are items of Zwicker parameter and noise valuation based on that. As the results, if valuates altogether loudness and unbiased annoyance which have high correlation with other existing suggested valuating methods, it is considered that it can be utilized as basic data for more reasonable and accurate grasping characteristics of noise from building equipment and for building effective countermeasure in case of civil appeal.

        The noise environment was evaluated using the ISO recommended NR evaluation curve and PSIL (Preferred Sound Interference Level) in order to investigate the onboard educational environment according to the noise in the Motor Vessel Saehaerim, a fishing training ship under making way. As a result, NRNs were measured at 37-61 dB in accommodation areas, 44-56 dB in work areas, 37-57 dB in educational and conference areas, 83-103 dB in engine areas and 65.3 dB and 51.2 dB in the work and education areas respectively based on PSIL. The NRNs, which evaluated the cabin of the experimental ship according to the purpose, exceeded all of the indoor standard noise recommended by the ISO, and the PSIL had a generally short conversational distance within 0.25-2.3 m and 0.75-1.3 m for teaching and work areas.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to enhance the reliability of artificial intelligence for a noise-based pavement condition rating system (to a target performance of 95 %). METHODS : By comparing four types of pattern recognition artificial intelligence, this work acquires high-quality learning data and optimizes data learning through analysis of error characteristics. RESULTS : The system reliability improved up to 97 % (82 % in a prior study). In addition, 100 % was achieved for the E(F) condition grade, which has a direct impact on maintenance decision making. CONCLUSIONS : KNN-DTW (K-nearest neighbor dynamic time warping) is judged to be the most suitable type of artificial intelligence for a noise-based pavement condition rating system; a 4-grade system is the most suitable for classifying pavement condition.

        PURPOSES : This paper is aimed at suggesting a novel approach for determining the pavement condition rating based on the tire-surface friction noise using a machine learning algorithm as a low-end pavement condition monitoring system. METHODS : Vehicle on-board type noise measurement system according to the ISO11819-2, and the K-nearest neighbors with dynamic time warping algorithm were applied. The system and algorithm were empirically tested with a field study. RESULTS : The developed AI- and noise-based pavement condition monitoring system demonstrated significantly positive results with a precision 90.8%, recall 84.8%, and f1-score 86.1%. CONCLUSIONS: We herein confirmed that the acoustic property between the tire and road surface can be used for monitoring pavement conditions. It is believed this finding presented a new paradigm for monitoring pavement conditions based on visual information. However, extensive studies focused on the practical application of this method are required.

        Of the daily noises, construction noises cause serious conflicts between a construction firm and residents due to their high sound pressure level and shocking, repetitive sound. While South Korea regulates construction noises on the basis of legal criteria to minimize the damage from the noises, the regulation only involves a weighted sound level (dB(A)), which is loudness, like other types of noises. However, since construction noises are characterized by very diverse spectra and waveforms, it has been indicated that they cannot be reflected only by physical loudness: SPLdB(A). In addition, the need to reflect acoustic psychological characteristics and meanings of human beings in evaluating construction noises has recently been indicated. This study aimed to use six Zwicker parameters to determine the sound quality and acoustic psychological characteristics of construction noises and analyze the correlation between physical indexes of construction noises, as found in literature review, and the Zwicker parameters. Loudness of construction noises were closely correlated with SPLdB(A); shocking noises were perceived as ‘loud, sharp, and annoying’ sound. The Zwicker parameters were most strongly correlated with loudness, followed by unbiased annoyance and sharpness, among the evaluation indexes; as for correlation with construction noises, ‘normal noises’ were closely correlated with loudness, ‘shocking noises’ were closely correlated with loudness, unbiased annoyance, and sharpness, and ‘fluctuating noises’ were closely correlated with loudness. Therefore, if loudness, unbiased annoyance, and sharpness were taken into account in terms of the sound quality in evaluating construction noises, it is expected to be useful to make and revise criteria for regulating the noises.

        Noise is unwanted sound and nerve jarring sound or mentally and physically harmful sound to the human body. In the 20th century, the aviation industry have been comprehensive industry of all areas and humanity have been globalized, the number of aircraft operated have been increased continuously. We confirmed that the actual measured noise data was consistent with the aircraft average noise data to calculate noise maps of INM version 7.0. and based on this, the actual flight scenarios and the noise map were created. For making the noise map, we assumed that the maximum number of flight is operated.

        The source of wayside noise for the train are the aerodynamic noise, wheel/rail noise, and power unit noise. The major source of railway noise is the wheel/rail noise caused by the interaction between the wheels and rails. The Structure borne noise is mainly a low frequency problem. The train noise and vibration nearby the elevated railway make one specific issue. The microphone array method is used to search sound radiation characteristics of elevated structure to predict the noise propagation from an elevated railway. In this paper, the train noise and structure borne noise by train are measured and prediction. From the results, we investigated the effect for elevated railway noise.
