본 연구에서는 해사대학의 학칙에 근거한 승선생활교육이 학생의 기본권을 제한하게 되는 경우, 그 제한이 헌법상 기본권 제한에 관한 일반원칙의 테두리 내에서 이루어지고 있는지 여부를 연구하고자 하였다. 해사대학은 헌법 제31조 제4항에 근거하여 자율적으로 학칙을 제정하여 학생을 규율하고 있다. 하지만, 학생의 기본권을 제한하기 위해서는 기본권 제한 3단계인 ① 법적 근거가 있어야 하며, ② 비례성원칙을 통과하고, ③ 헌법 제37조 제2항에 따른 본질내용을 침해하지 않아야 한다. 이 논문에서 검토결과 첫째, 법적근거는 고등교육법과 국립학교설치령 및 학칙에 근거하고 있다. 둘째, 헌법의 비례성원칙을 위반한 것으로는 보이지 않으며, 셋째, 기본권제한의 한계인 본질내용의 침해가 없는 것을 확인하였다. 즉 해사대학생에 대한 승선생활교육이 헌법상 보장하고 있는 기본권 침해는 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 다만, 승선생활교육을 시행하는 과정에서 비례성원칙의 한계를 넘지 않도록 감독을 강화하고, 개별학생의 일탈이 발생하지 않도록 지도·감독을 철저히 해야 한다.

본 연구는 승선 생활에 미숙련된 일반승객이 해상재난 발생 시 여객선 내에서의 안전성을 확보하고 피난성능을 향상시키기 위한 기술 개발에 반드시 필요한 선박 항해 환경에 따른 승선 중 보행속도를 실측실험을 통해 취득하고 이를 비교 분석한 것이다. 81명의 남녀 대학신입생이 참가한 승선 실험에서, 평면복도 직선부에서의 평균보행속도는 항해시가 정박시보다 27.2%, 평면복도 코너부에서는 23.2% 느려지는 것으로 나타나 항해중 선박 동요에 따른 속도 저하가 크다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 항해상태에서 실측된 상향계단과 하향계단에서의 평균보행속도는 각각 0.71m/s, 0.75m/s으로 측정되었다. 군집충돌 이동실험에서는 인근 보행자와의 보행 간섭으로 인해 후미로 갈수록 보행속도가 느려지고, 선두의 이동속도가 군집 전체의 이동속도에 큰 영향을 준다는 사실을 확인하였다.

To evaluate the crews’ evacuation characteristics, anti-disaster drills are performed according to 3 different types of scenarios. The drill participants are 2 groups, namely the one is freshmen who is novice for onboard life, and the other is 3rd grade college men who experienced at least 6 months onboard life. As a result of trials, it is clear that the evacuation time of skilled crews(3rd grade colleges men) correspond 2 times faster than that of novices(1st grade colleges men). But on scenario 2 and 3, which are performed under the constriction of uncertainties, the evacuation times are closer than usuals.

The purpose of this study was to explore the nature and progressional change in consciousness of KMU students about the shipboard-life which appeared though regimental dormitory life. An empirical study was carried out to exam in the perceptual differences not only on sea faring as a job but also on preliminary shipboard-life among each grades. The data analyzing perceptual differences on seafaring and preliminary shipboard -life of KMU students were collected from 450 students selected from 3 different kinds of populations -(1) senior students, (2) sophomore students, (3) freshmen-by the use of questionnaire method. The pearson's test for goodness offit and factor analysis were used to analyze the data.

The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of the relationship between several factors representing the mental health enumerated in the psychology literature and the dadaptability to group life which all of th KMU students encounter. An empirical study was carried out to examine not only the differences in mental health of 4 kinds of students groups but also the impact of interaction which mental health affects to the adaptability to group life among grades. The several factors of the mental health can be utilized in suggesting the theoretical bases for the countermeasures of the effective group life along with the motivation of KMU students. The data investigating the impact of interaction between mental health and the adaptability to group life were collected from 537 KMU students selected from 4 different kinds of population-(1) Freshman group (2) Sophomore group (3) Junior group (4) Senior group-by the use of questionnaire method and interview. The 2-way analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used to analyze the data. The results of this study were found as follows; (1) There are significant difference in the cognition of gloom, personal sensitiveness, anagonism, anxiety and total score among 4 grade groups, (2) The freshmen group and the sophomore group have perceived gloom, personal sensitiveness, antagonism, and total score more acutely than the junior group and senior group have. (3) There are significant differences in perceiving an obession and personal sensitiveness according to the adaptation types to the group life; adaopted type, non-adapted type. The non-adapted group has recognized an obsession and personal sensitiveness more seriously than the adapted group has. (4) The interaction between grades and the adaptation status doesn't have an direct influence on the mental health.
