This study investigates the influence of the type of lipid phase (corn oil [CO], palm oil [PO], MCT oil [MO], lemon oil [LO]) on the physical characteristics and bioactive peptide (BP) encapsulation in food-grade water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) double emulsions. The stabilities of the double emulsions were analyzed for droplet size characteristics, viscosity, dynamic rheological properties, encapsulation efficiency (EE), and release rate of BP (at different temperatures: 4, 25, 37, and 60oC) for 28 days. The encapsulated BP acts as an active substance in the osmotic balance and destabilization of the double emulsion system. For the effect of the oil phase, double emulsions prepared with PO showed the best droplet stability without phase separation (D50 < 1 m) and high BP retention (EE > 60%). In the release rate at high temperatures (60oC), the BP released from double emulsions was in the order of MO > CO > LO > PO over time. In contrast, the BP release from double emulsions at low temperatures (< 37oC) had no difference depending on the oil type. Therefore, the information obtained from this work is useful for preparing stable, functional food or cosmetic products from double emulsions using a BP.

중국의 유상곡수거(流觴曲水渠)는 대부분이 암석에 조영됨으로서 인공적인 색채가 매우 강하였으며 왕희지의 난정 이후 곡수 유배거는 정자 내부로 조성하는 경향이 심화되었다. 그러나 유상곡수를 주제나 모티브로 한 다수의 그림에서 왕희지의 난정기(蘭亭記)에서 보이는 배경 산악의 숭고미와 자연성 높은 계류와 수림을 배경으로 ‘일상일영(一觴一詠)’하는 선비들의 행태를 담는 비기하학적유상곡수 형태를 기본적 도상(icon)이자 텍스트로 하고 있음이 발견된다. 중국 소흥의 ‘난정’ 유상곡수연 유거는 그 후 복원된시설이긴 하지만 유상곡수 문화의 일대 전환점이자 획을 그은 정원시설이자 풍류문화의 산실이었다 할 만하다. 곡수연(曲水宴)관련 풍류문화는 국내에서 삼국시대로부터 고려, 조선, 근세에 이르기까지 면면히 전승되는 양상을 보여주는데 곡수거의 조영형태는 중국으로 부터의 도입 초기에는 정형적인 인공형태를 보였으나 시간이 경과하면서 점차로 한국의 풍토환경과 정서에 부합되는자연스러운 곡수로 형태로 조영되는 특징을 보여주고 있다. 특히, 물의 도입이 용이한 자연 계류수 또는 암반과 관련시켜 돌을가공하여 수로를 만들었다. 즉 암반 위에 타원형의 수로를 음각(陰刻)하거나 웅덩이 형태로 소용돌이를 만들어 곡수연을 즐길수 있도록 하거나 자연 지반에 음양석 형태의 자연석이나 경석을 이용하여 굴곡 수로를 만드는 등 다양하게 나타나고 있다.또한 현대에 들어서도 유상곡수의 문화를 살리기 위한 조경시설과 풍류문화가 면면히 이어짐은 매우 반가운 현상으로‘유상곡수’가 전통조경 및 휴양레크레이션 문화를 담는 문화콘텐츠이자 문화로 정착되기를 기대한다.

This research was establishment of landscape formation plan to Yusang village region Yeongcheon city. Literature research, field research, surveys carried out for this purpose. In addition, by utilizing design code that appears in the common characteristics of the rural scenic views of the region in improving the quality of life of the local population and preserve the indigenous landscape as well as improve the quality of rural landscapes, management, capital town of the region to form Yeongcheon the center was established in the landscape plan form. The natural environment of the capital region for the landscape formation plan, Humanities and Social Environment, Landscape Resources Status, Social Consciousness, landscape map, landscape design, code identification and basic design and planning through the basic steps to derive design guidelines were applied to the landscape formation plan. Formation landscape plan for the regional launch of the regional landscape improvements, region entrance space and yusang reservoirs place, rest zone in the sacred tree and nurse trees around the plan, and repair the town hall. residents living village road maintenance to improve the environment, and develop a detailed plan, such as the lungs maintenance. Yoon, Hee-soo. 1996. Iconicity of Linguistic Signs. Studies in Modern Grammatical Theories 9: 137-159. Iconicity is a tern which is used to call similarity between a linguistic form and its meaning. The thought that there is no relation between a form of a linguistic sign and its contents i.e., that the relation is arbitrary has been widely accepted since Saussure. However, with the advent of cognitive linguistics, iconicity has become a new important area of research. In this paper, the following four aspects of iconicity are found out: quantity principle, proximity principle, me-first principle, sequential order principle. Natural language is not a system composed of arbitrary signs as has been supposed since Saussure. Many of the linguistic structures reflect human cognitive system. It turns out that language is not an autonomous system but the products of human body and soul based on human cognitive system and bodily experiences.
