The BX composite beam is designed to have the same cross-section regardless of the size of the momentum, which is a disadvantage of the existing steel structure. Combination of the H-beam end compressive material and the H-section steel tensile reinforcement according to the moment size in a single span, It is possible to say that it is an excellent synthesis which increases the performance. When underground and overhead structures are constructed, it is possible to reduce the bending, increase lateral stiffness, reduce construction cost, and simplify joints. The seamability of the joining part is a simple steel composite beam because of the decrease of the beam damping at the center of the beam and the use of the end plate of the new end compressing material. In the case of structures with long span structure and high load, it is advantageous to reduce the material cost by designing large steel which is high in price at less than medium steel.

FRP composites bridge deck has advantages of structural characteristics and rapid construction in the replacements of the deteriorated bridge deck. Although FRP composites have many advantages, the application in the bridge design has been retarded so far due to the lack of design guidelines. In this paper, the design example for the FRP decked concrete composite girder bridges is presented to verify the proposed design method. The design of connection in the design example is the flexible hybrid shear connection included steel reinforcements and FRP tubes. Finally, this paper may be design guideline for FRP decked concrete composite girder bridges required the composite action.

Preservation of wooden architecture by means of synthetic resin, is physical and chemical work. Synthetic resins are using for consolidation and restoration of decayed members. Since 1978, synthetic resin became useful preservation of architectural heritage in Korea. The first object was Chimgyeru of Songgwang-temple in Suncheon city. In the 1980s, have begun the care of materials for conservation on the architectural heritage, it was influenced according to authenticity of UNESCO Venice charter's principle, in 1964. In Korea, preservation of wooden architecture by means of synthetic resin that is sing many kinds of epoxies. Among the specific types of epoxies are araldite XN1023, SV427, etc. The use of synthetic resin have merits and demerits in the restoration for architectural heritage. The merit is that it is more smaller change with new members during preservation work. But the demerit is an irreversibility of the epoxy resin. In 1999, 'ICOMOS International Wood Committee' recommend contemporary materials and techniques, should be chosen and used with the greatest caution. And preservation work should reversible, as possible as technically. Therefore, should be data continous for preservation of wooden architecture by synthetic resin. Because data is very important work about a preservation of wooden architecture by synthetic resin. And should be try to think about new materials and techniques instead of synthetic resin, in the long view.

In the recent years, composite beam is now being frequently used not only in reduction of the story height but also saving material quantity. There has been heightened interest in composite beam. In this study, new composite beam was proposed, which composed of H-section and U-section members. Angles were used for shear connectors for composite action. In order to investigate the performance of the suggested composite beam, test programs were carried out to evaluate the composite beam's structural behavior and effectiveness as conducted experiments consist of push-out tests, beam flexural tests and beam-column connection tests.
