본 논문에서는 비치의 저서에서 분석의 모델이 된 바흐의 《바이올린 파르티타, 제1번》, ‘사 라방드’ 악장과 관련하여, 다른 음악적 해석을 제시하였다. 작품의 분석에 앞서 비치의 저서 『고급 쉔커식 분석; 악구 리듬, 모티브, 형식의 관점에서』중에서 특히, 바로크 단순 2부 형식에서 나타나 는 구조와 선율의 특징에 대해 검토하였다. 이후, 비치의 저서에서 분석된 바흐의 《바이올린 파르 티타, 제1번》, ‘사라방드’의 쉔커식 분석 그래프를 바탕으로, 각각의 화음들이 가지고 있는 기능들 을 구체화하고, 보다 음악적인 화성 연결과 선율진행을 찾아내어, 그의 분석 그래프를 보완하고자 하였다. 그 결과 비치의 분석 그래프와 동일하게  를 시작음으로 하는  - - - - 의 근본선율이 완 성 되었다. 그러나 구조음  은 비치의 그래프에서 제시된 곳과는 다른 위치에서 시작되고 있으며, 구조음 중 하나인  는 그의 해석과는 다른 방법으로 연장 되었다. 또한 작품의 유기적 통일성과 응집력을 더하는 근본구조 유사성 등의 특징 등이 본 논문에서 새롭게 나타났다. 결과적으로 악곡을 형성하고 있는 근본선율은 동일하다. 그러나 근본선율의 구성음을 연장하 는 각 화음들의 기능을 다른 음악적 흐름으로 해석함으로써, 비치의 분석 그래프와 다른 해석이 도 출되었다.

The aim of present study was to suggest the appropriate way to establish and interpret mediating effect on sport psychology research by reconsidering Barron and Kenny`s criteria (1986) which has been widely used for explaining mediating effect in psychological research. Qualitative review of psychological literature suggesting mediating effect was performed. As a result, we identified several limitations from the Barron and Kenny`s criteria which is two-dimensional classification including fully mediated model and partially mediated model. For example, the criteria cannot explain the issue related to equivalent models which are statistically identical but are logically different, and it disturbs apposite interpretation for the main mediated model. Thus, we discussed the relationship between the equivalent model and the mediated model, and suggested the advisable approach to mediated model for sport psychologists.

본 논문은 말러의 음악이 동시대 다른 독일어권 작곡가들의 음악과 왜 다를까라는 질문 에서 시작하였다. 이 질문은 평범하고 진부해 보이지만 음악적 내용만 가지고는 설명되기 어 려운 주제이므로 19세기 독일문화사의 맥락 안에서 그의 음악의 본질에 접근해 보았다. 보 헤미아 출신의 유대인으로서, 세기말(fin du siècle) 빈의 지휘자이며 작곡가로서 그가 경험 한 경계인의 삶을 조명하고, 그가 경외했던 니체, 바그너, 괴테의 사고와 상호연관 시켜봄으 로써 그의 음악적 본질을 니체와 괴테의 몸학(Physiologie) 혹은 신체성과 결부시켰다. 말러 의 작품에 나타나는 진보적인 사고, 즉 여성성, 아이러니, 단편기법(fragmentary style) 등으 로 나타나는 특징을 탈 형이상학적(post-metaphysic) 신체성의 발로로 해석하였다.

South Korea’s economic indicators is not far from the top 10. But its Corruption Perceptions Index(CPI) according to Transparency International has been within the top 40 for a long time as well, showing a significant deviation from the economic indicators. Plus in the execution of the OECD anti-bribery act Korea is classified as ‘passive follower’ which is not an improvement from the last year, and there has been no policies to try to improve it. Civil servant corruption level from 2011 June anti-corruption network’s research shows that 61.9% answered that bribes affect the administrative process, and 57.5% answered that it was customary to provide money or valuables in public affairs. Corruption index of politicians, public officials, and businessmen seem to have evolved on a completely different level from the normal citizens, and while there have been attempts the chances of improvement seem slim. So it is interesting to note the Supreme Court case that actually supports the formation of corruption legally. It is a ruling from 10 years ago so it may seem to be reflecting on the political landscape of the time, but it shall be looked at in more detail because in fact it has not been overruled and is still being used as a standard in recent corruption cases. The following is the reason this case study shall focus on. According to a publishing about the investigation of a leader of a certain regional autonomous body, the court has declined a warrant from the prosecution based on our 1999 precedent. This precedent concerns the criminal law article 129 clause 2 about Advance Acceptance, and there are very few other precedents - especially rare are those about the common ‘implicit request.’ So this precedent has now been resurfaced as a critical basis for Advance Acceptance in the court. Because this precedent is used so widely and yet is virtually unknown in the academia or the routine I have researched the precedent, and have concluded that it does not agree with either the legal philosophy or with other precedents in terms of fairness. So even though the case is more than 10 years old, it is being used by the court today as a precedent, so it was deemed necessary to re-evaluate this case and conduct more in depth analysis.

Scriabin`s output is often split into three periods.: Op. 1-29 (1886-1901), Op. 30-57 (1903-1908), and Op. 58-74 (1910-1914). He made a gradual transition to atonality, beginning as early as 1903. It is precisely between the second and third periods when we begin to observe a significant shift taking place in Scriabin`s way of conceiving his music. The purpose of this paper is to document the decline of tritone in Scriabin`s music primarily found in the transitional part of the composer`s musical career. While the theory was formulated by Russian music theorists, it has had a direct influence on various ways of understanding Scriabin`s complicated later works. The second chapter deals with the tritone in Scriabin`s transitional period. The most important harmonic function in Scriabin`s transitional music is a ♭Ⅱ-Ⅴ progression. The third chapter explores Scriabin`s music from the viewpoint of Russian music theory. I focus primarily on the work of three Russian theorists, namely, Yavorsky, Dernova and Kholopov, and how their works are related to the tritone of Scriabin`s music. Both Dernova and Kholopov carry over Yavorsky`s theory when discussing Scriabin`s problematic compositions, and one gets the sense. The merit of Russian music theory lies in the methodology. In particular, Scriabin`s Poeme, Op. 59, No. 1 is examined by using Russian music theorists`s views. The Russian theorists offer a new system of analysis, thereby allowing us to have an intimate and perspicuous understanding of the late Scriabin`s mechanics.

南冥 曺植(1501-1572)의 ｢神明舍圖銘｣은 한 인물이 자신의 마음을 어떻게 수양하여 성인의 경지에 이를 수 있을까를 고민하고 이겨내는 과정을 다룬 것 으로, 그의 엄격한 수양론을 극명하게 드러내고 있다. 본고에서는 남명의 ｢신명 사도명｣을 계승한 남명학파 학자들의 문학 작품 5편을 통시적으로 살펴봄으로 써, 지리산권 가운데 하나인 진주를 중심으로 형성되었던 남명학파의 마음 공 부를 이해하는 일단의 실마리로 삼았다. 대상으로는 삼은 작품은 龜巖 李楨의 ｢神明舍賦｣, 東岡 金宇顒의 ｢天君傳｣, 寒沙 姜大遂의 ｢神明舍記｣, 台溪 河溍의 ｢神明舍記｣, 俛宇 郭鍾錫의 ｢神明舍賦｣ 등이다. 이 5편의 문학 작품이 가지는 재해석의 면모와 시대적 의미를 고찰해 볼 때, 크게 두 가지 정도로 그 결론을 정리해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 남명의 ｢신명도사명｣을 각기 계승하되 그것이 함유하고 있는 의미와 중 요성을 저마다의 입지와 관점에서 조명하고 있음을 발견할 수 있다. 5편의 작품 들은 자신의 관점과 시대적 필요에 의거해 ｢신명사도명｣의 핵심을 파악하는 해 석의 각도가 차이를 빚게 되었다. 따라서 부각시키려 한 중심 내용이 달라질 수 밖에 없었던 것이다. 둘째, 남명학파의 계보상에서 저자들을 구분해 볼 때, 그들의 작품이 가지는 의의를 남명학파의 시대적 상황과 연관시켜 가늠해 보게 된다. 구암과 동강의 작품은 ‘남명학의 계승과 전파’라는 측면에서 그 의미를 이해할 수 있다. 한사와 태계의 작품은 인조 반정 직후 남명학파의 명맥이 끊어질 위기에 봉착하여 ‘학 맥의 수호’라는 관점에서 해석해 볼 수 있다. 면우의 작품은 외세의 침략과 국 가의 존망이 위태로운 시기에 유학적 마음 수양의 指南으로서 ‘남명의 심학을 천양’한 것이라고 규정해 볼 수 있다.
