The omni-channel customer system is the communication system between enterprise and customer via multiple channels such as mail, email, SMS, and mobile. The omni-channel customer system complements each other channel through the integration of each channel. The purpose of this research is to derive key factors and calculate the weights that a financial enterprise considers when adopting the omni-channel customer system. For this research, we analyzed the request for proposal documents used for the omni-channel customer system implementation projects in the financial enterprise. Also, we derived, classified, and stratified the key factors to be considered for the introduction of the omni-channel customer system in the financial enterprise. As a result of analyzing the key factors, customer experience, operations, and security were identified as the components of the top category in introducing the omni-channel customer system in the financial sector. Furthermore, the weight for each key factor was calculated by using ANP. As a result of ANP, operations, customer experience, and security were important in order. Also, the degree of easiness for connecting with other systems and the various abilities for representing the contents of the omni-channels were derived as the important key factors.
환경에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 글로벌 자동차 기업들은 그린 카(Green car)기술 획득을 위한 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있다. 따라서 글로벌 자동차 기업들의 기술 경쟁력을 평가하고 그 동향을 분석하는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다. 그러나 특허성과 평가를 위한 기존의 연구에서는 다양한 특허지표 중 일부만을 활용하였으며, 특히 이들 지표들을 포괄적으로 고려한 종합적인 분석에는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특허 평가를 위한 요소들에 대한 중요도를 반영하여 전체적인 특허성과를 평가하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법에서는 네트워크 분석절차(Analytic Network Process)을 통해 특허지표들에 대한 상대적 중요도를 도출된 후, 이 정보를 활용한 가중치 범위 제한 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis-Assurance Region, DEA-AR)을 수행한다. 이때, DEA-AR모형의 투입요소로는 기업규모, 연구개발비, 직원 수를, 산출요소로는 특허 수, 특허 피인용수, 특허 청구항수를 고려하였다. 이 방법을 활용하여 글로벌 자동차기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 평가한 결과, 그린 카 시장의 동향과 추세를 파악할 수 있었다.
With the trends of massiveness and complexity of construction, the main agents of construction have considered the various types of risk management strategies to minimize the loss caused by the risk factors from the nature of construction project, regional characteristics, and scale of construction. The risk management has been conducted, because the risk factors have exacerbated the condition of construction in terms of the level of productivity, quality of construction, atmosphere, and budget. Based on thε interests regarding risk factor management, the current study suggests the work breakdown structure-based process. Additionally, based on the work breakdown structure, the risk factors on constructions are identified and stratified depending on the level of salience of each risk factor. The purpose of result is to lead Korean Land Corporation understand and control the risk factors properly for the advanced construction process of Korean Land Corporation. 본 연구는 ANP법을 이용하여 수색 구조선의 할당순위를 평가하였다. 이러한 평가를 위해서 본 연구에서는 퍼지추론 및 계층분석법을 이용하여 인명피해, 선박피해, 환경오염피해에 대해 위험성을 평가하였다. 또한 DEA법 및 리커트 척도법을 이용하여 수색 구조선의 정량적, 정성적 운영효율성을 평가하였다. 마지막으로는 위험성평가와 운영효율성 평가를 ANP법을 이용하여 종합 평가치를 산출하였다. 그 결과 MP, YS RCC/RSC 구역이 수색 구조선의 할당순위가 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다.
The ANP(Analytic Network Process), though based on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), is a system for the analysis, synthesis, and justification of complex decisions with the capability to model non-linear relations between the elements. ANP allows the decision makers to leap beyond the traditional hierarchy to the interdependent environment of network modeling. The ANP is designed for problems characterized by the added complexity of interdependencies such as feedback and dependencies among problem elements. Using a network approach makes it possible to represent and analyze interactions, incorporate non-linear relations between the elements, and synthesize mutual effects by a single logical procedure. This study intends to evaluate the contribution of technology in intangible assets by the AHP and ANP.

Data Envelopment Analysis-Assurance Region(DEA-AR) model is used in this paper to investigate the efficiency and performance potential of Korean banks as they engage in activities that incur interest and non-interest expenses and produce income. DEA provides a measure of each bank's relation to the best-practice frontier for its competitors. This can provide a better quality-benchmark than using industry averages or a particular peer bank branches as the benchmark. The banks are classified into efficient and inefficient sets. Multiplier values for AR-inefficient banks with unique slacks indicate the potential for management to improve the bank's performance relative to its peers. DEA-AR that provide economically reasonable bounds for the multipliers lead to profitability potential, as distinct from efficiency, results.

본 연구의 목적은 지방자치단체 상수도사업의 효율성을 분석하는 것이다. 먼저, 네트워크분석절차를 사용하여 평가 요소들을 경제적 요인, 환경적 요인, 물공급 요인으로 군집화하고, 군집 내의 각 요소에 대한 가중치를 추정하였다. 그리고 네트워크분석절차에서 추정한 평가 요소별 가중치를 여분 기반 자료포락분석 모형의 가중치로 반영하여 지방자치단체 상수도사업의 효율성을 분석하였다. 이때, 자료포락분석 모형의 투입요소로는 유지관리비, 부채액, 누수량, pH, 탁도, 잔류염소를 사용하였고, 산출요소로는 급수량, 급수인구, 수도요금수입액을 사용하였다. 모형수행 결과, 지방자치단체의 상수도사업에 대한 효율성 순위를 도출하고, 비효율적인 지자체의 벤치마킹 대상을 확인할 수 있었다.
As the era of ubiquitous has come, it is able to have more convenient and efficient operation system since many efforts have devoted to developing an appropriate operation system in the ubiquitous environment and applying RFID/USN technology to various parts in the industry. Also, the port logistics area has considered RFID/USN to develop more efficient port logistics environment and improve their efficiency. Therefore, this study investigates current trends of RFID technology and application cases in the port logistics area since RFID stands in the important position of changes of maritime port environment. This study tries to find possible areas for applying RFID technology and analyze expected effects when RFID is adopted those areas. Lastly, the priority level among the possible RFID application fields in the container terminal has been evaluated by experts' survey.
