This study will propose newly emerging food businesses followed by demographical changes of customers or development of internet based environment and considered food safety related laws or legal application on it. This emerging food business could not be defined as classical criteria based on the food safety laws, so that they have to be controlled by differentiated legal criteria. Total fourteen related laws which have to be applied on newly emerging food business retailing general food or packed animal products have been considered and administrative disposition criteria was also suggested in this study. This study systematically propose the legal criteria for changing or emerging food business and highlight the importance of sustainable or differentiated food safety management of possible future food business.

농산물 직거래는 생산자와 소비자를 직접 연결하면서 중간유통비용을 절감하고 이를 통해 생산자와 소비자 모두에게 만족을 줄 수 있는 대안적인 유통경로이다. 이러한 역할때문에 최근 온라인 농산물 직 거래에 대한 관심이 다시 높아지고 있다. 하지만 농산물 직거래는 중간유통단계를 생략하는 것이기 때 문에 생산자가 그 역할을 대신하여야 하기에 다양한 장애요인을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직거래를 추진하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 직거래 장애요인을 파악하고, 직거래 활성화를 위하여 농촌진흥청에 서 수행하고 있는 e-비즈니스 교육을 어떤 방향으로 이끌어가야 할지에 대하여 방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 교육 프로그램 보완, 개인역량 강화, 협업화, 농업인들이 희망하는 교육 확대 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyze factors influencing business performance by types of agricultural corporation for improving performance. The number of agricultural corporations have been increasing but their profitability has been decreasing. In this situation, it is important to analyze factors influencing business performance for improving their profitability. We estimate a model including financial indexes and corporation’s characters using ordinary least square. We use agricultural corporations survey data for 10years(2005~2014) of Statistics Korea. This study analyze bookkeeping recorded agricultural corporations for the same period. As a result, we find factors to influence Return on Assets(ROA). Additionally, we calculate optimized current ratio and debt ratio for ROA maximization. Operation period and the number of full-time workers also have a positive effect on ROA. Agricultural production, processing and distribution variables by business types have a positive effect on ROA, but some of their interaction terms have a negative effect on ROA. We expect that this result will help for improving corporation’s business performance.

The purpose of this research is to go beyond the policy support of the traditional sixth industry and to build a business model of the farmers’ business by establishing the business model of the establishment of the sixth industry utilizing agricultural products of individual farmers. First, we defined the business model of the 6th agricultural industry, and secondly set up two models via FGI based on the 9 block model of BMC (Business Model Canvas), and applied feasibility, cost appropriate, differentiation point Through the establishment of hard-working business, sales consolidation, consumer-centric model set. Third, using the Delphi method in each area of 9 Block, the final 21 components were set. Through this BMC model, it was shown that discrimination and accessibility are important factors in the 6th agricultural field foundation business model.

The main purpose of the research is to suggest a new business model of direct distribution of organic agricultural products cultivated in suburban area. To secure competitiveness, logistics cost reduction is important through direct transaction of organic agricultural products cultivated on suburban area. The research addresses food safety, farmers' income and unemployment issues with Eco-M business model. The research methods include investigation on the followings: current domestic agriculture; related problems on the existing literature reviews; the current status of suburban agriculture; specialty store of eco-friendly agricultural products. Eco-M business model can solve various problems of suburban agriculture supply system, challenges of organic farming specialty stores, unemployment issues, and difficulties of processing verticalization. Future research should include followings. First, there should be comparative analysis between businesses of environmentfriendly specialty stores through suburban agriculture and producer's agriculture connected with organic farming market. Second, it is required to develop strategy of environment-friendly specialty stores. Finally, analysis of the potential of Sextic industries is necessary throughout production-process-service process.
