현재, 세계는 역동적으로 변화하고 있으며 기업은 이러한 경영환경에서 생존하기 위해 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 이러한 과정 속에서 조직 내 리더의 역할이 강조되고 있는데, 최근 조직구성원과 리더의 세대 간 차이가 발생하며 어려움을 겪는 경우가 빈번하게 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 MZ세대를 대상으로 하 여 임파워링 리더십이 LMX를 매개로 창의성과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증하는 것을 목적 으로 하였다. 선행연구에 의하면 임파워링 리더십은 창의성과 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 이는 곧 새로운 아이디어를 창출하고 역할 외 행동을 높이는 등 기업의 생존과 번영과 직결된다는 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 실증분석 대상으로는 경상남도를 소재로 명확한 리더가 존재하는 기업의 구성원 중 MZ세대를 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 시행하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 리더의 임파워링 리더십은 창의성 과 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임파워링 리더십은 높은 질의 LMX 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, LMX은 임파워링 리더십과 창의성·조직시민행동 을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 현시대 기업의 생존에 있어 임파워링 리더십의 가치를 확인하게 되었으며, LMX의 매개효과를 입증하였다. 이를 통해 기존 경영 문헌의 지식의 확장시키고 MZ세대 위주 조직의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 인적자원관리의 시사점을 제언한다.

The influence of the food value consumption type of MZ generation on food choice attribute and sustainable food consumption behavior was studied using structural equation modeling. A survey was conducted on April 11~17, 2022, among panels aged 20 to 39. A total of 350 valid replicates (100%) were analyzed using statistical program SPSS The validity of the measurement instrument was verified through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The data reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The hypothesis was verified by performing path analysis through structural equation modeling using AMOS. Regarding the influence of food choice characteristics on sustainable food consumption behavior, health has a significant positive (+) effect on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. Among food value consumption categories social value consumption has a significant negative (－) influence on the consumption behavior of certified food and the choice of local food. Ethical value consumption has a significant positive (+) influence on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. This study is significant because it has identified sustainable food consumption behaviors that domestic consumers can adopt daily. It can use as baseline data for preparing political and institutional measures.

This study examined relationships among healthy food awareness, behavioral intention toward healthy foods, and actual behavior of Generation Y consumers. This study hypothesized that Generation Y consumers are aware of healthy foods and more likely to eat healthy foods while avoiding junk foods. According to structural equation modeling, all hypothesized paths were statistically significant, meaning that the three constructs in the model showed positive relationships with each other. Results showed that this group of college students is generally aware of healthy foods and have positive intentions toward healthy food choices. Therefore, university foodservice management needs to continue to improve their menus in order to attract this new generation of college student consumers.

The floating PV generation structure installed on the surface of water has been recently issued as a representative items for the low carbon and green growth campaign. Moreover, the studies and developments for the structure and construction improvements of floating PV generation structure have been in progress. For example, in the previous research, the floating PV generation structure consisted of pultruded FRP and SMC FRP members is suggested. In this study, we conduct the analytical and experimental studies for estimating the structural characteristics of SMC FRP vertical members. From the analytical and experimental results, it is found that SMC FRP vertical members used for floating PV generation structure have sufficient structural safety and stability.

In this paper, firstly, acceleration-time histories were generated by varying strong motion duration in the frequency domain for application to a seismically isolated nuclear power structure, so as to examine the effects of strong motion duration on the behavior of the structure. Secondly, real recorded earthquakes were modified to match the target response spectrum based on the revised SRP 3.7.1(2007) and the modified time histories were applied to the analysis of a seismically isolated nuclear power structure. The obtained values of acceleration and displacement responses of the structure were, finally, compared with the values obtained in case of applying acceleration-time histories generated in the frequency domain to the structure.

Studying awareness, importance, satisfaction, and wearing behavior of functional textiles for active silver generation related with gender and age is expected to contribute to clothing products development to improve and maintain their health and marketing strategy fit for user characteristics. For empirical research, a survey was developed and the aged 50 and above were 332 respondents. The results of the study are as follows. First, silver generation considered all the clothing comfort sensations important when wearing clothes, such as tactile sensation, clothing pressure sensation, thermal/wet sensation, and motion sensation in human physiological aspect. Also, stretchy fabrics were ranked first in awareness, the number of wearing times, and satisfaction of comfort functional fabrics. More than 30% of silver generation have fifteen items out of 36 functional clothes. Second, in analysis of awareness by gender on functional clothing products, women were more aware of health/safety-oriented fabrics than men were. Otherwise, men had more knowledge about the water-related properties of functional fabrics than women have, such as water/moisture absorptive and water-repellent/vapor permeable fabrics. While women have more indoor casual wear, men had more active sportswear. Also, women expressed a strong preference to the stretchy function of fabrics.

게임에 현실과 비슷한 공간을 표현하게 되면서, 좀 더 사실적인 게임 공간을 만들어 내는 것이 매우 중요한 요소가 되었다. 그러나 정해진 틀 안에서 제한된 반응만을 보이는 NPC는 사용자가 지루함을 느끼고 게임에 대한 흥미를 잃게 만든다. 이는 NPC의 행동 생성과 제어 방법이 미흡하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 RPG류 등의 공간을 탐색하는 게임 환경에서 NPC가 자신의 상태에 따라 다른 행동을 취하고, 뷰포인트와 관계없이 ‘생활하는’ NPC에 대해 기술한다. 이 연구를 토대로 NPC의 행동을 스크립트 언어로 출력하는 행동 생성기를 제작하고 실제 생성된 NPC의 행동 패턴을 분석하여 봄으로써 본 연구가 NPC의 효과적인 행동 생성에 도움이 됨을 보인다.

본 연구는 노인과 아동 대상자 간의 세대통합 원예활동 프로그램이 노인의 생활만족도, 우울 및 아동의 이미지에 미치는 영향과 아동의 사회․심리․정서적 행동 특성 및 노인이미지의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 노인대상자는 전남 무안군 현경면 마산리와 청계면 월선리 노인들이 참여하였고, 아동대상자는 무안읍 성남 어리이집과 청계면 푸른솔 어린이집의 7세 아동들이 참여하였다. 세대통합 원예활동 프로그램은 2월 12일 부터 5월 28일까지 주 1회 2시간씩 총 16회 실시하였다. 노인들의 생활만족도는 프로그램 전보다 프로그램 후에 점수가 높아졌고, 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 노인들의 우울 점수는 프로그램 전에서 비해 프로그램 후에 낮아졌으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 노인들의 아동의 이미지 점수는 프로그램 전보다 프로그램 후에 증가하였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 아동들의 사회․심리적 행동특성은 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 없었고, 정서적 행동특성은 프로그램 전 21.47점에서 프로그램 후 19.26점으로 2.21점 감소하였고, 통계적으로도 유의성이 있었다. 아동들의 노인에 대한 이미지 점수는 프로그램 전 23.57점에서 프로그램 후 31.65점으로 8.08점 증가하였으며, 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 노인과 아동 대상자 간의 세대통합 원예활동 프로그램은 노인들의 생활만족도를 향상시키고, 아동에 대한 이미지를 개선하는데 효과가 있었다. 또한 세대통합 원예활동은 아동들의 정서적 행동특성을 향상시키고, 노인에 대한 이미지를 개선시키는 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다.
