본 연구의 목적은 청소년 엘리트 운동선수를 위한 단기 의사소통 훈련 프로 그램이 의사소통 만족도, 집단응집력, 운동성과에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생 운동선수를 대상으로 효과가 검증되었던 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 참여 집단의 특성과 학교 현장 여건에 맞게 수정 및 보완하여 활용하였다. 연구참여자는 G시 소재의 고등학교 축구부를 대상으로 모집되었 고, 프로그램은 주 1회 100분씩 총 6회기 실시되었다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위 해 양적 자료로 의사소통 만족도, 집단응집력, 운동성과 척도 점수가, 질적 자료 로 회기별 경험보고서가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 단기 의사소통 훈 련 프로그램의 효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단기 의사소통 훈련 프 로그램의 양적 효과는 청소년 운동선수의 의사소통 만족도, 집단응집력, 운동성 과에 있어 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 단기 의사소통 훈련 프로그램의 질적 효과는 청소년 운동선수에게 즐거움을 주고, 의사소통의 중요성을 인식시키며, 선수 간 의 관계 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 양적 효과와 질적 효과의 상반된 결과에 대한 분석 및 해석은 논의에 제시하였다.

The IMO Standard Marine Communication Phrases (SMCP) has been established purposely to enhance the greater safety of vessel’s navigation by standardizing the language used among seafarers. However, accidents are still occurred due to communication failures among onboard merchant vessels’ crews. It is worth mentioning that the major cause of marine accidents is human error (80%) where one-third from it was due to communication failures. Ineffective communication, different culture and language among seafarers onboard are some instigators of human error that lead to accidents in marine operations. Therefore, the primary aim of this paper is to investigate and evaluate the causal factors that contributes to communication failures onboard merchant vessels. Then, this paper recommends possible solutions for minimizing the communication failures among seafarers. To achieve this research objectives, two decision-making tools which are the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Evidential Reasoning (ER) was applied. Data and judgments are obtained from domains experts from four marine training providers and eight shipowners in Malaysia. The result has shown that lack of SMCP knowledge, prejudice and dialect varieties are the most significant factors that contribute to the communication failures onboard merchant vessels. Few suggestions and opinions from the experts are proposed in this paper. This research can assist marine training providers and shipowners to identify and evaluate the causal factors of communication failures thus corrective action can be taken.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of simulation-based training applying situation-background-assessment-recommendation on self- efficacy and communication skills in new nurses. Method: This study applied a one group pretest-posttest design, with 88 new nurses in a general hospital in S city, Korea. Data were collected from March to November 2017. The participants completed their simulation education program in 4 weeks. Data were analyzed using paired t-test with SPSS program. Results: After SBAR simulation education, self- efficacy (t=-2.40, p=.014) and communication skills (t=-5.24, p<.001) significantly improved. Conclusion: This suggests that simulation-based training applying SBAR, improved self- efficacy and communication skills in new nurses.

오늘날 수많은 정보들을 쉽고 빠르게 제공하는 인터넷과 다양한 언론매체들의 속에서 접하고 있는 우리는 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 타인에게 전달하는 것이 중요한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 의사소통 능력의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 의사 소통의 중요한 목적 중 하나가 정보전달이라고 할 때, 효율적인 정보전달을 할 수 있느냐가 중요한 문제이다. 정부는 2019 년 7월 채용절차 공정화에 관한 법률 일명 기회는 평등하고 과정은 공정한 블라인드 채용 추진방안법이 개정되어 공공기관 및 대기업을 중심으로 확대되고 있다. 블라인드 채용은 학력, 신체조건, 가족관계, 출신지 등의 불합리한 편견 요인을 제외 하고 면접에서 결정되기 때문에 발성, 발음, 억양 등의 교정을 받기 위해 스피치 학원을 통해 해결책을 찾고 있는 취업준비 생들이 많이 있다. 이외에도 직장인들에게도 스피치는 중요한 부분인기 때문에 화술 및 화법의 능력을 개선시킬 수 있는 곳을 찾고 있지만 대면으로 교육을 받기에는 시간적, 금전적으로 만만치 않기 때문에 많은 부담이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 고려하여 의사소통 효과적으로 활용할 수 있게 FGI와 심층인터뷰 진행하였다. 여기서 도출된 사용자의 요구사항을 바탕으로 와이어프레임과 프로토타입 테스트를 통해 수정 및 보완하여 사용자들에게 효율성, 편리성, 접근성 등을 향상 시켜 줄 수 있는 스피치 교육 앱 디자인을 제시하였다. 이 앱을 통해 사용자 환경에 상관없이 스피치 능력을 향상 시켜 삶의 질을 높이고자 하는데 의의가 있다.
