목적: 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료에서 과거와 비교하여 인지재활의 발전현황을 조사하고, 현재 인지평가와 인지중재에서 문제와 제도적 난제를 밝히며, 한국의 인지재활 발전을 위해 전략적 방향성을 제시하는 등 정책 제안을 도출하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 최초 조사대상자는 현재 작업치료 현장에서 직무수행을 하고 있고, 인지재활에 관심 있는 대한인지재활학회 정회원 3,448명을 선정하였다. 연구기간은 2022년 9월부터 2023년 2월까지 이루어졌 다. 이들 중 본 조사에 적극적으로 참여하여 성실하게 답변한 154명의 참가자가 최종 조사대상이다. 조사도구는 선행연구에서 인지재활 발전현황과 문제점 및 향후 발전방안을 델파이 조사를 통해 도출하고 타당성을 갖춘 104개 항목을 5점 리커트 척도로 정량화하여 사용하였다. 결과: 인지재활은 작업치료에서 지속적 발전을 거듭하였다. 법적으로 작업치료 업무범위로 보장을 받았고, 전문성 확보를 위한 전문 교육이 강화되었으며, 인지재활을 시행하는 기관과 치료사가 늘어났다. 그러나 작업수행 기반 인지재활 평가도구와 작업치료 시간 내 평가가능한 평가도구 개발이 필요하다. 제도적으로는 인지재활 의료보험 수가 확대와 인지재활 가이드라인 개발이 필요하다. 임상현장의 작업치료사들은 인지요소별 중재보다 작업수행 기반의 기능인지가 임상현장에서 실현되는 것이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 결론: 인지재활은 작업치료사의 주요 직무이고 지속적으로 발전하였다. 인지재활 발전을 위해 지난 과거부터 해결하지 못하고 난제로 남아있는 의료보험 수가 등의 제도 문제의 해결이 시급하다. 작업치료 현장의 발전을 위해서는 인지평가도구, 중재기술, 기능인지 중심 인지재활 적용 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

We investigated the current status of institutional review boards (IRBs) that oversee research in dental hospitals. Eight hospitals, all of which had IRB, responded to our e-mail. The questions comprised two topics: IRBs and the clinical trials approved by them. The results showed that the average number of staff on IRBs of the 8 hospitals was 12.5. Furthermore, the proportion of dentists was the highest among the science committee members, with an average of 7.75, and the average number of non-dentists among the non-scientific members was 1.8. Regular IRBs convened meetings more than once a month, over the past year, or only if necessary.According to the approval status of clinical trials from 2016 to 2019, less than 50 studies accounted for 75%. The materials related to dental-implant procedures accounted for the highest quantity of materials used during clinical trials at 33.3%. The duration of 50% of the clinical trials ranged from more than 1 year to less than 2 years.Thus, based on the hypothesis that institutional reviews are currently conducted at dental hospitals and have raised issues and suggested improvements, we believe that IRBs will play an important role in dental hospitals, with more research conducted in dentistry in the future.

본 연구에서는 온실을 운영하고 있는 농장주를 대상으로 영농작업기록장(농가경영기록장 또는 농가작업일지)의 작성 실태, 활용도 및 작성 상의 애로 사항을 설문지를 이용하여 조사한다. 논문의 목적은 조사된 내용을 분석하여 기존 영농작업기록장의 애로 사항을 도출하고 기록장의 활용방안 제안하는 것이다.

Purpose: The study surveyed current customers’ sports sunglasses purchasing and wearing habits in order to evaluate the current situation and the ocular side effects of wearing sports sunglasses. Methods: The study surveyed 147 customers who had been using sports sunglasses. We investigated the customers’ motivations for wearing sunglasses, their vision correction method, purchasing store, brand selection, the awareness of warnings about the use of sports sunglasses, and the ocular side effects. We used SPSS version 18 (SPSS INC., Chicago, IL, USA) for the descriptive statistics, and an independent T-test and χ2 test (chi-square test) for the statistical analysis. Results: 73.5% of the customers wore sports sunglasses for glare reduction, which was the top motivation. 10.2% of them wore them for eye protection, 9.5% for visibility, 2.7% for the aesthetic effect, and 4.1% for other purposes. 43.5% usually purchased their sports sunglasses from online stores, while 25.3% bought them from optical stores, 12.2% from specialized shops for goggles, 10.2% from duty-free shops, and 4.1% from others. 44.5% of the customers who wore sports sunglasses had experienced side effects, while 55.5% had not experienced any side effects. 40.4% of the customers had read and been informed of the risks and care instructions for wearing sports sunglasses. However, 59.5% had not read or been informed of the risks and precautions by sellers. The survey shows that 53.5% of the customers who had been informed and had read the warnings about the use of sports sunglasses had purchased them from an optical store. Conclusions: Many customers had experienced side effects from the use of sports sunglasses. The majority of the customers had purchased sports sunglasses from online stores and had received insufficient information about the risks of wearing sports sunglasses. Customers who had purchased their sports sunglasses from an optical store had been informed of the risks of wearing sports sunglasses by an optician, and had experienced fewer side effects.

This study is based on a survey conducted to understand the current problems of water leakages in underground structures. According to the overall results, 55.7% of the respondents replied that water leakage problems is serious and all replied that a preventative measure is absolutely necessary.
