        The assesment of the safety of ship's transit in a curved narrow channl consists of the maneuvering safety determined by the chance of running aground, the maneuvering difficulty determined by shop's workload, and shiphandler's subjective evaluation. In this study to examine the correlation between shiphandler's subjectice evaluation and the maneuvering risk, the real-time and full-mission shiphandling simulator in the Korean Marine Training & Research Institutes(KMTRI) was utilized. In the conning bridge of the shiphandling simulator, 50 experienced masters conducted masters conducted the modeled vessel of 60,000 deadweight tonnage along the designed channel under 3 different envrinmental conditions. The findings were as follows: (1) The frequencies of stress levels, work difficulties, vessel controllability and overall workload of shiphandlers are similar irrespective of environmental conditions and they are able to be represented as shiphandler's subjective evaluation. (2) It is possible to assess and analyze theoretically the correlation between the shiphandler's subjective ecaluation and maneuvering risk each environmental cindition by quantifying the data obtioned from the tests. The results are as follows: ① As the degree of maneuvering risk increases, the shiphandler's subjective evaluation increases sharply near the curvature area of the desgined channel. ② In the area of the curvature of the designed channel, maneuvering risk increases sharply with the danger of running aground under the environmental condition of current and wind comung from the stem.

        하천의 흐름을 파악하기 위해서는 일반적으로 수치모형 해석을 이용한다. 흐름특성을 파악하기 위해서는 수리모형 실험을 통하여 결과를 분석하는 것이 이상적이나 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 이유로 원형에 대해 모형 법칙을 적용하여 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 결과 값을 도출하기 위해 수리모형 실험을 수행한다. 만곡부 흐름은 원심력의 영향을 받아 외측으로 향하는 2차류가 발생하고, 외측의 수위가 내측의 수위보다 높아져 횡방향으로 수면경사 상승이 발생한다. 이런 현상 때문에 1차원 수치모형을 적용하는 경우 제방의 안정성 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 경기도 의정부에 있는 백석천 만곡부 경사형 낙차공의 흐름특성을 수리모형 실험 결과 값과 1, 2차원의 수치모형 해석 결과 값을 비교하였다. 100년 빈도 설계홍수량에 대해 비교해 본 결과 수리모형 실험과 수치모형 해석의 결과 값은 지점에 따라서 5~10%의 유속 및 수심이 상이하게 나타났다. 불균등한 유속분포에 의해 세굴과 퇴적현상이 예상되는 경우에는 수치모형 해석의 결과 값을 수정하여 적용할 필요성이 있으며 본 논문에서는 이러한 보정에 필요한 값을 제시하였다. 1, 2차원이 아닌 3차원 수치모형 해석을 추가적으로 비교분석한다면 유효한 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        In this study, the flow characteristic analysis at the curved-channel of the actual channel section is compared and reviewed using the 2D RMA-2 model and the 3D FLOW-3D model. the curve section with curve rate 1.044 in the research section is analyzed applying the frequency of he project flood of 100 years. According to the result, the issue for the application of the FLOW-3D Model’s three-dimensional numeric analysis result to the actual river is found to be reviewed with caution. Also, application of the 3D model to the wide basin’s flood characteristic is determined to be somewhat risky. But, the applicability to the hydraulic property analysis of a partial channel section and the impact analysis and forecast of hydraulic structure is presumed to be high. In addition, if the parameters to reflect the vegetation of basin and the actual channel, more accurate topological measurement data and the topological data with high closeness to the current status are provided, the result with higher reliability is considered to be drawn.

        This study selected 6 river reach, which have various curved-channel, included in an object of study as making the Nakdong River, which is a real nature river, as a point of an object of study by using SMS RMA-2 model, a 2D numerical analysis model, and applied project flood and analyzed and examined characteristic of hydrological property and super-elevation, which includes characteristic of the velocity of a moving fluid. As a result, in a river reach, whose width is wide, angle of curved-channel has impact on the velocity of a moving fluid of inside of curved-channel and in a river reach, whose width is narrow, the radius of curvature and width of the river have impact on the velocity of a moving fluid of inside of curved-channel. Also it found out that the ratio of reduction in water-level of inside of curved-channel is more bigger than ratio of increasing in water-level of outside of curved-channel when project flood is increasing and angle of curve is increasing. Based on this, this study would be used as a expectation of danger and preliminary data in planning real river or a business, that creates an environment.

        본 연구에서는 치수 및 이수에 있어서 항상 어려움을 겪고 있는 개수로 만곡구간에서 하상재료의 변화에 따른 흐름 및 하상변동 특성을 분석하기 위하여 중심각 180'인 만곡수로를 제작하고, 모래(D50 = 0.26 MM, S = 1.54)와 안트라싸이트(D50 = 0.26 mm, S = 1.54)를 하상재료로 선택하여 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 최대세굴심은 만곡각 30'-60' 외측제방부근에서 평균수심의 약 2배까지 실측되었으며, 최대세굴심의 발생위치는

        본 연구에서는 수리실험을 실시하여 만곡부의 흐름특성과 만곡부에서의 교각 주위 국부세굴형상, 최대 국부세굴심 등을 분석하였다. 또한, 기존의 세굴보호공법 중 원환에 의한 보호공법을 만곡부에 적용하여 세굴감소효과를 분석하였다. 180' 만곡수로에 대해 이동상 실험결과 본 실험조건에서는 최대 횡방향 하상경사가 150' 단면에서 발생하였으며, 원환에 의한 세굴감소효과는 유로 직선부에서 최대 40%, 만곡부에서는 150' 단면 외측의 경우 최대 44%의 감소효과
