        In this study, we investigated the change of physical properties associated with the temperature of vegetable mixed oil and fat in order to produce vegetable oil and fat suitable for plant meat production. The canola oil and coconut oil were mixed at various weight ratios, and the phase change temperatures by the ratio of two oils were measured using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Storage modulus (G'), loss modulus (G") and viscosity were measured using a rheometer at 20-40°C and 0.4 Hz-100 Hz. Storage modulus (G') at constant frequency (10 Hz) was measured in a continuous section of 10-50°C. As the coconut oil content increased, the peak of the melting point moved to the lower side. The viscosity was higher in order of canola oil, mixed oil, and coconut oil, and the viscosity showed a tendency to decrease as the temperature increased. In the liquid state, it showed a tendency to increase after the value of storage modulus (G') and loss modulus (G") decreased from 0.634 Hz-1 Hz. The conversion time point of storage modulus (G') of continuous temperature change is consistent with the melting point temperature of DSC, as the passed start at 10°C, storage modulus (G') increased with an exception of canola oil. Using these results, we will pursue to produce a mixed plant oil applicable to the production of vegetable meat.

        We report on a unique fabrication technique, DSC for high performance PA TFC RO membranes. DSC allows the simultaneous and continuous spreading of two reactive monomer solutions to create an unsupported PA layer, which is then adhered onto a porous support to form a membrane. DSC facilitates the characterization of the PA layer structure by easily isolating it. The DSC-PA layer exhibits a thinner and smoother structure with a more wettable and less negatively charged surface than one prepared via conventional interfacial polymerization (IP). DSC enables the formation of an extremely thin (~9 nm) and dense PA layer using a very low MPD concentration, which is not feasible by conventional IP. Importantly, the DSC-assembled membrane shows the excellent water flux and NaCl rejection, exceeding both the IP control and commercial RO membranes.

        The highest latent calorific value and total calorific value of MPCM and aqueous adhesive mixed samples were 44℃, followed by 50℃, 28℃ and 31℃. At 44℃, it is considered to be the most suitable for applying it as a component of the adhesive of the decorative wood floor plate because it is higher than the MPCM combination of other melting points. The remaining samples except for 44℃ showed an increase in latent heat and total calorific value when MPCM was added to the aqueous adhesive. The higher the amount of MPCM, the higher the viscosity effect

        보습제 베이스를 립스틱에 사용하여 보습효과가 우수한 제품개발에 응용하고자 DSC에 의한 결합수형성능, 수분보유능을 고찰하였다. 보습제 베이스를 배제한 견본에서 결합수 형성능은 5.12 %임을 알았다. 보습제 베이스함량에 따른 결합수형성능을 측정한 결과 보습제 베이스 함량이 증가함에 따라 결합수 형성능이 비례적으로 증가함을 DSC측정 결과 알았다. 한편 DSC측정결과와 in vitro 수분보유능 측정법을 비교 실험한 결과 유사한 경향을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 DSC에 의한 결합수 형성능 측정법은 앞으로 립스틱 제품의 보습효과를 예측 하는데 유용한 방법으로 생각되었다.

        The starch properties of two chinese yams were evaluated in this study. Amylose content ranged 13.5% to 19.3%. The swelling power of starches varied 10.98% to 11.43%. Water binding capacity in chinese yam starches ranged 93.46% to 107.21%, high WBC was observed in Ma 1. The onset temperature (To) of two chinese yam starches ranged 62.9 to 75.0~circC , peak temperature (Tp) ranged 76.2 to 84.7~circC . The PHI(peak height index) was about 4-fold higher in Anwon cultivar than in Ma 1 cultivar. SEM revealed that starches has a presence of large oval or spherical to small irregular-shape granules. Starch granule size ranged 15.23 to 15.52 ~mum , showing a typical C-type X-ray pattern.

        This study was performed to find out starch properties of rice grains in three varieties with different amylose content, Ilpumbyeo (non-waxy), Goami2 (high amylose), and Hwasunchalbyeo (waxy rice). There was no difference among physico-chemical characteristics of rice grains, but Goami 2 showed 2~3 folds higher crude fat (1.36%) than Ilpumbyeo. Pasting properties of RVA showed the highest values of maximum viscosity, breakdown, and final viscosity in Ilpumbyeo. A similar chain length distribution of amylopectin was found in Ilpumbyeo and Hwasunchalbyeo, indicating that DP 12 had the highest distribution. Goami 2 had the highest distribution in DP 14, and showed the lower percent (14.1%) than other rice cultivars. Thermal properties of DSC showed that the values of Tc and Tp of Hwasunchalbyeo were similar to Ilpumbyeo, whereas a slightly higher Tc was observed. The absorbtion enthalpy was also the highest (11.1 mJ/mg) in Hwasunchalbyeo. Goami 2 showed higher To, but the lowest enthalpy (6.52 mJ/mg) compared to Ilpumbyeo (7.92 mJ/mg). Retrogradation properties, which were measured with the gelatinized rice sample used for DSC, and stored in 4~circC during 6 days, indicated that retrogradation absorbtion peak was the first peak at 52.6~55.2~circC , and the second peak above 95~circC . Retrogradation enthalpy of Goami 2 was the highest value (5.12 mJ/mg).

        This paper is a study on standard testing method for type approval of DSC which is the main structure of the terrestrial communication. As authority inspecting offices and producers have no experience for type approval of relative equipments as adapting GMDSS. In this paper, it is to be improved the understanding for type approval ; a system, standard of technic and testing methods, etc and make better quality of relative equipments. Additionally it could help quality and quantity improvement in all radiocommunication parts. Of course, the regulation for type approval had made but most makers didn't know it correctly, so the method of solution have been studied. By result of this study, with comparision and analysis of structure and a condition of efficiency with adapting GMDSS is could help some problems slove in the field and gave testing method of machinery and tools, electrical conditions, came out measurement and did ways standard efficiency.
