        Background: Individuals with calf muscle shortening may have decreased dynamic balance. Objects: This study aimed to investigate the effect of mobilization with movement (MWM) and myofascial release (MFR) on kinematic changes in dynamic balance in individuals with calf muscle shortening. Methods: Thirteen participants were randomly assigned to the MWM or the mobilization with movement added myofascial release (MWM-MFR) group. The MWM group received treatment with only MWM, whereas the MWM-MFR group was treated with MWM and MFR. Pre- and post-intervention passive range of motion (PROM), maximum reaching lengths, and modified star excursion balance test (MSEBT) results were compared for all participants. Wilcoxon signed-rank test and Mann-Whitney U test were used for statistical analysis. Results: The results showed significant within-group differences in ankle PROM, but no significant between-group differences. The maximum reaching length in the MWM-MFR group in the posterolateral direction was significantly different before and after the intervention (p = 0.005). This group also showed significantly reduced ankle abduction in MSEBT during the posteromedial direction section 3 (p = 0.007) and posterolateral direction section 5 (p = 0.049) compared with the MWM group.         Kart-Racing which is called a microcosm of F1`s racing is the most basic step in the car racing. A Kart consisting of the very fundamental structure which does not include differential gear and suspension is sampler than a typical car. It is necessary to reduce the Lab time at the Kart-racing`s corner so the research investigate the Kart through check of racing condition and of driving factors about cornering. The study measured to make the kart closely factual condition which was showed the main parameters for more actual decision of kart`s dynamic characteristics and estimated the real-time data from the developed kart whose sensor was installed at all tires and which was pursued through the GPS.

        본 연구는 차량 이동하중을 받는 손상된 콘크리트 슬래브교량의 강성저하를 규명하고, 복합신소재를 사용하여 보강 후 성능평가를 수행한다. 특히 마이크로 유전알고리즘에 의한 역해석에 기반하여 보강 전·후 각 요소에서의 강성변 화를 수정된 2차변수 Gaussian 분포함수를 사용하여 정식화하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 기존의 요소기반 접 근 방식에 비하여 수치해석적인 관점에서 효율성을 갖는다. 개발한 알고리즘은 3차원 솔리드 요소를 사용하여 모델 링한 교량의 동적 거동 시뮬레이션으로부터 계측한 데이터를 사전정보로 사용하여 검증하였다. 몇 가지 수치예제는 본 연구에서 개발한 방법이 실제교량과 수치모델간의 차이로 인한 오차 및 노이즈 등으로 인한 동적 계측치 오류 등이 고려되었음에도 강성분포 추정 및 성능 평가를 효율적으로 수행함을 보여준다.

        본 연구에서는 시스템의 해석적 모델과 측정된 응답을 이용하여 입력하중을 추정하는 역해석 기법을 유한요소모델과 같은 해석적 모델을 알고 있는 경우와 주파수응답함수와 같은 실험적 모델을 알고 있는 경우에 대하여 제시하였으며 이때 발생되는 수학적 악조건의 특성을 규명하였다. 역해석시 발생되는 수학적 악조건은 시스템의 동강성행렬과 측정위치에 의해 결정되는 특성행렬의 조건수에 따라 결정되며 역해석기법을 공학문제에 적용하기 위하여는 특성행렬의 조건수가 낮아지도록 주자유도 및 측정점을 선택하여야 하고 특히 공진영역 및 반공진영역에서는 필연적으로 악조건이 발생됨을 알 수 있었다. 수학적 악조건의 특성을 명확히 규명하기 위하여 간단한 수치해석을 통하여 그 결과를 제시하였다.

        This study analyzes human development convergence and the impact of funds transfer to the regions using σ and β-convergence analysis method. Observations were made in all Indonesia’s provinces in the period 2010-2019. The coefficient of variation calculation shows a dispersion in the inequality of human development, which means that convergence occurred. This is also documented by the clustering analysis results developed in the study. The results are in line with the hypothesis of neoclassical theory, which shows the tendency for provinces with lower human development levels to grow relatively faster. The dynamic panel data approach with the GMM model shows that a model built with explanatory variables for transfer of funds to regions may lead to the process of convergence of human development – 2.21% per year or 31 years to cover the half-life of convergence. This is a consequence of the Special Allocation Fund and the Village Fund, which positively impact the convergence process, and the General Allocation Fund and the Revenue Sharing Fund with negative signs slowing the convergence process. This evidence opens opportunities to review the justification of the weighting component in determining the amount of funds transferred to the region to accelerate the convergence process of human development.

        In this paper, the finite element model updating method of the PSC bridge based on the static and dynamic data is verified through field experiment. The proposed method consists of two steps. First, update the rotational stiffness of the supports using the deflection and rotational displacement measurements that occur when the moving loads pass through the bridge. The stiffness of each member is updated by using the dynamic characteristics estimated from the acceleration measured by the ambient vibration test. The finite element model updated by the proposed method can predict the static and dynamic behavior of actual bridges through field experiment.

        A dynamic displacement estimation system is developed by integrating laser Doppler vibromter (LDV) and light detection and ranging (LiDAR). The system includes hardware level integration for simultaneous measurement of two devices and data fusion of two measurement signals based on Kalman filter smoothing algorithms. For hardware integration of two devices, the laser beam directions and the triggering of measurement of LDV and LiDAR are controlled on the level of built-in commands of the devices. The distance data sequentially measured by LiDAR is converted to dynamic displacement of high noise and low sampling rate, and fused with the velocity measured by LDV which has high sampling rate and low noise but accumulated bias error when integrated. Using the Kalman filter based data fusion algorithm, it is able to estimate dynamic displacement in which the drawbacks of two devices are effectively removed. The proposed system is applied to a dynamic loading test on a highway bridge and the performance is verified.

        In this case, for PSC Box girder bridge of representative bridge types at the Honam high-speed railway section to need in-depth analysis of the dynamic behavior of the structures in high-speed driving and the monitoring system require to check correct behavior of the actual status of high-speed railway bridge, the dynamic behavior of the bridge was analyzed to HEMU-430X load. According to the high-speed driving test, the main behavior was monitored and analyzed.
