        이 연구의 목적은 과학기술 시대 교육 기법으로서 코칭 기법 활용 가능성을 탐색하여 교육 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 문헌 연구를 통하 여 가능성을 탐색한 결과는 다음과 같다. 과학기술 시대 교육 기법으로서 코칭 기법 활용 가능성은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 이유는 교수 설계 이론과 접목해 본 결과 교수 설계 이론의 절차에 코칭 기법을 적용할 수 있었다. 또한 코칭의 핵심은 경청을 기반으로 질문을 통하여 피드백하는 의사소통이기 때문에 과학 기술 시대 핵심역량 중 하나인 의사소통 역량을 육성하는 데도 적합한 것으로 확인하였다. 향후 코칭 기법을 수업에 적용하여 검증해 보는 후속 연구가 있기 를 기대한다.

        21세기 정보화 사회에서 창의적이고 융합적인 교육이 강조되고 있다. 해외의 경우 창의융합 교육의 대표적 형태로 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) 교육이 강조되고 있으며, STEM교육의 한 요소로서 공간정보는 매우 중요하게 인지되고 있다. 공간정보의 중요성에 대한 인식은 미국, 영국 등 외국의 공간정보 구축 기관에서 K-12 수준에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 공간정보 기반 교육 서비스를 제공하도록 유도하였다. 우리나라에서도 창의융합 교육이 강조되고 있지만 공간정보가 일선 학교현장에서 활발히 사용되고 있지는 않다. 본 연구는 공간정보가 초, 중, 고등학교 수준에서 활발히 활용되도록 공간정보 구축 기관에서 마련해야 할 교육서비스 제공 방안에 초점을 두었다. 이를 위해 2장에서는 공간정보를 활용한 수업의 교육적 효과를 살펴보고, 3장에서는 300여명의 초, 중, 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 공간정보기반 교육 활성화를 위해 필요한 요구사항을 조사하였 으며, 4장에서는 공간정보기반 교육 서비스를 제공하는 해외사이트들을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 공간정보 기반 교육서비스 제공 전략을 모색하였다.

        Information and communications technology(ICT) has been emerged as a powerful tool for extending educational opportunities in a global society. Integration of ICT is a key factor of an educational reform agenda in many developing countries. This study examines the current state of ICT facilities and educational environment in Ethiopia. Basic research on Ethiopia and Adama Science and Technology University and interviews with each stakeholder were conducted in order to reveal which factors play a role in the decision to adopt ICT.

        There is an increasing amount of discussion toward ODA as national status of Korea has greatly been increasing. Developing countries, especially, are highly appraising Korean case studies where education plays significant role as fundamental basis of economic development which, in turn, increases the scale and demand of cooperation with Korea. Despite growing international interest and scale of education ODA, there is not only limitation in domestic professional manpower engaged in development but also lack of plans to nurture experts and to proliferate participation of aid in education field . Thus, based on‘Competency’that has high feasibility, this study aims to theoretically examine overall capacity, talents, skills, and values etc, that are required for education development cooperation experts. Approaching ways deduced from the following study would be of support to establish‘Competency’based nurturing system for the government, universities that are already practicing for promotion of the experts in international education development cooperation, nationally and internationally.

        본 논문은 Keller의 ARCS 모델을 기반으로 하는 유아 대상의 수학교육 CAI 프로그램 설계를 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 NCTM의 다섯 가지 영역 중 수와 연산 영역, 기하 영역, 자료 분석과 확률 영역에서 색, 수 세기, 도형, 방향을 포함한 수학 교육 CAI 프로그램을 개발하였다. 수학 교육 CAI 프로그램은 유아가 직접 카메라를 사용하여 RGB를 이용한 색 인식, 윤곽선 근사화와 허프변환을 이용한 도형 인식, 색 위치 기반의 방향 인식에 대한 미션을 수행하면서 학습하게 해 게임 몰입을 유도한다. 또한 동물형 캐릭터와 캐릭터가 제시하는 미션을 수행하게 함으로써 유아의 흥미를 유발하여 주의를 집중시키고 유아 스스로 학습과 생각할 수 있게 해 학습을 하면서 미션을 성공이나 실패시에 캐릭터의 칭찬과 격려를 통해 자기 효능감을 높이고 자신감을 가질 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

        A survey of staff members of higher education institutions across China at which educational technology training programs had been conducted indicated that the great majority of respondents were using educational technology in their work, although a smaller proportion felt that they had the necessary knowledge and skills to do so efficiently and effectively. The most common skills mastered were basic computer operations, Web searching, and the use of presentation software. Skills that are more integrally related to effective student learning and cost-efficient operation, such as course management and evaluation and integration of technology with lessons, were mastered only by a small minority. Respondents recommended that future training take the form of blended learning, combining face-to-face format with distance learning and self-study, and that it emphasize practical skills and direct application to the participant’s work. Other recommendations are also made regarding the establishment of standards for educational technology competencies and the improvement of evaluation of training courses.

        In anticipation of starting a new online journal in the field of educational technology, we conducted a review of existing journals, dividing them into two categories-online-only and online +print. The 30 journals in the review were analyzed with respect t frequency of publication; their content emphases, goals, and audiences; policies on subscription and copyright,· and technical functions, such as search and discussion. We were looking for the features that made the online journals distinctive from the others, which were based in the print paradigm. The aspects that yielded significant differences were subscription policy, redistribution policy, and search function. The online-only journals were more liberal in their subscription and redistribution policies, but the online + print journals had more extensive search capabilities. In addition, we identified gaps in the topical coverage of the existing journals, in the areas of educational technology management, educational systems design/reform, policy issues, and cultural issues.

        This research aims to shed light on the technology adoption process and its drivers in the Vietnamese educational system. Research data was collected with an online questionnaire from more than 600 teachers in primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, colleges, and universities in Vietnam in 2020. Based on a holistic literature review, we develop a model of two extrinsic factors (global needs and school-infrastructure), and two intrinsic factors (teachers’ technological literacy and their beliefs), which are correlated with the teachers’ technological adoption. We measure the dependent variable by asking the teachers’ ability and their efficacy to implement technology in teaching according to a Likert scale. With the support of SPSS_22 and STATA_2015, we find that over 70% of changes in technology adoption are explained by the changes in four independent variables and three control variables related to age, gender, and teachinglevel of the teachers. Furthermore, these independent variables are significantly and positively associated with two dependent variables. However, a significant difference in technology integration ability can be seen among teachers’ gender, age, and school-level. Specifically, male teachers seem to adopt technology at schools than female teachers better, and university teachers have the lowest level of technology adoption compared to other school-level teachers.
