본 연구는 한국의 고질적인 사회문제로 되는 저출산 현상의 대안을 제 시하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 미래 적 소유잠재성의 시각에서 출산으로 인 해 국가, 개인, 기업이 얻을 수 있는 것과 상실하게 되는 것들을 파악하 고, 이를 보완할 수 있는 대안을 제시한다. 국가에게 저출산의 지속은 생 존을 위협하며, 자기보존을 어렵게 한다. 출산은 국가의 생존과 관련한 문제로 볼 수 있다. 반면에 오늘날 개인에게 출산과 양육은 자산의 감소 는 물론 현재의 일자리를 위협한다. 저출산의 해결방안은 미래 세대 츨 생을 개인의 상속재산 지분과 연계하며, 국가지원금과 합의된 평균자녀 수와 평균자녀수 분포와 연계하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 국가를 이끌어갈 미래 세대 존재를 개인 상속재산과 국가의 예산 및 지원금과 연계하여 저출산의 대안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 조부모의 손자녀 돌봄 지원 과정에서 성인자녀인 연구자와 가족들의 주관적 경험 을 고찰하고, 그 결과를 사회문화적 맥락 안에서 해석하여 활용하고자 자문화기술지를 이용하 여 실행되었다. 취업모였던 나는 공적 돌봄의 공백과 타인에 대한 불신으로 믿고 맡길 수 있는 친정에 자녀의 돌봄 지원을 요청하였고, 어머니는 자녀에 대한 배려와 사랑의 의미로 돌봄 지 원을 적극적으로 수용하였다. 그 과정에서 어머니는 신체적, 정서적, 사회적, 경제적으로 다양 한 어려움을 경험했지만 손자녀 양육으로 인한 어려움보다는 기쁨과 보람이 컸던 행복한 시간 이었다고 긍정적으로 회고했다. 당시 가족 모두 강한 책임감을 느끼며 무조건적인 사랑으로 손 자녀를 양육했기에 돌봄 중단 시기에 가족들은 나의 예상보다 더 큰 슬픔을 경험하였다. 손자 녀 돌봄 지원 과정에서 가족들이 협력하여 어려운 시기를 견뎌낸 만큼 상호 호혜적 관계속에 서 가족관계의 질 향상을 위한 노력을 지속할 수 있게 되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 조부모의 손 자녀 돌봄 지원에 관한 교육적 측면을 중심으로 논의하였는데 조부모됨의 긍정적 인식 강화 프로그램, 건강한 가족체계 유지를 위한 가족 건강성 관련 프로그램, 조부모의 손자녀 돌봄 중 단 시기에 맞춘 새로운 가족 내 관계 설정 및 역할 재정립을 위한 프로그램, 조부모의 신체적· 정서적 건강관리 프로그램, 최신의 맞춤형 육아정보 제공 프로그램 등을 실천적 방안으로 제시 하였다.

Modern society has become an aging society, and the National Statistics Office(NSO) expects that Korea will be also an aging society by 2019, that is, people over the age of 65 will account for 14 percent from the total population. In addition, the increase of labor flexibility is also one of the dramatic features in modern society. However, this social shift have unpredictable results, that is, the advent and increase of grandparent and grandchildren family. Modern medical technology has given Koreans longer expectancies, and structural and economic changes in society have brought early retirement. One of the main reasons that grandparent and grandchildren family increase is below an average of two children per family. There are various services available such as Health support center, Dream start center, Youth support center, Community child center, and Community welfare center. Besides, schools operates various programs for grandparent and grandchildren family with social workers and school counselors. But, most of all, what is necessary is a change of perspective on them. Basically, we need to develop a clear perspective on grandparent and grandchildren family as a not dismantling family type but alternative family type with creating a separate program or service

This study deals with missional practice of local church for the grandfather and grandson family. This article focuses on carrying the missional alternatives to the grandfather and grandson home in the Korea context. The grandfather and grandson home has so many difficulties about health, economic, social, and spiritual relationship. Because their problems brought out home collapse, divorce, and aging society. This article explains some opinions the task of social institutions, governments, and local churches. They should be need counseling, care, financial support, study support, and programs from local churches and social welfare institutions. I want to suggests several kinds about missional practice for the grandfather and grandson family. First, local church and pastor should be change paradigms about social service mission. The church mission could be act for the grandfather and grandson family. Second, the missional practices are making network among social welfare group, local church, Christianity NGO, and government. Third, local churches support program development and service improvement for them.

본 연구는 코칭접근을 활용하여 저소득 조손가정의 조부모교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내외 문헌 고찰을 통하여 코칭접근을 활용하여 개발된 프로그램 살펴보았으며, 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 2시간씩 총 8회기에 걸쳐서 저소득 조손가정 조부모를 대상으로 실시할 수 있으며, 손자녀의 발달단계별 특성, 성격유형에 대한 이해, 바람직한 양육태도, 의사소통기술 등에 대한 프로그램에 코칭기술을 접목하여 구성하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 첫째, 개인의 효율성을 높이고 변화와 발전을 도모함으로 잠재력을 극대화시키는 코칭접근을 활용하여 저소득 조손가정의 조부모교육 프로그램을 개발함으로서 조부모의 양육효능감을 증진시키고, 바람직한 양육태도와 의사소통기술을 습득할 수 있는 실천방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 둘째, 경제적 빈곤, 가족의 정서적 지지부재, 건강문제, 세대간 차이, 부모와의 이별경험 등 다양한 위험요소를 지니고 있는 저소득 조손가정의 조부모를 대상으로 정서적인 지지와 심리사회적인 개입을 통하여 자아존중감을 향상시키고, 가족기능을 강화시킴으로서 조손가정의 문제를 예방적 차원에서 접근하였다. 셋째, 저소득층 조부모의 특성을 감안하여 일방적인 강의나 단회적인 교육프로그램이 아닌 교육과 집단상담 형태를 병행함으로서 조부모의 교육에 대한 이해도와 참여도를 높이고, 프로그램의 효과를 실생활에서도 지속할 수 있도록 프로그램 내용을 구성하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
