ISO 9001:2005 is the international standard for implementing a Quality Management System (QMS), which provides a framework and principles for managing an organization’s quality management. The aim is to ensure that the organization continuously provides products and services that satisfy regulatory requirements. The “process approach” in ISO 9001 is defined as a systematic method of achieving organizational goals by comprehending and managing the interconnected processes as a cohesive system. Recently, KINAC has decided to develop standard processes in the field of R&D and performance management based on the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The objective of this study is to establish standardized processes for conducting research and development, as well as managing the outputs and performance of R&D activities. It involves identifying, designing, implementing, monitoring, and continually improving processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and effective management of KINAC R&D and its achievements. Firstly, R&D and the research performance management process were defined, and the processes were categorized by function according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Second, the ISO 9001 requirements were compared to the institute’s existing regulations and documents in order to identify any additional processes and procedures needed to meet the quality management requirements. Finally, the lists of quality documentation were determined for the institute’s QMS. As a result, a total of 30 QMS documents were listed, including 1 manual, 12 quality processes and procedures, and 17 quality instructions. The documents can be categorized into four process groups: the management and planning process group, the R&D and achievements management process group, the analysis and improvement process group, and the support process group. All input and output information of each process are connected and interrelated. The implementation of quality management standards and procedures for R&D in KINAC could lead to improved research practices, more reliable data collection and analysis, and increased efficiency in conducting R&D activities. For further study, it is planned to create detailed, high-quality documents that adhere to standard requirements and guidelines.
본 연구는 4대강 사업에 따른 낙동강 수질의 변동성을 평가하기 위한 것으로, 낙동강에 건설된 8개 보 건설 전후의 수질을 비교, 분석하였다. 이를 위해 보에서 가장 인접한 상류 수질측정지점을 대상으로 4대강 사업전(2003년 1월부터 2008년 11월), 사업중(2008년 9월부터 2012년 4월), 사업후(2012년 5월부터 2017년 9월)까지의 3개 기간에 대해 DO, BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P, TOC 등의 수질자료를 수집하였다. 4대강 사업전후 자료의 유의성 검증을 위해 대응검정 T-test를 95%의 신뢰구간에서 실시 한 결과 DO, BOD, COD, T-N, TOC는 사업 전보다 사업 후 수질 농도가 높아지는 경향이 있으며, 그 중 BOD, COD, TOC의 농도가 큰 차이를 보였다. 반면에 SS, T-P는 사업 전보다 사업 후 농도값이 감소하였다. 수질인자 중 변화값이 큰 BOD, COD, TOC를 수질등급으로 나누어 공간적으로 분석 해 본 결과 사업전에 비해 사업후의 수질등급이 나빠지는 경향을 보였다.
The use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) is increasing in project management industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project performance. However, how much and which parts of project management performance are affected by PMIS still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of PMIS quality on project management performance. We collected data from various project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication by using survey questionnaire. PMIS quality was measured in three dimensions. They are system quality, information quality and service quality. Project management performance was measured in nine variables such as time reduction, work accuracy, cost management, etc. Statistical analyses such as multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that PMIS quality had significant impacts on the project management performance and user satisfaction. It was notable that only two dimensions out of the three PMIS quality dimensions, system quality and information quality, affected the project management performance. Also, it was found that PM performance played a mediating role between PMIS and user satisfaction, and between PMIS and reuse intention. The contribution of this research is that it helps to clarify what aspects of PMIS affect the project management performance and user satisfaction.
본 연구는 시니어세대 사회활동 지원사업 참여 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 인식 및 문제점, 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 시니어세대의 사회활동지원 사업의 참여유형과 참여 노인의 심리적 복지감, 삶의 질 인식요인과 우리나라의 시니어세대를 위한 사회활동지원 사업의 문제점과 개선점을 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 시니어세대의 사회활동 지원사업 참여는 노인의 심리적 복지감과 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 사회적 지위 및 역할을 부여하고 대인관계를 촉진 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 시니어세대에 맞는 보다 적극적이고 효율적인 활성화 정책으로 고령자에 맞는 경쟁력 있는 직업을 창출하고 고령자 계속 고용급부 제도 등을 도입할 필요가 있다.

As its environment have become enlarged and distributed, the interested parties will be increased and as its customer's technologies have become generalized through a lot of learning opportunities, the requirements will be increased and its qualities will be better. Therefore, it is getting difficult to satisfy their requirements and maintain its qualities. Effectively managing conditions that are able to have effects on resources and schedule at the early requirement analysis stage due to the requirement changes at the end of the project, we are about to offer a service quality and requirement management that can fulfill with customer's requests.
본 연구의 목적은 초고층 주상복합건물의 품질관리를 통한 시공 분야의 효율성의 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 기존연구에서 시공관련 품질개선요소들이 정리되었으며 규격화된 설문서를 통하여 시공 분야에 있어서 개선요소를 대학원생을 포함한 건축 관련 대학교, 건설회사, 설계사무소등의 실무자들의 의견을 조합하였다. 설문조사 결과와 기존현장 기술자들의 품질관리 인식도를 비교하여 현장별 품질관리의 정량적, 정성적 성과척도를 파악하고 분석하였다.
This paper is to introduce guidelines for project quality management system. International standards such as ISO 10006, IEC 62198, ISO/IEC TR 16326 and ISO 15188 are considered. This study is to discuss guidelines for quality management in projects, and application guidelines for project risk management, and guide for the application of ISO/IEC 12207 to software project management, and project management guidelines for terminology standardization.
