        QFD (Quality Function Deployment) was defined by the American Supplier Institute in 1987 as a system for translating consumer requirements into appropriate company requirements at every stage, from research, through product design and development, to manufacture, distribution, installation, and marketing, sales and services. Although QFD has complex and tedious procedure to complete, it has now been in use in the world for at least 15 years because QFD enables us to catch a lot of fruitful information on the given system. The objective of this paper is to provide and analyze the trend on the choice of subject courses of university students using QFD. The data are collected by questionnaires. The samples for this study are randomly chosen from the universities in Seoul, Kangnung, and Samchok during 3 months (2000. 3∼2000.5). The results of this study will play an important role not only for service of students but also for opening of courses.

        Developing a new commercial product, it is need to connect the end users demand of quality to the industrial technology of company. For this reason, this study is to build up the users demand for the imminent marketing product of a certain company by Analytic Hierarchy Process, analyze quantitatively users subjective thoughts collected by Group Consensus, calculate the added-value of users demands and verify the consistency of users opinions by consistency-exponential-calculation. The added value obtained by this method is substituted into a user-demand item of Quality Function Deployment. And, the technical characteristic data transferred from the extracted essential factor for developing and manufacturing a new product is substituted into a technical characteristic item of QFD. The faculty of quality is firstly finished by this procedure. But, because the relation a technical characterization with users demand do not be known in new product, Wassermans method was introduced for the correlation users demand with technology and for the processing and marketing of a new product. The all assumption on this thesis was based on the reliable real data of a certain company.

        First, in order to improve selecting method of quality characteristic level desired by customers, S/N(Signal-to-Noise) ratio of Taguchi in larger-the-better characteristics was applied. Second, the Matrix classification standard of ACE(Attribute Categorization Evaluation) is presented using KANO model on difference analysis of importance and satisfaction through questionnaire from customers. This is for reflecting the diverse EC which customers want in EC quality sufficiently. Also, establishing sales point will be helpful in business strategy through presenting types that are able to decide planning quality. Third, the important measure of EC about correlation among quality characteristics and a new weight of EC are calculated depending on importance of EC and the weight of customer attribute and materials of relationship matrix through correlation matrix analysis.

Although QFD has complex and tedious procedure to complete, since 1972, it has now been used by Japanese, American, and European because of its fruitful merits. The objective of this paper is to provide and analyze the trend on the choice of cultural subjects of university students using QFD. The data are collected by questionnaires. The samples for this study are randomly chosen from the universities in Seoul, Kangnung, and Samchok during 3 months (2000. 3 ∼ 2000. 5). The results of this study will play an important role not only for service of students but also for opening of subjects.

        본 연구에서는 품질기능전개(QFD)를 품질전개, 기술전개, 원가전개, 신뢰성전개로 구분하여 각 단계에서 실무적으로 고려해야 할 중요한 사항을 제안한다. 품질전개에서는VOC로 J.D.Power사의 시장품질조사 방법을 활용할 것을 제안하며 기술전개에서는 새로운 SPC 공정도와 작업표준 작성방안을 제안한다. 끝으로 신뢰성 전개에서는 BOM의 구조분석과 RBD, FTA 통합기능분석, FMEA의 체계적인 정리 등의 3단계 전개방안을 제안한다.

        Global increase in the demand for the new Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) results in the rapid increase of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) (or electronic waste). Significant efforts on developing diverse WEEE recycling policy and programs such as extended producer responsibility (EPR), WEEE directive, and the restriction of the use of hazardous substances (RoHS) directive are being made by many developed nations. This study focuses on determining priority among proposed WEEE recycling policy research projects by a number of experts from academia, institutions and recycling industry using quality function deployment (QFD) method to better manage and recycle WEEE in Korea. In order to develop effective WEEE recycling policy, a total of 12 different WEEE recycling policy research projects were proposed by a total of 11 experts related WEEE recycling. Reliability and validity evaluation of the proposed projects were conducted, along with SPSS statistical software. By using the QFD method, a survey regarding potential problems, suggestions, and difficulties at several WEEE recycling facilities were conducted and evaluated. Evaluation of the proposed projects was made by house of quality (HOQ). In this study, proposed research projects with higher importance index include WEEE collection system, development of WEEE recycling guideline, and establishment of WEEE generation/collection/recycling national database. The QFD method employed in this study can be effectively used as a decision-making process tool in WEEE recycling policy and road map.

        컨테이너항만은 산업구조와 차별화된 고객의 요구에 따라서 점점 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라서 항만이 경쟁력을 가지기 위해서는 서비스 차별화 전략이 필요하다고 본다. 고객들의 요구사항을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 품질기능전개(QFD)를 사용하였으며 컨테이너항만의 서비스 프로세스와 서비스품질 척도를 연계하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 부산항의 서비스 프로세스를 분석하고 동북아의 대표항만인 상해항과 도쿄항의 서비스품질성과를 비교하였다. 또한 서비스 품질 향상을 위하여 컨테이너항만의 서비스 품질 척도와 프로세스간의 관계를 나타내고 서비스 프로세스의 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하여 품질의 집(HOQ)을 최종적으로 제시하였다.

        본 연구는 컨테이너 터미널의 종합적인 성과 향상 요인을 분석하기 위한 균형성과표(BSC)를 설계한 후 분석계층프로세스 모형(AHP)과 분석네트워크프로세스 모형(ANP)을 활용하여 품질기능전개도(QFD)와 결합 모형을 사용하였다. 이는 재무적 성과, 고객 만족 및 컨테이너 터미널의 비즈니스 프로세스의 질적 향상을 가져 올 수 있는 컨테이너 터미널의 종합적이고 다차원적인 성과 요인 제시 및 중요도 분석에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 수정된 품질기능전개도는 상관종속성과 관계행렬을 표현하므로 인해, 기존의 품질기능전개도와 비해 더욱 현실적이며 정확성과 정교성이 부가된 품질기능전개도를 구축했다.
