The objective of this study is to provide improved methodology based on the IPA method. One case studies are solved by the proposed method. this study present the method that give value to use SN(Signal-to-Noise) ratio in IPA. A case study of lecture satisfaction are solved by the proposed method and the existing method. Also, the result is compared with the existing method using Mean and the proposed method using SN ratio.
Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive positioning method for product. A example is presented to illustrate the model and to show a rank reversal when compared to a model that eliminates the highest and lowest customers' values allocating the weights and the subjective factors.

To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating eCRM counts.
For electrolysis process using an insoluble electrode, electrochemical performance was greatly affected by the manufacturing method and procedure, such as the firing temperature, pre-treatment, type of precursor solution, coating method, electrode material, etc. Components of the electrode therein is one of the most important factors in electrochemical reaction. To achieve such characteristics, a appropriate ratio of the electrode material should be carefully chosen. The aim of this research was to apply experimental design method in the optimization of electrode component for the maximum generation of oxidants in electrochemical oxidation process. Mixture design, especially expanded simplex lattice design, in DOME (design of mixture experiments) with Design Expert - commercial software - was used to analyze the data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed a high coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.9470, thus ensuring a satisfactory adjustment of the 3rd order special cubic regression model with the experimental data. The application of response surface methodology (RSM) yielded the following regression equation, which is an empirical relationship between the TRO generation concentration and independent variables(mol ratio of 3 electrode components) in a real unit: TRO generation concentration (mg/L) = TRO conc. = 98.25×[Ir] + 49.71×[Sn] + 95.29×[Sb] 16.91×[Ir]×[Sn] - 29.47×[Ir]×[Sb] 22.65×[Sn]×[Sb] + 703.19 ×[Ir]×[Sn]×[Sb]. The optimized formulation of the 3 component electrode for an high TRO (total residual oxidants) generation was acquired at mol ratio of Ir 0.406, Sn 0.210, Sb 0.384 (desirability d value, 1).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the corrosion protection properties of Zn/Sn metal spray method according to the contents ratio of Zn and Sn by CASS test. Also, the corrosion protection life of Zn/Sn metal spray method is evaluated by the comparing between the corrosion properties of Zn metalizing method and Zn/Sn metal spray method using CASS test. As a result, it was confirmed that the optimum content ratio of Zn/Sn in metal spray method is 60:40(65:35) (Zn : Sn volume ratio) in aspect of corrosion protection properties and construction properties. Also, it was confirmed that the Zn/Sn metal spray method had more than 3 times of corrosion protection properties cmparing the Zn matalizing method.
