Elon·Musk is a business man who attracts the world’s most attention, not only because of its unusual business mind, advanced challenging consciousness and legendary entrepreneurial experience which made him the world's richest man, but also because he is good at using the trend of social network society (SNS) platform to achieve social interaction. This study uses python 3.11 software to capture and filter Musk's Weibo articles on August 18th, 2023, and makes logical analysis based on the chronological related events, so as to extract Musk’s cognitive characteristics of Chinese social media. This paper finds that Chinese social media builds Musk's image cognition through reporting and judging his career development and hot issues, the cognition varies with the dynamic changes of character events; Chinese social media focuses on fields of Tesla intelligent driving, spaceship and brain neural technology, as well as social media; Weibo articles’ cognitive characteristics of Musk's image are extreme, where the extremely positive proportion accounts for more than 60%, and the extremely negative proportion accounts for more than 10%.
Live-streaming commerce business is growing as the consumption of video content and Smartphone shopping increases. This study examines the following three aspects: whether para-social interaction influences perceived interactivity; whether seller trust affects satisfaction with the experience; whether relationships are controlled by a moderated mediator of self-image congruity. An online survey was conducted with 203 women aged 20-30 years. They were asked to respond to the survey after watching a beauty category live-streaming commerce broadcast. The results revealed that the para-social interaction had a significant effect on perceived interactivity, seller trust and satisfaction with the experience. The findings also indicated that the perceived interactivity and seller trust mediated the relationship between para-social interaction and satisfaction with the experience. Regarding the mediated moderation effect of self-image congruity, it was statistically significant between para-social interaction and perceived interactivity through seller trust. A higher level of consumer’s self-image congruity influenced the greater effect of para-social interaction on live commerce experience. This study makes important theoretical contributions to the para-social interaction in mobile commerce industry by emphasizing the mediating role of perceived interactivity and seller trust. This is achieved by examining the moderating effects of self-congruity on satisfaction with the experience. The results also verify the seller’s crucial role in live-streaming commerce market which leads to the consumers greater fulfillment.
본 논문은 『차이니스 레포지터리』의 「잡록」과 「사건일지」란의 소개 내용을 중심으 로, 19세기 초 신교 선교사들의 눈에 비친 중국 사회의 부조리, 자연 재해, 국가 기 능, 지역 소식, 인물들에 대한 정보들을 살펴보았다. 이 두 항목에서 주로 그려진 서사는 당시 중국에 와 있는 선교사들이 직접 문화접촉의 현장에서 마주했었던 문화적 차이를 드러내 주면서, 동시에 해당 지역에 거주하고 있는 중국인들 삶의 현장성을 그대로 반영해 준다고 파악된다. 본 논문은 중국의 내부와 외부가 만나는 경계 지역에서 형성되는 현장성을 미세서사의 형식으로 재현하고 있는 『차이니스 레포지터리』 의 서사에 주목하면서, 그 안에 가로질러 있는 신교 선교사들의 근대적 열망을 추출 해 보았다. 필자 또한 이들의 이 같은 서사가 단순히 물리적 혹은 계량적 묘사에만 그치는 것이 아니라, 그 안에 당대의 사회 모순과 다양한 층위에서 살고 있는 약자들의 삶이 녹아 있다고 판단한다. 본고는 이 같은 외연에서의 미세서사와 그 내면을 채우는 이데올로기 사이에서 만들어지는 긴장을 어떻게 읽고 해석해야 하는가 하는 문제에 대해 근본적인 질문을 던져보고자 하였다.
This study investigated how the image congruity of social commerce and fashion brand types affects purchase intention and how trust and price sensitivity moderate this relationship. National brands, private brands, and non-brands were used as brand types in the present study. The online survey method was used to gather the data, and 232 data samples were analyzed. The results of the research were as follows. Consumers perceived greater image congruity between social commerce and nonbrands, followed by private brands and national brands. The significant perception differences were examined by comparing the mean values. There was a significant positive effect of image congruity of social commerce and non-brands on purchase intention. However, insignificant effects were found for image congruity between social commerce and private brands and national brands. In addition, trust and price sensitivity positively predicted social commerce purchase intention. A significant moderating effect of trust was found on the relationship between purchase intention and image congruity of social commerce and non-brands. A moderating effect of price sensitivity was found on the relationship between purchase intention and image congruity of social commerce and private brands. The findings of the present study offer valuable insights into social commerce concerning implementing diverse fashion brands as well as academic and practical implications.
This conceptual paper drew on the uses and gratifications theory to theorize about what drives consumers to engage in social media activation campaigns. This paper proposed that satisfying the needs for integration and social interaction, personal identity, information seeking, entertainment, and utilitarian reward through a social media activation campaign can enhance consumers‘ engagement with it. Finally the way in which cognitive, affective, and behavioral engagement with such campaigns affect brand image was explained theoretically. The developed conceptual framework can help marketing managers to create engaging social media activation campaigns, thereby improving the image of their brands.
기존의 많은 흡연 연구는 담배 소비 경험을 흡연자의 인지적 측면을 중심으로 이해하고자 하였다. 그러나 흡연자는 담배 소비를 통해서 쾌락적 동기나 사회적 동기를 충족하는 과정에서 자신과 타인에 대한 죄책감이라는 부정적인 정서를 경험할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 흡연자의 담배소비 행동이 흡연자의 이상적 자기개념이나 사회적 자기개념이라 는 기준에 부합하지 않을 때 죄책감이 발생할 수 있다. 이와 관련해서 본 연구는 담배를 소비하는 과정에서 발생하는 죄책감이라는 부정적 정서 경험을 중심으로 흡연자의 심리적 기제를 이해하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 흡연자는 담배 소비가 제공하는 쾌락적 혜택보다 신체적 피해를 더 크게 지각할수록 자신에 대한 죄책감과 타인에 대한 죄책감을 더 강하게 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 흡연자에 대한 사회적 이미지를 부정적으로 지각할수록 타인에 대한 죄책감을 더 강하게 경험하였다. 또한 자신에 대한 죄책감과 타인에 대한 죄책감은 금연 의향을 높이는 것으로 밝혀 졌다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 흡연자 자신에 대한 죄책감(예. 담배가격 인상)과 타인에 대한 죄책감(예. 간접흡연이 가족의 건강에 미치는 피해를 보여주는 금연 광고)을 유발하는 금연 캠페인이 흡연자의 금연 의향을 높일 수 있다는 점을 제안한다.
특정 환경이 제시하는 이미지는 색으로 나타내어진다. 그러면, 특징 사회적 환경에 대해 사람들은 특정한 색채 반응을 만들어내는가\ulcorner 특정 사회적 상황에 대해 사람들이 어떤 색채이미지를 만들어 내며, 이런 색채이미지가 사회적 상황을 일관적으로 나타낼 수 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 각 사회적 상황에 맞는 색채 코디네이션과 이미지를 찾고자 할 때, 대표적인 경우가 화장이다. 여성의 화장에서 나타나는 색채 이미지는 사용자의 취향과 같은 성격특성에 따라 달라지지만, 이것은 또한 사회적 상황에 따라 다르게 표현되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 상황을 캐주얼, 비즈니스, 지적분위기, 이브닝(섹스어필)의 4가지 조건을 제시하고 이것에 따른 색채 감성이미지가 어떻게 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 각각의 상황은 일관적인 색채 이미지를 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라, 사람들에게 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 색채이미지로 표현된다는 것을 밝힐 수 있었다. 특정 환경에 관한 개대는 특징적인 색채 이미지로 반영되며, 이런 결과들은 환경색채의 디자인과 구체적인 상황과 맞는 제품의 색조 디자인 등에 직접 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the previous studies on the characteristics of the image search service provided by using artificial intelligence, the social impact characteristics, and the moderating effect of perceived anthropomorphism, and conduct empirical analysis to identify the constituent factors affecting purchase intention. To clarify. Through this, I tried to present theoretical and practical implications. Research design, data, and methodology: Research design was that characteristics of image search service (ubiquity and information quality) and social impact characteristics (subjective norms, electronic word of mouth marketing) are affected by mediation of satisfaction and flow, therefore, control of perceived anthropomorphism have an effect on purchase intention to increase. For analysis, research conducted literature review, and developed questionnaires, so that EM firm which is a specialized research institute has collected data. This was conducted on 410 people between the 20s and 50s who have mobile shopping experiences. SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 23 had been used to perform necessary analysis such as exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation modeling based on this data. Results: first, ubiquity, information quality and subjective norms were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention through satisfaction and flow parameters. Second, satisfaction and flow were found to have a mediating effect between ubiquity, information quality, and subjective norms and purchase intentions. However, there was no mediating effect between eWOM information and purchase intention. Third, perceived anthropomorphism was found to have a moderating effect between information quality and satisfaction, and it was found that there was no moderating effect on the relationship between information quality and flow. Conclusions: The information quality of image search services using artificial intelligence has a positive effect on satisfaction, and it has been found that there is a positive moderate effect of perceived anthropomorphism in this relationship, which may be an academic contribution to the distribution science utilizing artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is possible to propose a distribution strategy that improves purchase intention by utilizing image search service and anthropomorphism in practical business and providing a more enjoyable immersive experience to customers.
This research seeks to improve the understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its advantages in the shipping sector. Recently, an improved emphasis on CSR, which incorporates environmental and social concerns into economic considerations of firms, can be found in business management and marketing literature. This is mainly because of people’s increased awareness in regards to the negative consequences of corporate activities such as increased environmental pollution and gaps between the rich and the poor. According to the previous literature, it has been revealed that responsible actions by companies can generate positive outcomes in terms of financial and time aspects, but more importantly, intangible equity of the company, including improved corporate reputation, image as well as brand. As the regulation is intensifying in regards to environmental and social responsibility in the shipping sector, shipping companies are trying to engage in CSR to gain competitive advantages. While the reputation and image of shipping companies play essential roles for developing sustainable maritime transport, few studies have been conducted for how the CSR of shipping companies influence the shipping companies’ reputation and image relative to other industries. In this regard, this study aims to investigate the effect of the corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation and image of shipping companies on the basis of an exploratory study in the Republic of Korea. This research would be beneficial to both academics and practitioners for developing useful CSR strategies which could promote the public’s recognition of the shipping sector.
본 연구는 더바디샵의 국내진출 이후에 등장 한 국내의 자연주의 화장품 브랜드들의 이타주의적 사회공헌 활동이 소비자들로부터 어떻게 인식되어지며, 소비자들로부터 공감을 얻어내고 있는지를 알고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 이타주의적 소비자의 사회적 표출적 욕구와 상호작용하기 위한 국내 자연주의 화장품 브랜드들의 커뮤니케이션 전략을 살펴보고, 또한 각 브랜드의 이미지와 메시지에서 어떠한 이타주의적 가치관을 표방하고 있는지를 알아보았다. 이를 통해서 사회표출적이고 윤리적 브랜드는 이타주의적 소비자들로부터 긍정적으로 인식되고, 얻어진 소비자의 공감은 소비행위라는 상호작용을 통해서 이루어질 것으로 가정을 하였다. 연구방법은 국내 대표적인 자연주의 화장품 브랜드 4개 [더바디샵], [네츄럴리퍼블릭], [더페이스샵], [이니스프리]를 선정하여 소비자들로 하여금 각 브랜드의 정보와 이미지에 대한 사회적 표출로서의 기능에 대한 인식과 수단으로써 구매태도를 가지는지를 평가하도록 하였다. 연구 결과 이타적 소비자들은 소비라는 행위를 통해서 자신의 가치관을 사회적으로 표출하고 있었으며, 집단주의적 가치를 지닌 소비자는 사회공헌적인 브랜드 이미지와 메시지에 대해서 높은 호감과 구매의도를 가지고 있었다. 하지만 실제로 소비자들은 사회공헌적인 브랜드의 상품이라고 할지라도 구매에 있어서 추가비용까지를 지불하려는 의사는 그리 높지 않았다. 따라서 국내의 소비자들은 사회공헌적 브랜드의 활동은 지지하지만 아직 추가 비용까지를 지불할 의사는 낮다는 소극성이 보여 진다.
