        국내 여성결혼이민자와 외국인 노동자가 급격히 늘어나면서 한국은 다문화 사회로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 다문화가정이 늘어나면서 2006년 이후 부터 다문화가정 자녀들의 교육 문제가 사회 문제로 떠올랐다. 이들은 외국인 부모님 밑에서 자랐기 때문에 같은 또래의 일반가정 자녀들에 비해 한국어 발달 정도가 늦다. 이러한 언어적 격차는 다문화가정 자녀들이 초등학교 교육 현장에서 더욱 심각하게 드러났다. 이 차이를 좁히기 위해 다문화가정 자녀대상 한국어 교재를 개발하여 한국어 능력을 향상시키고 학습 문제까지 개선하고자 하였다. 하지만 실제 교육 현장에서는 이러한 교재들을 많이 쓰고 있지 않고 있다. 또한 교재의 내용에 있어서도 의문을 제기하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 이러한 교재들을 언어 사용 측면, 언어 지식 측면, 문학 측면으로 나누어 살펴보고 다문화가정 자녀 대상 한국어 교재가 다문화가정 자녀들의 언어 수준을 일반가정 자녀들의 수준까지, 공교육에서 말하는 학년별 언어 수준까지 끌어올릴 수 있는지 알 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 더 나아가 부진한 교과 학습에 대한 효과에 대해서도 살펴볼 것이다.

        The purpose of this study was to identify soil physical characteristics as guideline for high yield potential inginseng cultivated field which produced 6 years root. Harvest yields of ginseng to be divided by parent rock was in order ofphyllite and red shale 3.1㎏/3.3㎡ > granite and gneiss·schist 3.0㎏ > basalt 2.6㎏ > porphyry 2.2㎏ in upland and forestsoil. Also, with classified by topography, it was in order of foot slope and alluvial fan 3.2㎏/3.3㎡ > valley 3.0㎏ > low hill2.9㎏ > hill, lave flow and dilluvial terrace 2.8㎏ in survey tilth. Class determination of soil texture, it was in order of sandyloam 3.1㎏/3.3㎡ > loam and silt loam 3.0㎏ > clay loam 2.9㎏ > silt clay loam 2.8㎏ in survey tilth. Slope condition offarming land, in case of sloping (2~7%), it was 3.1㎏/3.3㎡ but deep sloping (15~30%) caused decreasing harvest yield. Indrainage classes (excessively, well and moderately well), there was no significantly different in harvest yields. Relationshipbetween harvest yield and soil series, Production sites as yielding 3.0㎏/3.3㎡ were seven sites, also it was contained 14 soilseries. Production sites as yielding 2.5~3.0㎏/3.3㎡ were eleven sites, it was contained 16 soil series. Production sites asyielding 2.0~2.5㎏/3.3㎡ were 10 sites, it was contained 4 soil series.

        A first step review is completed on the suitability of European designed wind turbines in an East Asia climate. Six parameters are chosen for detailed analysis of proper meteorological measures from flat, hilly, forested, coastal and offshore sites in West Europe and East Asia: mean wind speed, 10 minute mean wind speed distribution, turbulence intensity, wind shear, 3 second extreme wind speed and 10 minute direction change. All six parameters are assessed with a view for contrast with the wind turbine design standard IEC61400. The diurnal and seasonal variation, average and extreme values of each parameter are calculated where appropriate. Industry standard software and analysis techniques have been employed to assess the applicability of existing wind turbine design standards and design guidelines for the East Asian market.

        하천제방의 붕괴 요인중 구조물(배수통문) 주변 제방의 붕괴는 전체 요인의 l0% 이상을 차지하고 있으며, 특히 2002년 홍수시 낙동강에서 발생한 제방 유실 지점은 거의 배수통문 주위에서 발생하였다. 이러한 제방 파괴는 이질 재료인 통문 구조물과 제체 접합부 사이에 공극이나 공동이 형성된 후 홍수시 내부 침식으로 인해 공동이 확대되어 발생하는 파괴구조를 가지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 하천제방의 안전관리를 위해 배수통문 주변의 공동발생 여부 혹은 공동내의

        한국에서는 증가하는 용수수요에 대처하기 위해 1990년대부터 낙동강 유역의 지자체들에서 강변여과수를 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울의 원수수질 안정을 위한 방안으로 강변여과 도입의 타당성을 검토하였다. 선행 논문에서 계층분석과정(AHP)에 의해 선택된 광나루지구에 대한 개발가능량 평가를 위해 지하수 모델링이 수행되었다. 광나루지구에서는 생태계보존지역 등을 고려하여 하천부지 약 1,200m 구간에 대해 관정시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 파악되었다.

        The need for recreation and green-tourism seems to be enhanced greatly according to increasing income and leisure. The rural area and village should be developed and improved with a new direction as basic areas for the green-tourism. This study developed a new methodology to be able to find suitable areas for recreation and green-tourism using GIS and RS. The eight criteria for suitability evaluation of recreation area extracted by GIS and RS techniques from computerized map layers and satellite images have their weighting values, which are quantified by AHP method. The new finding methodology was applied to a study area, the Ansung city in Kyunggi province. The results showed that the suitable area with high score for the recreation and green-tourism were analyzed spatially near by ancient culture and water resources. The new findings enable decision makers to analyze spatially the suitability area of the recreation area and village improvement for the green-tourism.

        This study investigated and analyzed the current status and operations of tourism farms in the Chuncheon area. By adopting the GIS, an analysis was made of whether the five old tourism farms utilized suitability and how they could open a new one in a suitability. The following results were drawn from the analysis of natural and social suitability factors and accessibility. Time requirements were analyzed taking into account that a majority of tourists came from Seoul and Gyeonggi, area. Four of the five tourism farms were within one hour travel, from these areas but it seemed impossible that they could be reached within one hour considering the actual road conditions and traffic. The natural and social suitability factors of a tourism farm were overlay-analyzed. The land of the first and second class that was considered to be suitable for a tourism farm was 17.12km2, which accounted for 1.38% of the entire area examined in the study and 11.50% of the entire agricultural land. The area that was evaluated to be suitable for a tourism farm will be able to attract new tourism farms in the future.

        It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability for protected horticulture to plan new protected horticultural facilities in rural areas. For objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability for protected horticulture, three different evaluation models were constructed based on grading, proportion, and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The three methods were tested to evaluate the location suitability for protected horticulture in three selected regions; suburban, plain, mountainous. The results indicated that the grading method underestimated the difference of importance among grouping categories, compared to the proportion and AHP methods. Based on the results, the AHP method was founded to be better than the other two methods in terms of evaluation process, reproductivity and reliability of the results.

        For rational agricultural land use planning, it is quite necessary to get hold of land suitability precisely and to make decision on land use patterns accordingly. In the methodological viewpoint, objective and scientific evaluation techniques for land suitability classification should be supported for the systematic land use planning. As one of technical development approaches to rational land use planning, this study tried to frame a land suitability evaluation system for agricultural purposes. Evaluation unit is defined as a tract of land bounded by road, other land units and topographical features. And quantification theory was applied in the determination works of evaluation criteria. The administrative area of Namsa-myon(district), Yongin-si(city), Kyunggi-do(province) was selected for the case study. In order to check the feasibility of the evaluation system developed in the study, field check team, consisting of 2 government officers and 2 representative farmers, carried out evaluation works by observation on 148 sample land units, 10% of total 1,480 ones. Between estimated and observed results, there showed very good relationship of its multiple correlation coefficient, R=0.9467.

        Land suitability classification(LSC) is an appraisal and grouping(or the process of appraisal anti grouping) of specific tracts(of land) in terms of their relative land suitability for a definEd use, and is one of the land use planning techniques. This paper reviews the selected studies on LSC whose purposes are to especially contribute land use planning in case of Japan, So, this study examines the LSC's application to Korea based on Japanes LSC studies with a view to development of the methods on LSC for rational land use planning in our rural area. The result resolves itself into Table 2. However, it is undesirable to borrow from Japanes LSC studies like that, because of the difference of administrative,geographical,traditional,social and economical conditions. Therefore, it is necessary that the many case studies and examinations should be carried out in order to develop the methods on LSC suitable to Korean actual circumstances.

        As a rational decision-making process of county-level area development, this study designed 3-step framework : function-giving(areal analysis) on unit planning area by decision matrix of land suitability, check of typical characteristics of each function area and formulation of its future development strategies. Two alternatives were suggested as the areal analysis method, of which one is equal ordering / valuing technique of checking indices for land suitability classfication and the other preferential weighting technique. And then, under the algorithm specially defined in this study, land suitability maps(Fig.2,3) of the case study area (Seungju-county area, Chonnam-province, Korea) were drawn from the areal analysis results. By use of land suitability classification results, unique characteristics of typical function areas were defined (on 7 types of alternative 1 , 8 types of II ) and their future development strategies were formulated in the case study area, According to the categorization criteria in this study, all the villages of the case area were classfied as a suitable type of function areas illustrated in this study.

        As a initial methodological approach to rational land use planning in the county-level area, three types of land suitability classification techniques were examined from the viewpoint of their practical applicability through the case study of Seungju-gun area, Chonnam-province, Korea : major factors' criteria(method I ), principal component analysis( I ), and local monitoring( R( ). Each method has its strong and weak points as shown in Tab.-5. Therefore, when its practical application, there seem to be wide-range methodological selectivities from exclusive use of the best one to intermethodological combination of related ones In the beginning stage, intermethodological combination of all three types were tried to formulate the best solution possible. However, because of reliability problem of method R accrued from non- uniformity of evaluators'quality, only two methods( 1 , E ) were combined into a new evaluation method The applied results of the new combined method to case study area are shown in Fig.-2, 3 and 4.
