목 적: 본 연구는 미래에 안경사가 될 안경광학과 재학생을 대상으로 안경원 종사자 복지에 대한 요구도 를 설문하고 분석하였으며, 이 자료가 안경사 복지 개선에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 방 법: 본 연구는 안경광학과에 재학중인 학생 309명을 대상으로 설문에 응답한 전체의 일반적 특성과 취업 희망분야를 분석하였고, 취업 희망분야 중 가장 많은 비율을 보인 안경원에 취업을 희망하는 재학생 148명(47.90%)을 대상으로 안경원 취업을 희망하는 이유, 1일 근무 희망시간, 희망 휴무 요일과 수, 월 희망 급여에 대한 내용을 조사하고 분석하였다. 결 과: 취업 희망분야에서 안경원 148명(47.90%), 안과 68명(22.01%), 안경관련회사 52명(16.83%), 진 학 등 기타는 41명(13.27%)였다. 안경원 취업은 경제적 안정 50.00%, 발전가능성 25.00%, 적성 23.65%, 사회적 인정 1.35% 이유로 희망 하였으며, 1일 근무 희망 시간은 평균 8.91±1.337시간, 월 휴무일 희망 수는 평균 6.27±2.475일, 휴무 희 망 요일 수는 일요일 평균 2.79±1.618일, 토요일 평균 2.12±1.618일, 주중 평균 1.42±1.508일이었고, 월 급여는 평균 166.70±46.164만원을 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론: 안경사 복지 개선은 안경사 개인 삶의 질과 직업의식의 향상을 일으키고 이는 안경사의 적극적이 고 긍정적인 근무태도로 이어져 고객 신뢰와 매출 증대에 긍정적 영향을 주어 안경원 경영에도 도움이 될 것 으로 사료된다.

This paper is derived from a survey research project investigating consumer attitudes towards organic food as the farm animal welfare. Presents focus group results on consumer perceptions, attitudes and recognition about farm animal welfare. We are aimed to conduct the survey research to evaluate the consumer's perception and demands of the farm animal welfare. We deals with the findings obtained from extensive interviews with a representative samples. The objectives of interviews included 20~60 year-old ages lived in Yongin, Anyang, Gunpo, Ansan, Seosan, Dangjin, Iksan and Jeonju city. Questions focused on how people were recognized the need and policies of farm animal welfare. Questionnaire and technical data are analysed and summarized. As the results of the survey research, the objectives of interviews had poorly understood about the policies of farm animal welfare. Conclusionally, the promotions of farm animal welfare policies were need. The development of farm animal welfare policies were desirable for the establishment of animal welfare.

목적: 이 연구는 안경사의 1일 근무시간이나 정기휴무 등의 복지관련 실태를 조사하여 복지를 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 부산시안경사회에서 2012년 4월 보수교육시 533명(남자 379명, 여자 154명)의 안경사를 대상으로 안경사 복지에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 일반사항 10문항과 복지증진관련사항 20문항의 총 30문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: 안경사 실무자들이 휴직이나 이직을 고려하는 가장 중요한 이유는 장시간의 근무시간(38%)과 정기 휴무제 미흡(17%) 때문이었다. 업무와 관련된 스트레스는 안경사의 절반 이상(56%)에서 스트레스 정도가 높거나 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 업무에서 가장 가치를 두고 있는 것이 정기 휴무제 실시(36%)와 1일 근무시간 단축(34%)이지만, 실제 정기휴무를 실시하는 안경원은 33%에 불과하였다. 그리고 안경사의 72%가 현재 1일 11시간 이상을 근무하고 있고, 대부분의 안경사인 95%에서 희망하는 1일 근무시간은 8~10시간이었다. 안경사의 91%가 정기 휴무제 실시를 찬성하고 있고, 또한 휴무제 시행에도 적극 동참할 의사를 밝혔다. 결론: 장시간의 1일 근무시간과 정기 휴무제 미흡으로 인한 열악한 근로조건은 고용상태를 불안정하게 만들고, 업무와 관련된 스트레스를 가중시키고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 모두가 동참하여 안경사의 복지를 향상시켜나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the utility in terms of the elderly's welfare. The data introduced in this paper were collected by the constructed interview method, and 192 aged interviewees were selected from 4 rural areas: Namhaegun, Uiryeong-gun Imsil-gun and Sunchang-gun. From the descriptive analysis of the data, the results derived are as follows: 1) The financial supports are needed to remodel rural village community facilities as senior centers. 2) It is expected that the facility be a center for the aged people's living in a village, and that have multiple functions of general care service network health care, meal support and making friendship spaces for them. 3) Share housing function is also added to the facility in emergency conditions.
