최근 국민 삶의질 향상, 인구구조 변화 등에 따라 관광수요가 증가하고 관광활동 또한 다양화되고 있다. 특히 국가어항은 단순 한 어업 활동의 거점을 넘어 지역 경제, 관광, 문화까지 아우르는 복합 기능 공간으로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 부산 기장군에 위치한 대 변항을 대상으로 관광수요를 예측함으로써 정책적 활용이 가능한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 2015년부터 2024년까지의 월별 위치 기반 방문객수를 입력 데이터로 설정하여 시계열 예측을 수행하였다. 연구방법론으로 전통적인 통계방법인 SARIMA를 기준으로 예측 정확도 를 향상시키기 위해 Hybrid model을 활용하였다. 특히 기존의 선형적 방법과 비선형 방법을 결합한 Hybrid model을 제안하고자 한다. 시계 열 구조적 분해방법인 STL 기법과 비구조적 잔차 제거 방법인 DAE 분석을 수행하였다. 즉 Trend와 Seasonal을 분해하는 STL과 머신 러닝 기반의 DAE를 활용하여 분해하고, 설명되지 않은 잔차를 대상으로 딥 러닝을 통해 예측함으로써 선형과 비선형 방법을 결합하여 예측 정확도를 제고하고자 한다. 분석결과, 연구진이 제안한 모델로 STL와 DAE를 활용하여 2중 분해하고 LSTM과 Attention을 결합한 Hybrid deep learning model이 가장 예측 정확도가 높았다. 향후 관광수요 예측에서는 분해와 잔차 기반의 노이즈 제거 과정을 거친 후, 딥 러닝 기 법을 결합하는 것이 정확성 측면에서 효과적인 방법임을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 연안 국가어항의 미래 관광수요를 전망함으로써, 관광추 세를 반영한 지속가능한 수요 대응 전략 수립 및 정책 의사결정에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정부는 기후·기후변화 감시 및 예측 등에 관한 법률을 제정하고, 해양 기후변화 감시 및 예측 R&D 및 체계 개선을 위해 노력하 고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 해양 기후변화 감시 및 예측 활동에 대한 전문가의 인식과 기술수준을 평가하고, 상대적 우선순위를 제시함으 로써 정부의 효율적인 정책 수립과 실효성 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 연구방법으로 정부, 연구기관, 대학, 민간기업 등 소속 전문가를 대상 으로 해양 기후변화 감시 및 예측 활동에 대한 전반적인 인식과 기술수준을 평가하였다. 또한 감시 및 예측 활동 구조화 및 상대적 중요 도 분석을 통한 상대적 우선순위를 결정하고 전문가 인식과 기술수준 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 전문가들은 해양 자연적·경 제적 재해에 대응하기 위해 정부의 기후전략 수립이 매우 필요하다고 인식하고 있다. 상대적 중요도 평가 결과, 정보 관리 및 공동활동 영역이 가장 중요한 활동으로 분석되었다. 소속에 따른 집단의 목적과 이해관계가 해양 기후변화 감시 및 예측 활동에 대한 인식과 중요 도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 정부의 해양 기후변화 활동 지원 측면에서 상대적 우선순위를 고려하여 실효성 있는 정책을 도 모할 필요가 있다.

Providing dogs with a natural diet consisting of raw, natural food is recommended for optimum health and longevity. We are aimed to provide the available knowledges about the recommended natural food and home made recipes of natural diets through literature review. As the results, we reviewed the efficacy, nutrients composition, daily feeding dose, recommended natural foods, home made recipes of natural diets etc. All-natural diets are also called raw diets or barf diets (BF). The common theme of these diets is that they feed raw human grade ingredients. While the actual contents will vary in some cases, depending on the health needs of a particular dog, the quality of the food products does not change. Everything is raw and human grade ingredient. Conclusionally, natural provides nutritionally sound and species appropriate diets to be fed to dogs at any stages of life varied through the correct corresponding portions from puppies to seniors, during pregnancy and lactation. It is also suitable for any breed from toy to giant. There is strong research based evidence highlighting the benefits of natural diets diet free of contaminants seen in many foods today for companion dogs.

Many people know the benefits of massage for people, especially if they have had an injury. It can also be a very relaxing experience. It the same way, dogs can benefit from pet massages. The owners can choose to do the massage thyself. Some of the benefits of massaging dogs were included to help him recover after an injury or strain, to be calm an excitable dog, to enhance blood circulation and other body functions, to restore and maintain muscle tone, also taken a chance to bond with dogs, to increase trust, and to provide relaxed effects. We are aimed to provide the available knowledges about the health-beneficial functional massage techniques for the companion dogs through literature review. As the results, we reviewed the massage techniques like as stroking, effleurage, wringing and kneading etc. Massages can improve a number of physical body functions like as blood circulation, gastrointestinal functions, relaxing, muscular stretching, immune activation, human animal bonds in dogs. Also, dog massages could induce the decrease of stress, depression and the palpation of the disease of dogs.

This paper is derived from a survey research project investigating consumer attitudes towards organic food as the farm animal welfare. Presents focus group results on consumer perceptions, attitudes and recognition about farm animal welfare. We are aimed to conduct the survey research to evaluate the consumer's perception and demands of the farm animal welfare. We deals with the findings obtained from extensive interviews with a representative samples. The objectives of interviews included 20~60 year-old ages lived in Yongin, Anyang, Gunpo, Ansan, Seosan, Dangjin, Iksan and Jeonju city. Questions focused on how people were recognized the need and policies of farm animal welfare. Questionnaire and technical data are analysed and summarized. As the results of the survey research, the objectives of interviews had poorly understood about the policies of farm animal welfare. Conclusionally, the promotions of farm animal welfare policies were need. The development of farm animal welfare policies were desirable for the establishment of animal welfare.

Fuel Test Loop(FTL) is a facility which could conduct a fuel irradiation test at HANARO (High-flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor). FTL simulates commercial NPP’s operating conditions such as the pressure, temperature and neutron flux levels to conduct the irradiation and thermo- hydraulic tests. The In-Pile Test Section(IPS) installed in HANARO FTL is designed as a pressure vessel design conditions of 350℃, 17.5MPa. The instrumentation MI-cables for thermocouples, SPND and LVDT are passed through the sealing plug, which is in the pressure boundary region and is a part of instrumentation feedthrough of MI-cable. In this study, the brazing method and performance test results are introduced to the sealing plug with BNi-2 filler metal, which is selected with consideration of the compatibility for the coolant. The performance was verified through the insulation resistance test, hydrostatic test, and helium leak test.

TMDL에서 효율적이고 체계적인 수질관리를 위하여 하천 네트워크 공간자료 구축 및 이를 이용한 GIS기반의 수질모델링, 자료 관리, 공간분석 등이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 하천 네트워크에 관한 프레임워크 데이터로서 TMDL 실무에서 다양한 활용이 가능하도록 KRF(Korean Reach File) 설계안을 개선하여 제시하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 미국 EPA RF(River Reach File) 사례를 검토하였고, EPA RF 설계 내역을 참고하여 개선된 KRF의 도형 및 속성 설계안을 제시하였다. 결과 검증을 위해 한강수계를 대상으로 KRF를 시범 구축하였으며, 총 2,047개의 stream reach 분할이 가능하였고, 총 2,048개 지점에 대한 노드 생성이 가능하였다. 각 공간객체에 대한 고유식별자가 중복 없이 입력됨이 확인되었고, 이를 통해 유관 DB와의 자료연계에도 KRF가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 KRF에 위상정보가 강화되어 입력됨에 따라 향후 다양한 네트워크 분석에도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 향후에는 KRF를 이용한 수질모델링 및 자료관리, 공간분석 등 다양한 TMDL 실무 활용에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

수질모델링에 필요한 다양한 입력데이터는 관련 정보의 확보방안 및 표준화가 되어 있지 않아 수질모델링 결과 및 수질분석에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효율적인 수질모델링을 위해 정확한 수리·수문데이터를 기반으로 한 수질모델링의 기초자료 데이터베이스인 한국형 Reach File을 설계하였다. 한국형 Reach File은 동일한 수리학적 특색을 가지는 구간(Reach)에 대한 위치정보 기반의 수리학 데이터베이스로써, 각 구간을 대표할 수 있는 Reach 코드와 Catalog Unit, Segment, Marker Index의 위상정보를 갖고 있으며 하천명이나 하천코드와 같은 기존 코드와의 연계를 고려하여 설계되었다. 설계방안을 토대로 경기도 광주시의 경안천을 대상으로 시범 구축을 통하여 본 설계안을 검토한 결과, 수질모델링에 필요한 기초데이터를 하나의 기준으로 체계화하여 하천정보를 데이터베이스화하고 기 구축 데이터베이스와의 연계 및 활용방안도 마련할 수 있었다. 또한, 각 구간별로 정의된 Reach 코드를 이용하여 수질기초시설, 오염원 데이터, 관리기관 등 기존 데이터베이스와 연계를 통해 보다 체계적인 수질의 관리가 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 Reach 코드를 하천공간데이터의 국가표준데이터로 선정할 수 있도록 하천 정보 표준화에 관한 연구가 필요하며, 전국 모든 하천에 Reach 코드를 부여하여 보다 많은 데이터베이스와의 연계할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.
