        Currently, in Korea, the frequent damage of aged concrete pavements causes route blockages due to maintenance and repair works. Ultra-rapid cement has been used as a measure to solve the economic losses which result from traffic delays, accidents, and civil complaints due to blocked routes. However, now, it couldn’t be used except for urgent constructions because the price is expensive and its onsite application is complicated, hence, fast hardening admixtures are being used in ordinary cement to solve the problem with ultra-rapid cement. In this research, it is intended to develop a material which enables early opening of the road being constructed and cured within 24 hours of closure, to secure durability characteristics of early strength concrete by incorporating admixtures (silica fume, latex, polymer powder), and to find optimal mixing ratio and select the optimal variable for each material.

        Our environment is faced with serious problems related to the air pollution from automobiles in these days. In particular, the exhaust emissions of diesel engines are recognized as main causes of the air pollution. CRDI (common rail direct injection) diesel engine is widely used for the sake of minimization on exhaust emission. Because biodiesel fuel is a renewable and alternative fuel for diesel engine, its usability is expanded. An commercial CRDI diesel engine used to commercial vehicle was fueled with diesel fuel and 5% biodiesel blended fuel (BDF 5%) with city mode in excess of 300 hours. The engine performance and exhaust emissions were sampled at 1 hour interval for analysis. To check the engine parts (valve, injector), the engine was inspected after test. It was concluded that there was no unusual deterioration of the engine, or any unusual changes in engine power and exhaust emissions in spite of operation of 300 hours with BDF 5%.

        Biodiesel is an alternative fuel of petroleum and has an effect on reducing smoke because that contains oxygen itself. This study shows the results on the durability of diesel engine with 4% biodiesel and WDP 1% as an alternative fuel during 110 hours. Engine dynamometer testing was complete at regularly scheduled intervals to monitor the engine performance an exhaust emissions. Through this experimental result, there was no clogging of the nozzle tip, and there was not carbon deposit on the injector tip. And, there was no unusual deterioration of the engine, or any unusual change in exhaust emission from using the blending fuel.

        본 논문에서는 경량, 고내구성 특성을 지니고 있고 신속시공이 가능한 인발성형 복합소재 교량 바닥판의 단면설계와 제작공정에 관해 기술하였으며, 구조해석을 동해 구조안전성과 사용성을 검토하였다. 단면설계에는 바닥판 단면 형상 설계와 복합소재 적층설계 절차를 기술하였고, 해석은 5주형 복합소재 바닥판 거더 교량에 대해 실시하였으며, 처짐 사용성, 파괴지수, 좌굴안정성에 대한 검토를 실시하였다. 설계된 복합소재 바닥판 단면은 인발성형으로 제작하였으며, 제작시편에 대한 재료시험을 실시한 후 그 결과를 기술하였다.

        To evaluate the durability characteristics of low permeable concrete using ground granulated blast-furnace slag with fineness 4,650 cm2/g, carbonation depth was measured. From the test results, persisting period of that was calculated. And it was found that carbonation depth of concrete was proceed 29.5 mm for 100 years.

        시멘트를 생산할 때 발생하는 이산화탄소로 인하여 콘크리트를 활용하는 건설산업의 친환경성이 문제시 되어가고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 석회석미분말로 시멘트를 대체하는 기술의 기초연구로서 석회석미분말을 함유한 콘크리트의 내구특성에 관하여 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 실험변수는 석회석미분말의 시멘트 치환률을 0%에서 25%까지 5%씩 중가하였으며 동결융해 저항성, 제설염 저항성 및 알칼리-실리카반응 저항성 등의 내구특성과 기초적인 경화특성 등을 분석하였다. 석회석미분말의 사용으로 인한 동결융해저항성, 제설제염 저항성 등의 영향은 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 알카리-실리카반응성의 억제를 위하여도 긍정적으로 검토될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        본 논문에서는 다양한 환경인자에 노출된 상용 유리섬유강화(GFRP) 보강근의 내구특성에 대하여 기술하였다. 촉진실험방법을 이용하여 2종류의 GFRP보강근에 대하여 내구성 실험을 실시하였다 총 264개 시편을 염화물 알칼리. 동결융해 상태에 최고 132일간 노출시켰다. CFRP 보강근의 내구특성은 촉진 실험된 보강근의 인장강도. 수평전단강도. 탄성계수를 원래 상태의 보강근의 결과와 비교하여 파악하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 촉진 실험된 GFRP 보강근의 재료적 특성은 심각하게 감소되었다. 단기 내구성 실험결과를 이용하여 GFRP 보강근의 장기 열화특성을 추정하였다.
