본 연구는 수질오염 및 비점오염에 대한 일반인들의 의식을 알아보고, 비점오염 저감을 위한 교육의 필요성과 참여의 사 등을 파악함으로써 비점오염 예방과 관리에 있어 일반인들의 참여를 이끌고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해, Onpanel에 가입된 전국 20대 이상 성인 남녀 1,000명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문의 구성은 수질오염 인식현황, 비점오염 예방활동, 비점오염 예방을 위한 대책마련, 비점오염원 저감을 위한 국민교육 필요성, 홍보 및 캠페인 참여의 식, 비점오염 저감을 위한 조직 활성화 방안 등으로 구성하였다. 설문조사 결과 응답자들의 수질오염에 대한 관심도가 높게 나타났으며 특히 비점오염 관심도는 연령, 학력, 소득이 높을수록 더욱 높은 관심도를 보여 비점오염원에 대한 홍보·교육의 실효성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 비점오염에 대한 관심도, 정보, 교육, 저감활동 관련 경험이 많을수록 비점오염 저감교육의 효과를 긍정적으로 인식하였으며, 비점오염 저감교육의 효과를 긍정적으로 인식할수록 교육 참여의사가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비점오염의 관리를 위해서는 국민의 공감대 형성이 반드시 필요하며, 비점오염 관련 정보, 교육, 저감활동에 대한 참여경험을 높이는 시민 활동 프로그램의 공급과 쉽고 전달력 강한 홍보가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

연예인들은 항상 대중들에게 젊고 아름다운 외모와 모습을 보여야 한다는 스트레스를 경험하며, 이러한 스트레스는 불안과 우울을 거쳐 자살생각에 영향을 미친다. 연예인의 직업적 특성과 심리과정을 설명할 수 있는 것이 공적 자의식이다. 공적 자의식은 남에게 보이는 외적 자기에 집중하는 것으로, 대인 불안에 영향을 주고, 내적으로 자신을 과도하게 억압시켜 부정적인 정서를 높인다. 이와 같은 측면에서 공적 자의식은 항상 좋은 모습을 보이기 위한 연예인의 정서 및 심리과정을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례분석을 통해 연예인들의 외모관리 행동을 공적 자의식이라는 심리적 기제를 통해 살펴보고, 이를 통해 연예인들의 불안과 스트레스, 자살생각을 이해하고 예방할 수 있는 방향을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate male adult' appearance management behavior according to objectified body consciousness. The subjects were 648 male adults aged from 20 to 59 and measuring instruments consisted of objectified body consciousness, appearance management behavior, and subjects' demographics attributions. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's α, factor analysis, cluster analysis, multiple response analysis, cross tabs analysis, χ2 test, and t-test. The results were as follows. First, 3 dimensions (body shame, body surveillance, and control belief) were emerged on objectified body consciousness, and subjects were divided into 2 groups (objectified group, and non-objectified group) by this variable. Second, male adults were deeply aware of the need of appearance management, and showed the high level of intention to perform appearance management behavior. Third, objectified group showed much more active appearance management behavior than non-objectified group. This results concluded that objectified body consciousness is a very useful variable to understand male adult' appearance management behavior.

Since 1995, the facility of class 1 and 2, classified by law had been subject to system of post maintenance management where periodic safety inspection and diagnosis to identify any problems and to take appropriate measures as a matter of urgency. Although the standards and systems had been revised many times for continuous improvement due to surrounding environmental factors, the technical factors and other factors for improvements, continuous researches and efforts are needed to ensure even higher effectiveness. Furthermore, the consciousness of the management body that executes and implements such improvements for facility management is most important. Therefore in this study, through such analysis, more realistic management consciousness review was performed. Also the direction for improvements is proposed, to carry out more effective facility safety management systems implementation.

The Purpose of this study was to establish the belter residential environment in Apt. complex. In this study, the management consciousness of exterior space and the degree of satisfaction were investigated and analyzed on the GI-SAN Apt. complex in Taegu city. The data were obtained through the questionnaire survey about the exterior space of Apt. complex and analyzed by the SPSS/PC. The results of this analysis are as follow; The result of the image analysis were the cleanness factor and the arrangement factor, which have great influenced in residents image of exterior space. The dissatisfaction source of the management conditions were owing to the lake of management techniques and the discord of residents. The subject of management in the residents consciousness was the management office. In additionally, the management form by the residents were highly showed the cleaning and weeding. The main issues of their dissatisfaction about the exterior space was the lake of size, quantity of plants and rest space. The place of the most demand on management was investigated the children playground which was regarded to be the most damaged.

현대사회는 다양한 재난으로 인하여 많은 인명 및 재산피해가 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 재난대응을 위한 많은 노력을 실시하고 있지만 인력과 예산의 중복, 상황보고체계 및 부서별·기능별 운영의 이원화, 정보공유 미흡 등 다양한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 재난관리시스템의 현황 및 문제점을 도출하고, 재난대응 시 일선에서 노력하고 있는 소방공무원을 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하여 재난대응을 위한 통합관리시스템 개선방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합재난관리체계 활성화를 위한 법·제도 개선이 요구된다. 현재 인력의 부족, 예산의 중복 등으로 신속하고 효율적인 재난대응 시 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 신속하고 체계적인 대응을 위해서는 가장 먼저 법·제도의 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 이원화된 재난관리체계에 대해 일원화를 실시해야 한다. 현재 재난관리체계상에서 조직, 상황보고, 예산 등의 다양한 부분에서 이원화로 낭비가 되는 부분이 존재하고 있다. 이에 통합이 가능한 부분에 대해서는 일원화하여 효율적이고 체계적인 대응이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 통합재난관리를 위한 전문 인력 확보 및 교육·훈련이 강화되어야 한다. 통합재난관리체계를 구축하기 위해서는 의식조사를 보면 알 수 있듯이 가장 먼저 조직적인 측면이 먼저 통합이 이루어져야 한다. 이처럼 전문적인 인력 확보와 그를 위한 교육 및 훈련은 조직의 활동을 강화할 수 있는 방법으로 필요하다. 넷째, 유관기관과의 통합상황관리체계 구축을 위한 세부적인 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 최근 발생하는 재난은 한 개의 대응기관으로 대응하기에는 힘든 부분이 많다. 이에 재난 유관기관 담당자의 정기적인 모임으로 커뮤니케이션 활동을 높이고 체계적인 대응을 위한 공동대응전략 수립, 대응절차 및 매뉴얼 작성 등 세부적인 활동이 요구된다.

This study aims to make a comparison of the attitudes between residents, officials and experts towards the rural landscape management polices. It is also designed to suggest the improvements to the rural landscape management policies. This study showed that there were differences in awareness of the rural landscape management polices depending on stakeholder who are residents, officials and experts and experienced groups of rural landscape projects. The directions of improvement of rural landscape policies are as follows: First, it's necessary that the various rural landscape management polices is made of considering the differences on the interest group's recognition. Second, the related rural landscape improvement programs should be implemented based on those plan. Third, the various programs which are to lead voluntary residents participation and to strengthen participant's capabilities have to be arranged to manage the rural landscape effectively.
