        This research is to understand luxury consumption values for luxury consumers. The aims of this study is to identify their luxury consumption values and the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value. This study also divided data into two groups according to the difference between reservation price and actual price; positive reservation price group, negative reservation price group, and analyzed the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value between two groups. In this study, we used structural models equation and results presented that the conceptual model was a good fit to the data. The empirical results suggested four dimensions of luxury consumption values; symbolic value, innovative design value, quality value and origin value. There were positively significant effects of symbolic value and quality value on the perceived acquisition value. The effects of innovative design value on the acquisition value was significantly negative. Two groups categorized by reservation price depicted the differences on effect levels of symbolic value, innovative design value, and quality value on the acquisition value perception.

        The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of menu price and image on perceived sacrifice and value of tourist restaurant, the mediating effects of perceived sacrifice on the relationships between menu price and value, and between image and value. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. ANCOVA was used to measure the mediating effects of perceived sacrifice on the relationships among menu price, image, and value. When the menu price and perceived sacrifice were regressed on the value, the menu price and perceived sacrifice were statistically significant. Moreover, when the image and perceived sacrifice were regressed on the value, the image and perceived sacrifice had a statistically significant effects on value. The results demonstrated that perceived sacrifice played a mediating role in the relationship between menu price and value.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how menu quality, human · amenity service quality, perceived risk affected quality · price menu value, social · emotion menu value and how quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value influenced satisfaction. Also this study investigated how satisfaction affected loyalty. The model was tested in hotel restaurants settings of five-star hotels using a sample of customers visiting and enjoying menus in Daegu metropolitan city and Gyeongju city. Empirical results confirmed that not only do menu quality and human · amenity service quality increase quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value but that perceived risk reduces social · emotion menu value. It was also found that significant antecedents of satisfaction were quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value. Also, loyalty was also found to be a significant consequences of satisfaction.

        The aim of this research was to empirical examine the influence of brand trust, perceived value on brand preference, and purchase intention for branded phones. The samples were gathered by a convenient sampling method. We collected data from 285 consumers who were visiting electronic supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The measurement used a 5-point Likert scale ranging from 1=completely disagree, and 5=completely agree. PLS - Partial Least Squares method was performed to analyze the measurement model and the structural model. The study model was proposed from prior research. We had assessed the reliability of the scales through Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. As well, we also had evaluated discriminant validity through the Fornell-Larcker criterion. The findings of the study demonstrated that brand trust had a significantly positive influence on brand preference. Likewise, the findings of the research also stated that brand trust had a positive impact on purchase intention. The results revealed that perceived value had a positive effect on brand preference. Furthermore, the outcomes show that perceived value had a positive influence on purchase intention as well. Furthermore, the findings of the research showed that brand preference had a positive effect on purchase intention.

        This research investigates the relationship among product quality, service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and behavior intentions. Validated measurements were identified from a literature review. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on responses from 220 customers using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The testing results show that, for the direct path, product quality has a significant, positive influence on customer satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. Also, perceived value directly influences customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions and satisfaction is an antecedent of behavioral intentions. For the indirect path, service quality has a significant, positive influence on behavioral intentions through the customer satisfaction. The major finding of this study suggest that service quality easily attract more customers, especially the young consumers. About the sale personnel, communication skills, knowledge and ways of treatment to customers are crucial to retailers to gain competitive advantage over competitors. Therefore, it should have clear and consistent processes, procedures with criteria that create the best condition for organization and individual to open this kind of retailing store. Furthermore, product quality improvement is essential; all products must have clear originality; and diversifying products and services is also the way to appeal more consumers.

        Purpose - This study examined the relationship between the priorities of information, usability, mobility, reliability and empathy, which are the lower dimensions of mobile tourism app service characteristics, on the perceived value and satisfaction of tourists. Research design, data, methodology - Data collection was conducted from June 10, 2019 to June 20, 2019, and a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to collect 352 copies. Factor analysis, reliability verification, and covariance structure analysis were carried out using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for 321 parts for statistical analysis. Results - First, information, mobility, reliability, and empathy have a significant effect on perceived value. However, usefulness did not appear to have a significant effect on perceived value. This analysis results can increase the reliability of the tourism app, it can be seen that the accurate tourist information services are used in the tourist app or in the place required. Second, information, usability, mobility, and empathy had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, reliability did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it had a significant effect on information, empathy, and intention to use. However, the usefulness, mobility, and reliability did not have a significant effect on the behavioral intention. Lastly, perceived value and satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Conclusions - The analysis result is that the tourism app that is being used is provided with a reliable and accurate tourism information service, it can be seen that you are using the tourism app in the place or on the go. Therefore, it is relatively difficult to use the tourism app, and it is easy to understand the contents of the service and timely information. Therefore, it is possible to communicate with other users and provide customized services according to needs and desires. The study has the following limitations. This may influence the progress of the research because the respondents' responses to the mobile tourism app service are from different experiences. In addition the accuracy of providing accurate information, the usefulness of using the mobile tourism app, and the ease of communicating with other users can be understood as being relatively satisfactory.

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to find out a range of cues that trigger employees to willingly make efforts for corporate development in small and medium enterprises. This was determined by assessing the effects of employees' value inclination on their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as how they perceived their organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology – A total of 126 valid questionnaire sheets collected from SME employees were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 involving simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical moderated regression analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis. Results – The analyses highlighted employees’ personal value inclination had positive effects on their job satisfaction, which in turn enhanced their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, individualist and collectivist inclination exerted greater effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. The study also revealed that perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion – Hence, CEOs in SMEs should avert any dichotomous analysis of their employees’ value inclination, respect their personal value inclinations and also apply factors that could raise their job satisfaction. Likewise, it was shown that SME employees need to make personal efforts for organizational development.

        The study aims to predict the behavior of tourists in Hadong County, which is registered as KIAHS. Based on the theory of planning behavior, we intend to verify the theory of planned behaviour, which adds descriptive parameters of the perceived value and prior knowledge of an agricultural heritage. In detail, first, the perceived value and prior knowledge of tourists about an agricultural heritage understand the influence of tourists’ Attitude. Second, we could see the role of the behavioral factors in the causal relationship of the planned behavioral theory. We have identified the planned behavioral theory that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior controls affect the intention of the revisit. Hadong should remember that by sending and providing various information about Hadong Green Tea and World Agricultural Heritage sites, it is possible to elicit changes in visitor attitudes and revisit visits.

        Product familiarity is vital to assess the purchase intention of consumers. In this study, a conceptual model was proposed to investigate the relationship among organic products familiarity, perceived value (measured by quality, emotional, price and social dimensions), and the purchase intention of students. The model was empirically tested using questionnaire survey data collected from 235 university students. The results reveal that organic products familiarity is positively associated with quality, emotional value, price value and social value. On the other hand, emotional value, price value and social value is also positively associated with purchase intention whereas quality shows insignificant relationship with purchase intention. Overall, the result shows students have positive outlook about their intention to purchase organic products.

        Purpose - The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of word of mouth on customer perceived value for restaurants in Malaysia. The objectives of this research include determining how word of mouth (WoM) factors - frequency of word of mouth messages, reputation of word of mouth messenger, richness of word of mouth message, dispersion of word of mouth conversations and manner of word of mouth delivery impact customer perceived value in Malaysian restaurant industry. Research Design, Data, and Methodology – The research follows causal / explanatory research method based on quantitative data. A sample of 150 restaurant customers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was selected using convenience sampling technique. Likert scale questionnaire is used to collect data and data is analysed using regression analysis through SPSS 22. Results – The statistical analysis revealed that independent variable ‘manner of delivery’ significantly and positively impacts c ustomer perceived value for restaurants in Malaysia. Conclusions – To build strong positive customer perception, Malaysian restaurants can enhance word of mouth campaigns’ ‘manner of delivery’ by making them passionate, exciting and with high emotional appeal.

        The objective of this study is to estimate the relationship among perceived value, perceived risk, satisfaction, purchase intention for environmental-friendly agricultural products. For this, we separate consumer with two groups that one is the experienced, the other is the not-experienced. Four factors is respectively adopted in perceived value and risk with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study show that emphasizing the value of environmental-friendly agricultural products is important to the not-experienced. And to decease the risk is more effective to the experienced for activating market.

        최근 10년 동안 중국 문화산업의 발전에 따라 중국 온라인 게임 산업은 높은 성장추세를 보여 국민경제의 발전에 큰 기여를 하고 있으며, 또한 세계 게임 산업에서 점하는 비중이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 중국 게임산업 및 게임이용자에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 필요하겠다. 본 연구는 중국 온라인 게임 이용자의 게임이용행위의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 이용자의 인지가치와 충성도를 결정하는 요인에 대한 연구모형을 설정하고, 설문조사를 통해 회수된 자료를 활용하여 AMOS방법을 활용한 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 인지가치와 충성도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 각각 인지가격과 플로우, 플로우와 인지가치로 나타났다.

        개인이 소유한 가치나 가치관은 삶의 목표와 기본 원리를 제공함은 물론 행동을 선택하고 평가하는 하나의 기준이다. 본 연구는 가치의 개념적 틀에 기초하여 청소년 스포츠 참가자들이 내면화하고 있는 다양한 스포츠 가치의 영역과 개념적 구조를 탐색하고, 이를 토대로 성과 학교급 및 참가수준(선수와 체육특기적성)에 따른 가치체계의 차이를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 인천광역시와 경기도 소재 운동선수 및 체육특기적성 교육 참가자를 대상으로 개방형 설문지를 통한 내용분석(87명)을 실시하였으며, 여기에서 도출된 29항목의 스포츠 가치에 대한 적절성 평정(137명)을 거쳐 최종적으로 선택된 27항목의 가치에 대한 상대적 중요성을 알아보았다(465명). 분석 결과, 가장 중요한 스포츠 가치는 ‘끝까지 최선을 다하는 것’과 ‘즐거움과 재미를 느끼는 것’으로 나타났으며, 가치들의 상대적 중요성인 가치체계는 성별과 학교급 및 참가수준에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 발견되었다. 특히, 스포츠 가치체계의 차이는 운동선수와 특기적성 프로그램의 참가자 간에 두드러지게 났다. 이러한 결과는 연구의 제한점과 더불어 스포츠 가치가 일반적인 삶의 가치와 어떤 관련을 갖는지 그리고 스포츠 가치의 문화적 보편성과 특수성 관점에서 논의하였다.
