본 연구는 음악산업에 새롭게 등장한 자산 서비스 제공 모델 사례인 음 악 저작권 투자 플랫폼 '뮤직카우'를 중심으로, 문화산업의 패러다임 변화 를 창조적 혁신을 통한 성장 모델의 관점에서 분석함으로써 그 의미와 시 사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 지시적 내용분석을 채택하고 문헌조사와 심층 인터뷰를 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, ‘기술 혁신’ 측면에서, 뮤직카우는 디지털 자산화 기술과 빅데이터 기반 음악 가치평가 시스템을 도입하고, 실시간 데이터 분석 기술을 구현했다. 둘째, ‘R&D 경쟁’ 측면에 서, 무형자산의 계량화, 디지털 기반의 자산 유동화, 핀테크 기반의 투자 플랫폼 기술, 특히 리스크 관리 모델, 행동경제학 등을 적용하여 경쟁 우위 를 달성했다. 셋째, ‘시장 진입과 퇴출’ 측면에서, '프로슈머'로서의 개인 투 자자, 핀테크 기업, 데이터 브로커 등 새로운 참여자들이 진입하는 계기가 되었다. 또한 기존 음원플랫폼, 유통사 등의 기술이 성장하는 계기가 되었 다. 넷째, ‘내생적 성장’ 측면에서, 플랫폼 참여자 간 상호작용, 데이터 축 적, 알고리즘 개선 등이 복합적으로 작용하여 자생적 성장동력을 구축했다. 마지막으로 ‘연속적 혁신’ 측면에서, 뮤직카우는 초기 디지털화된 저작권 모델에서 시작해 다이내믹 프라이싱 모델, 옥션 제도 도입 등 지속적인 서 비스 혁신을 이어가고 있다. 본 연구는 금융산업과의 융합을 통해 음악산업 에 일어나는 창조적 혁신의 매커니즘을 규명했다는 데 의미가 있다.

지능정보사회에 대응한 교육 환경의 변화가 예상됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 학습자가 AI 기반 학습플랫 폼을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 학업정서와 학습동기적 측면에 대해 질적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위 해 AI 기반 학습플랫폼을 경험한 초등학생 및 중􌝆고등학생 7명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며 그들이 경험 한 학업정서 및 학습동기에 대해 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 면담 자료는 연구문제를 중심으로 자료 를 체계적으로 정리하여 기술하는 방법인 질적 내용분석(Qualitative content analysis: QCA)을 통해 분석 하였다. 그 결과 학업정서는 2개의 상위범주와 9개의 하위범주로 구성되었다. 구체적으로, 연구참여자들은 AI 기반 학습플랫폼을 사용하면서 긍정정서와 부정정서를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 긍정정서로는 만족감, 성취감, 기대감, 즐거움, 안도감을 경험하였으며, 부정정서로는 답답함, 우울함, 좌절감, 불안함을 경험하였 다. 학습동기는 5개의 하위범주로 나뉘어졌고, AI 학습이 학습동기에 도움을 준 이유는 5개의 주제묶음으 로 구성되었다. 결과를 구체적으로 상술하면, AI 기반 학습플랫폼을 사용한 학습자들은 몰입, 자율성, 흥 미, 자기효능감, 자기조절성을 경험한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 AI 학습을 경험한 학습자들은 AI 학습플랫 폼이 학습동기에 도움을 준 이유로 AI의 기능적 측면, AI 콘텐츠, 보상, 피드백, 게임 요소 등을 꼽았다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 선행연구와 연계하여 논의하였다.

Background: Artificial intelligence (AI) research on physical fitness posture estimation has been limited by a lack of comprehensive datasets and guidelines. This study analyzes the fitness image dataset provided by Korea's AIHub platform to advance posture estimation algorithms from exercise prescription and behavioral analysis perspectives. Objectives: To analyze fitness movements and guide correct exercise posture using AI-based visual and auditory feedback. Design: Descriptive analysis of a large-scale dataset. Methods: The study examined image and JSON labeling files from AI-Hub, analyzing 6.39 million fitness images across 41 exercise types. Data structure, exercise states, and annotation characteristics were analyzed in detail. Results: The dataset encompasses 816 distinct exercise states, captured from five camera angles with 24 key body points labeled per posture. Exercises were categorized into full-body workouts (17), barbell/dumbbell exercises (16), and furniture exercises (8). Gender distribution was 76% male and 24% female, with 41% in the 27-29 age group. The dataset allows for detailed analysis of correct and incorrect postures. Conclusion: This comprehensive analysis of the AI-Hub fitness dataset provides a robust foundation for developing AI models for fitness posture evaluation and feedback, benefiting exercise coach web/app service developers.

본 연구는 유럽연합(European Union, EU)의 디지털 서비스법(Digital Services Act, DSA)과 브뤼셀 효과(Brussels effect)가 X(舊 Twitter) 플랫폼에 미친 영향을 데이터 분석을 통해 평가한다. DSA는 디지털 플 랫폼에 대한 규제 강화와 콘텐츠 관리의 투명성을 요구하며, X는 이를 통해 불법 콘텐츠와 혐오 발언에 대한 처리 방식을 개선하고 있다. 본 연구는 2023년부터 발행된 DSA의 투명성 보고서를 기반으로, 국가별 콘 텐츠 조정 효율성과 자동화 및 수동 검토 시스템의 성과를 분석한다. 이 를 위해, 데이터 수집 및 전처리를 거쳐 Python을 활용한 통계적 분석 을 적용하였다. 또한, 유럽 국가별로 발생한 집행 차이와 그로 인한 문제 점을 살펴보고, 글로벌 디지털 규제의 확산 가능성에 대한 정책적 시사 점을 제시한다.

Aerial work platform truck is used in various ways depending on the surrounding environment, of city roads, farming areas, and industrial sites. Air flow, drag force and torque in surroundig the flow field of AWP have been analyzed with CFD method. The overall air flow rate decreases as the AWP passes and increases between the vehicle and the boom, at the boom connections, and at the bottom of the work platform. The drag force and torque on the boom, workspace, and the combined boom and workspace are largely affected by air flow velocity. The boom's drag and torque are approximately 2.2 and 1.3 times greater than those of the work platform, respectively. These predicted results can be widely applied as basic conceptual design data for highly efficient aerial work platform truck.

우리나라에서 플랫폼 노동 종사자가 전체 취업자에서 차지하는 비중은 상당하며 그 규모는 앞으로 계속해서 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 플랫폼 노 동은 진입장벽이 낮아 기존에 노동에서 소외된 사람들에게 노동의 기회를 제공한다는 점을 긍정적으로 평가할 수 있으나, 그 이면에는 낮은 소득과 불안정성, 열악한 노동환경 등의 문제가 존재한다. 플랫폼 노동 종사자는 대체로 근로자 아닌 자영업자로 평가되기 때문에 노동법과 사회보험의 안 전망에서 벗어나 있는 것이다. 이러한 이유로 플랫폼 노동이 출현하였을 때부터 이들에 대한 보호방안이 논의되었고 우리나라도 현재 정부와 일부 정당을 중심으로 플랫폼 노동 종사자를 보호하기 위한 입법이 추진되고 있 다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 플랫폼 노동 종사자의 근로자성을 인정한 최초 의 대법원 판결이 있었다. 대상판결은 플랫폼을 활용하여 노무를 제공하더 라도 종속성이 인정되면 근로기준법상 근로자에 해당한다고 판단하였다. 특히 플랫폼 노동의 특성들을 고려하여 기존 근로자성 판단기준에 관한 법 리를 유연하게 적용해야 한다고 하였고, 플랫폼 사업자가 자신의 책임을 회피하기 위하여 일부 권한을 자회사나 협력업체에게 부여하고 계약의 당 사자로 나서지 않은 위장된 관계를 근로관계로 바로 잡았다는 점에서 의의 가 있다. 다만, 대상판결이 위와 같이 플랫폼 노동의 특성을 고려하였지만, 이를 근거로 근로자성 판단기준을 구체화하지 않은 것은 아쉬움으로 남는다. 플 랫폼 노동의 경우 그 유형과 노무제공의 성격이 다양하고, 특정 사업자와 의 전속적 관계를 주장하기 어려우며, 자동화된 알고리즘에 의해 지휘 ․ 감독이 이루어지는 특성이 있다. 이러한 특성을 고려할 때 ‘플랫폼의 자동 화된 알고리즘을 통한 지휘 ․ 감독’, ‘플랫폼에 대한 경제적 의존성’을 플 랫폼 노동 종사자의 근로자성 판단에 있어서 주요 기준으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 또한, 플랫폼의 운영에 다수의 당사자가 관여할 때 플랫폼 노동 종 사자에 대하여 의무를 부담하는 사용자에 대한 판단기준을 명확히 할 필요 도 있다. 한편, 대상판결의 취지를 고려하면, 플랫폼 노동 종사자를 보호하기 위 한 법률을 제정하는 경우 플랫폼 노동 종사자를 자영업자로 정의하여 그 지위를 고착화시키는 것보다는 다양한 유형이 존재할 수 있음을 전제한 다 음, 종속성이 강하게 인정되어 근로자성을 인정할 수 있는 경우에는 노동 법상 근로자의 지위를 부여하고, 근로자에 해당하지 않는 플랫폼 노동 종 사자에 대해서는 노동법의 일부 규정과 플랫폼 운영자와의 거래에 있어 공 정거래에 관한 규정들을 두어 이들을 보호할 필요가 있다.

현대 사회에서 음악은 일상생활에 깊숙이 자리 잡아, 개인의 음악적 취향과 감정 상태에 맞는 콘텐츠를 손쉽게 찾고 소비하는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 콘텐츠 소비 증가와 더불어 제작 속도 및 효율 또한 중요한 요소로 부상하고 있다. 그러나 기존 음악 콘텐츠 제작 방식은 주로 기존 음악을 플레이리스트로 만들고 간단한 애니메이션이나 이미지를 영상으로 추가하는 방식이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고자, 인공지능(AI) 기술을 활용하여 사용자 맞춤형 음악을 생성하고 콘 텐츠를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. AI 모델을 통해 사용자의 감정 상태를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 음악적 요소를 최적화하여 개인화된 음악 콘텐츠를 생성하는 것에 목표를 두었 다. Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCC)와 템포 분석을 통해 음악 데이터의 특징을 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 사용자 감정에 부합하는 프롬프트를 생성하였다. 생성된 프롬프트는 MusicGen 모델에 입력되어, 사용자의 감정 상태와 음악적 취향을 반영한 새로운 음악을 생성 하는 데 활용하였다. 또한, ComfyUI를 활용하여 텍스트-이미지-비디오 변환 파이프라인을 구 축함으로써, 생성된 프롬프트를 기반으로 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작을 가능하게 하였다. 기존 음악 콘텐츠 제작 방식의 시간 및 비용 문제를 해결하고, 사용자에게 보다 정교하고 개 인화된 음악 경험을 제공하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 향후 다양한 분야에서의 응용 가능성을 제시한다.

Background: Effective management of clinical assessment tools is critical in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation research. Managing rehabilitation outcome measures (ROMs) scores and training therapists in multicenter randomized clinical trials (RCTs) is challenging. Objects: The aim of this study was to develop a web-based platform, the Korean Rehabilitation Outcome Measurement (KoROM), to address these limitations and improve both therapist training and patient involvement in the rehabilitation process. Methods: The development of the KoROM spanned from June 2021 to July 2022, and included literature and web-based searches to identify relevant ROMs and design a user-friendly platform. Feedback from six physical therapy and informatics experts during pilot testing refined the platform. Results: Several clinical assessment tools categorized under the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) model are categorized in the KoROM. The therapist version includes patient management, assessment tool information, and data downloads, while the patient version provides a simplified interface for viewing scores and printing summaries. The master version provides full access to user information and clinical assessment scores. Therapists enter clinical assessment scores into the KoROM and learn ROMs through instructional videos and self-checklists as part of the therapist standardization process. Conclusion: The KoROM is a specialized online platform that improves the management of ROMs, facilitates therapist education, and promotes patient involvement in the rehabilitation process. The KoROM can be used not only in multi-site RCTs, but also in community rehabilitation exercise centers.

The use of big data needs to be emphasized in policy formulation by public officials in order to improve the transparency of government policies and increase efficiency and reliability of government policies. ‘Hye-Ahn’, a government-wide big data platform was built with this goal, and the subscribers of ‘Hye-Ahn’ has grown significantly from 2,000 at the end of 2016 to 100,000 at August 2018. Additionally, the central and local governments are expanding their big data related budgets. In this study, we derived the costs and benefits of ‘Hye-Ahn’ and used them to conduct an economic feasibility analysis. As a result, even if only some quantitative benefits are considered without qualitative benefits, the net present value, the benefit/ cost, and internal rate of return turned out to be 22,662 million won, 2.3213, and 41.8%, respectively. Since this is larger than the respective comparison criteria of 0 won, 1.0, and 5.0%, it can be seen that ‘Hye-Ahn’ has had economic feasibility. As noticed earlier, the number of analysis using ‘Hye-Ahn’ is increasing, so it is expected that the benefits will increase as time passes. Finally, the socioeconomic value gained when the results of analysis using ‘Hye-Ahn’ are used in policy is expected to be significant.

This study examines options to revitalize a B2B textile trading platform, exploring user satisfaction and perceptions of the importance of several website features. Between June 8 and June 21, 2023, fashion studies majors and domestic fashion brand product planners were asked to use the website of an open B2B textile platform for 30 minutes and then evaluate its features by responding to a survey. The final sample for analysis wad comprised of 150 questionnaires. To analyze the key textile website features, a paired t-test, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The analysis classified the key textile website features related to user importance and satisfaction into the following categories: convenience, appearance, product information, and uniqueness. An analysis investigation of the differences in importance and satisfaction for each website evaluation attribute found significant differences in 12 attributes. The IPA analysis revealed that attributes such as product reliability, quality, a convenient search function, and convenient page movement are highly important to users and garner high user satisfaction; these findings demonstrate the importance of maintaining these elements. Images on the main screen, the latest trend information, and product prominence attributes also garner high importance ratings, but result in low user satisfaction, which signifies extensive revision is required. Finally, user evaluation of the convenience, appearance, and product information of the website was found to affect user recommendation intention.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 건설산업은 전통적인 업무 방식에서 디지털 프로세스로 전환하고 있다. 특히, 건설산업의 특성으로 인해 업무 절차의 변경에는 어려움이 따르며, 점진적인 디지털 전환 및 시행착오가 발생하고 있다. 건설현장의 안전관리 분야도 역시 이 흐름을 따라 모든 데이터의 디지털화와 자동화를 목표로 연구 및 시도가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 최근의 통계에 따르면, 건설업 안전사 고는 계속해서 발생하고 있으며, 안전사고 사망자 수도 줄지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 건설공사 안전관리 종 합정보망의 빅데이터를 대규모 언어모델 인공지능을 통해 분석하였다. 분석된 결과는 실시간으로 업데이트가 가능한 상세설계모델 로부터 위치정보와 공간적 특성을 반영하여 안전관리가 필요한 현장모델링에 정보를 맵핑하였다. 해당 연구를 통해 건설현장 안전관 리 데이터의 디지털화를 통한 시설물 및 근로자의 안전을 강화하고, 건설사고 예방 및 효과적인 교육 지시를 위한 빅데이터 기반 안전 관리 플랫폼 개발을 목표로 한다.

교량의 내하력을 확인하기 위해서는 외관상태 점검 및 차량재하시험, 유한요소해석 수행이 필요하 다. 규모가 작은 교량은 시간 혹은 비용적인 문제로 인해, 상기 과업을 수행하여 내하력을 확인하기가 어려운 점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 플랫폼을 통해 교량의 정보를 등록하여 데이터의 분석에 의해 추정 내하성능을 제공하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 추정 내하성능 결과는 점검진단 보고서 상의 안전성 평 가 데이터를 수집하여 통계 분석에 의한 결과를 제공한다.

코로나 사태 이후 공연예술계는 ‘초지능화’와 ‘초연결성’의 특징으로 대표되는 메타버스에 주목 하기 시작했다. 직접 만나서 소통할 수 없는 비대면적 상황은 현실세계와 가상공간을 연결해 주는 메타버스 플랫폼 전시 공연 활성화에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 코로나 사태가 끝난 이후에도 공연예술계는 다양하고 실험적인 온-오프라인 공연의 형태로 해당 기술을 활용한 다양한 프로 젝트 전시들을 선보이고 있다. 이처럼 실감 콘텐츠와 가상현실을 접목한 VR, XR 기술들은 빠 르게 실감 콘텐츠와 전시공연분야에 접목되며 실험적이고 다양한 공연과 전시를 선보이고 있 다. 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 전시와 공연들이 관객들이 어떠한 방식으로 다가가고 있는지 실감 콘텐츠 공연사례들을 분석하고, 가상현실이 일상화되고 있는 요즘, 전시와 공연 예술 분 야의 변화의 방향을 살펴본다.

This study examines the rise of the Body Positive Movement on TikTok and its role as a form of online content activism influencing the fashion design and industry. Through a combination of literature review and case study methodology, the study explores the expression techniques and thematic types of Body Positive Movement on TikTok. Reviews of literature, previous studies, online articles, fashion journals, and relevant search terms on TikTok informed a definition of Body Positive Movement and an analysis of its formation and rise. The research findings confirm the impact TikTok content on Body Positive Movement has on the fashion industry in addressing external factors (i.e., ‘Appearance’, ‘Race’, ‘Aging’, ‘Physical Disability’) and intrinsic factors (i.e., ‘Acceptance of Diversity’, ‘Self-Esteem’, ‘Rejection of Stereotypes’, ‘Appropriate Representation’, ‘Information Provision’). The key external factor , ‘Appearance’, includes subcategories such as ‘Body Shape’, ‘Body Hair’, ‘Skin’, and ‘Facial Features’. TikTok content creators on fashion creatively combine music, emojis, and visual storytelling to exhibit positive self-perception concerning these factors. A significant finding of the study is that short clips predominantly manifesting external factors differentiate into informative or enlightening videos associated with intrinsic factors. The study underscores Body Positive Movement's important influence on the fashion industry from design to presentation.
