Recently, there are few cases of the Precise Inspection for Safety and Diagnosis for transverse crack of CFRD. The presumable causes and characteristics of transverse cracks have suggested in this paper based on field survey and related NDT. Also, the maintenance of transverse crack of CFRD are proposed.
Recently, serious construction site accidents are increasing. At present, the accident rate of the whole industry is 0.5 ('15), while the accident rate of the construction industry is 0.75 ('15), which is 50% higher than the accident rate of the whole industry. In order to reduce the accident rate of the construction industry to the level of the accident rate of the whole industry, there are various methods such as compliance with specifications, drawing and specification, thorough supervision of management, most importantly, it is necessary to recognize that the safety management of construction work is not the work of the builder only, and that it is the task of all participants of the construction work (contractor, designer, builder, construction management). In addition, it should be based on the institutional part to support that. As a part of this, design for safety was introduced to prevent disasters occurrence in construction work. With the development of national industry, the number of social infrastructure facilities is gradually increasing. In addition, as time goes by, the aging of facilities is progressing gradually. For this reason, the importance of maintenance to ensure the safety of facilities is continuously increasing. However, there is still a lack of effective ways to invest the maintenance budget of facilities. For this reason, advanced foreign countries are actively studying facilities asset management techniques. In this study, construction cost and depreciation method of existing major facilities(1,2 class) were applied to examine the asset size of existing facilities according to changes in the service life of facilities.
Recent asset management of infrastructure has become an important issue for the effective operation and management, performance, and social innovation in Korea. Therefore, this study should asserts the needs and importance of asset management according to main infrastructures in Korea. Accordingly, The purpose of this study is as follows; First, it investigate the current asset status for the infrastructure including the main SOC of Korea. Second, it suggest on the framework and process for asset assessment measuring of main infrastructures in Korea.
