전환이란 학생의 역할을 떠나 지역사회에서 성인의 역할을 감당하게 되는 지위의 변화이다. 장애학생들이 성공적인 성인생활로 전환하기 위해서는 반드시 전환교육 및 서비스가 필요하다. 전환교육은 특수교사, 직업교사, 장애학생, 학부모, 성인장애인서비스 제공자, 지역사회 내 고용주 등 관련된 사람들 모두가 적극적으로 참여하고 협력하여야만 가능하다. 그 중에서도 이 모든 관련 담당자들을 연결하는 특수교사의 역할이 크다고 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 중등특수교사들이 전환교육 및 서비스를 얼마나 실시하고 있는지를 알아보고자 충청남도에 재직하고 있는 240명의 중등특수교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 중등특수교사들은 전환교육 및 서비스를 제대로 실행하고 있지 못하다고 인식하고 있었다. 특히 전환교육 및 서비스 영역들 중에서 전환계획 영역을 가장 잘 실행하고 있는 반면 교수계획 영역을 가장 실천을 못하고 있었다. 그리고 최종학위, 교직경력, 장애영역, 소속학교급, 그리고 교육과정별 변인들에 따라 중등특수교사들의 전환교육 및 서비스에 대한 실행 정도의 차이가 있었다.
최근 다중검출기 CT의 보편화 된 사용으로 환자의 피폭선량이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 광자극발광선량계를 이용해 촬영 목적 부위와 주변 결정장기에 대한 환자의 피폭선량을 측정하고 그에 따른 생물학적 효과를 예측하여 저감화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. ICRP에서 권고한 표준안을 대상으로 만들어진 인체 모형 표준 팬텀에 교정상수를 부여받은 OSD 선량계를 측정하고자 하는 좌·우 수정체, 갑상선, 촬영의 중심점, 생식선에 부착하여 각 검사 부위별 노출 조건과동일한 상태에서 환자의 피폭 선량을 모사하였다. OSL 선량계의 평균 교정상수는 1.0058±0.0074이었으며 검사 부위별 주변 결정장기의 등가선량은 좌·우측 수정체의 경우 직접 피폭이 약 50mGy로 최대였으며 간접 피폭되는 경우 0.24mGy, 원거리에서는 0.005mGy미만의 기준 준위 이하로 측정되었다. 갑상선의 경우 두부 검사에서 10.89mGy로최대였으며 흉부에서 7.75mGy, 복부 및 요추부, 골반부에서는 기준 미만이었다. 생식선의 경우 골반검사에서 21.98mGy로 최대였으며 간접 피폭되는 검사에서 기준 준위 미만에서 6.92mGy까지 피폭되었다. CT 검사에서 DRL에대한 저감화 방법은 국제기구에서 권고하고 있는 방사선 방어 원칙에 대한 정당한 해석과 제도적 뒷받침이 필요하다.따라서 환자의 피폭을 최소화하기 위해서는 정당성을 충족하여야 하며 환자의 피폭선량에 미치는 영향들을 체계화하고 조직의 불필요한 피폭을 최소화 하여야 한다.

A present LSD(limited state design) code for bridge temperature load have applied a uniform standard for various bridge type. In this study, in order to acquire the calculation effective thermal, a steel box girder bridge section specimen with real size dimension was manufactured. And over a year, the temperature data were measured in the sections. Effective temperature within the cross section according to atmospheric temperature were calculated by this experiment data. The analyzed results was very similar correlation when compared with the effective temperature of the Euro Code. Therefore, the effective temperature which calculated based on the present data could be used as the basic data in order to present to the appropriate design criteria for the thermal loads on the domestic bridge design
To evaluate the post-earthquake damage status of URM buildings in Korea, damage state level from the Earthquake Disaster Response System is classified and static test results of 20 URM walls, dynamic test results of 1 URM building are analyzed. From the analysis results, damage state, maximum story drift ratio and residual story drift ratio regarding to the each damage state level are suggested.
The change of natural frequency according to seismically damaged reicforced concrete (RC) frames was evaluated by using shaking table test results of full-scale one-span RC frame. As the damages of cracks and yields of reinforcing bars were occurred, the frequency decreased. The frequency got decreased to about a half of the initial frequency when the RC frame specimen collapsed.
This study was performed to develop a reinforcing head method for steel pipe piles using screw type bending reinforcement, which can fix piles using nuts, and experimentally prove structural performances. In order to do so, steel pipe pile reinforcing head method test specimen using screw bending iron was produced and implemented to vertical tensile test, vertical compression test, and horizontal loading test. As a result, the test showed that it secured 1.28-3.62 times safety factors that are demanded from the design criteria for highway bridge.
The purpose of this Study is to find an appropriate cross-section of the block as a drawback of hollow concrete block field work. Formed Concrete Block was evaluated by FEM Method in a variety of stress conditions in order to find the optimum cross-section. As a result, the block has higher vertical resistance than horizontal and the strength of it depends on the thickness of web.

This study investigates the effect of emulsified refined cooking oil (ERCO) on the fundamental properties of cement paste, and their results are compared with that of shrinkage reducing admixture (SR). Results showed that ERCO decreased early strength, but retained the strength at the later age of 28 days, slightly higher than pure OPC
The purpose of this paper is to improve the method for rear cavity inspection of cut-off wall at concrete faced rock-fill dam. To do this, we suggested that using impact echo wave, analysis of embeded instruments data, and numerical method to considering the expecting crack open failure behavior. We hope that improved methods were assist maintenance of concrete cut-off wall at concrete faced rock-fill dam.
In this study, the cause of rapid intensity change of typhoon Nakri(0208) in view of point of a trough-typhoon interaction using diagnostic methods was examined based on 6-hourly GDAPS data from 10 to 13 July, 2002.
At 0000 UTC 13 July, high PV(Potential Vorticity) region moved southeastward, reaching to the western edge of the Korean peninsula and near typhoon center at surface and there shows an increasing value of EFC(Eddy Momentum Flux Convergence). Also, as the trough and typhoon approach one another at the same time, the vertical shear(850-200 hPa) increases to more than 15 m/s. Thus, it might be concluded that the trough-typhoon interaction made intensified significantly, providing the fact that typhoon Nakri(0208) underwent substantial weakening while moving northward to around Jeju island.
