        Der Charakter des Jugendverbrechens besteht in sozialer Unreife der Jugend. Diese soziale Unreife hat die negative Seite und die positive Seite. Das heißt, die Jugend soll unschwer zu dem Verbrecher werden und hat höher Besserungsmöglichket als mündiger Verbrecher. Infolge dieses Charakter des Jugendverbrechens wird das präventive Mittel in Mittel des Jugendverbrechens bevorzugt, dh wird die Erziehungsgedanke bevorzugt. Das ist anderer Seite als mündiger Verbrecher. Damit wird das Jugendverbrechen nicht durch das allgemeine Strafverfahren, sondern durch die speziale Gesetze geregelt, und das representative Gesetz zwischen diesen Gesetz ist Jugendstrafrecht. Und das representative Mittel im Jugenstrafrecht ist die Schutzmaßnahme im Jugendstrafrecht. Das koreanische Jugendgesetz §1 wird das folgende geschrieben: “dieses Gesetz hat den Zweck, die gesunde Reife der Jugend durch die Verbesserung der Umwelt der Jugend und Besserung des Charakter der Jugend gegen antisoziale Jugend zu entwickeln. So muß der Inhalt der Schutzmaßnahme nach diesem Zweck des Jugendgesetzes mit der Verbessrung der Umwelt der antisozialen Jugend und Besserung des Charakter der Jugend gefüllt werden. Bis dahin wird der allgemeine Inhalt der Schutzmaßnahme im Strafrecht diskutiert. Aber durch diese Methode ist es schwer, mehr Verbessungsmethode der Schutzmaßnahme im Jugenstrafrecht als das wirkliche Problem der Schutzmaßnahme im Jugendstrafrecht zu erfassen. Um das Problem der Schutzmaßnahme im Jugenstrafrecht zu anzeigen, wird diskutiert, ob der konkrete Inhalt der Schutzmaßnahme im Strafrecht sich der Bessrung des Charakter der Jugendverbrechers bedient wird. So wird in dem zweiten Kapital die Bedeutung der Schutzmaßnahme behandelt In dem dritten Kapital wird die Art und Wirklichkeit der Schutzmaßnahme im Jugenstrafrecht behandelt. In dem vierten Kapital wird das Problem und Verbessrungsmethode der Schutzmaßnahme im Strafrecht behandelt. In dem fünften Kapital wird die Schutzmaßnahme im Strafrecht, die erneut in dem Jugendstrafrechtsänderungsgesetz gereget werden soll, berüchsichtigt.

        본 연구의 목적은 수준별 수업에서 심화 보충형 수준별 교육과정을 적용하였을 때, 수준별 수업의 적용 시기가 학습자의 과학 학업 성취도와 과학에 관련된 태도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 대한 연구 결과는 첫째, 적용시기를 달리한 수준별 수업은 매 차시 개념주제단위로 심화 보충과정을 실시한 실험집단이 단원 말에 심화 보충 과정을 실시한 비교집단에 비해 학생들의 학업성취도를 높이는데 효과적이었다. 둘째, 적용시기를 달리한 수준별 수업은 매 차시 개념주제단위로 심화 보충과정을 실시한 실험집단이 단원 말에 심화 보충과정을 실시한 비교집단에 비해 상위집단의 학생들에게는 효과가 없었다. 그러나 하위집단에서 학생들의 학업성취도를 높이는데 효과적이었다. 셋째, 적용시기를 달리한 수준별 수업은 매 차시 개념주제단위로 심화?보충과정을 실시한 실험집단이 단원 말에 심화 보충과정을 실시한 비교집단에 비해 과학에 관련된 태도의 5가지 하위 영역 중에서, '과학적 태도의 수용', '과학수업의 즐거움', '과학에 대한 직업적 관심'에서 긍정적인 영향이 있었다.

        This study was undertaken to determine the concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the indoor air between houses of atopy, asthma patients and new houses. Total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) in the indoor and outdoor air of normal houses were measured as 92.6 and 72.5 ㎍/㎥, respectively. TVOCs in the indoor and outdoor air of atopy patient's houses were 152 and 42.1 ㎍/㎥. TVOCs in the indoor and outdoor air of asthma patient's houses was 165 and 50.1 ㎍/㎥. TVOCs in the indoor and outdoor air of new houses was 158 and 78.3 ㎍/㎥. It was found that the concentrations of VOCs were higher in the indoor air of atopy, asthma patient's and new houses than the normal houses. This suggests that the concentration of VOCs can influence atopy and asthma.

        This studies were carried out in summer season to increase high temperature tolerance using hydrogen peroxide treatments on cucumber in greenhouse. The water stress of cucumber in greenhouse by the hydrogen peroxide treatments showed as control〉250 mM〉500 mM treatments in order. The photosynthesis rate of cucumber at 30℃ did not show difference with each hydrogen peroxide treatment in temperature controlled greenhouse. However, the photosynthesis rate of cucumber in the control and hydrogen peroxide treatments at 40℃ was significantly different. The photosynthesis rate of cucumber in combined treatment with 1,000 mg·L-1 CO2 supply and hydrogen peroxide was also higher than control, however, there was no different of photosynthesis in 250 mM and 500 mM treatment. The value of Fv/Fm and Fm/Fo of chlorophyll fluorescent in 500 mM hydrogen peroxide treatment at 40℃ was highest. Also the activity of POD, the antioxidant enzyme, was higher with high hydrogen peroxide concentration than the other treatments. The high temperature limits for growth were 43℃ in the control, 44℃ in the 250 mM and 46℃ in the 500 mM according to analyze chlorophyll fluorescent Fo. The high temperature tolerance in cucumber increased approximately 3℃ by the hydrogen peroxide treatments under this experiment conditions.
