According to progress rapidly digitalization, networked and mobilization of electronics industry, there are demands for being smaller, thinner, more light, and more efficient complex functions of electronic devices which are wireless devices, semi-conductors, packages and mobile devices. Therefore, the solder resist on a printed circuit board have been required with the high resolution and the eco-friendly materials in the surface treatments such as high heating process and coating process with electrolysis. In this study, the photoinitiator initiator and monomers of the solder resist were prepared with their contents for reducing the occurrence of the under-cut. We investigated the sample surface by UV/VIS spectrometer, FT-IR, OM after HASL and ENIG process. From our results, it is possible to get a high adhesion of resist with optimal contents between the photoinitiator initiator and monomers after surface treatments.

This Purpose of this paper is to suggest the effects of success factors of six sigma on the management performance. This dissertation deal with key factors that led to successful implementation through existing literature. Therefore, this major success factors of six sigma revealed performance of cost reduction and improving quality. This study is empirical analysis the effects of six sigma performance of cost reduction and improving quality)on the management performance(profitability, growth, market value). The results of this study, six sigma quality performance turns out to have positive(+) effect on the all management performance.

아동에게 창의성은 아주 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 아동의 창의성과 관련해서, 타 학문(예를 들면, 수학, 과학, 논리, 음악 등)에서는 활발한 연구와 교육이 이루어지고 있는데 비해, 디자인학문에서는 아동의 창의성에 대한 평가법이나 개발법도 아주 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 디자인학문에서의 아동창의성을 개발시킬 수 있는 교육법개발의 초기 단계로서, 아동의 디자인 창의성 능력을 판단하기 위한 평가법을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 아동의 디자인 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 평가항목(독창성-새로움/흥미성, 실용성-기능성/실현가능성)은 문헌을 토대로 추출하였고, 초등학교2학년 아동을 대상으로 사고의 창의성과 디자인 창의성과의 상관성을 보기 위하여 실험연구를 실시한 결과, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역은 정교성인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역이 반드시 정교성만 있다는 것은 아니며 다른 영역들(유창성, 독창성, 제목의 추상성, 성급한 종결에 대한 저항성)에 비해서 더 영향을 많이 미친다는 의미이다. 본 연구는 아동의 디자인 창의성 교육을 높이기 위한 교육법의 기본 틀을 마련하는 것이고, 이 교육법을 통하여서 디자인 창의성에 부족한 면을 보완해주는데 그 의의가 있다.
