        국내 건설현장에서 장스팬 구조물이 증가함에 따라 콘크리트와 강재를 조합한 충전형합성보의 적용이 증가하고 있 다. 충전형합성보는 경제적이며 시공성이 향상되고 콘크리트 축열효과에 따라 내화성도 우수하다. 충전형합성보 내부에 휨성능 을 향상시키기 위해 Re-bar로 보강하여 사용한다. 이는 콘크리트 균열에 의해 부식 되어 내력저하를 유발한다. CFRP Re-bar는 경량이며 내부식성이 우수하다. 그러나 임계온도가 250℃로 낮기 때문에 화재에 취약으로 적절한 내화피복재를 적용해야된다. 따라서 열전달해석을 통해 내부 CFRP Re-bar가 보강된 충전형합성보의 온도분포를 확인하였다. 온도 상승에 따른 휨내력을 산 정하여 피복두께를 제안하고자 한다. 해석결과 단면크기에 상관없이 콘크리트 피복두께 40mm와 뿜칠내화피복재 20mm를 적용 하면 표준화재에서 3시간 내화성능을 확보하는 것으로 평가되었다.

        PURPOSES : When fire event occurs in tunnel the reinforced concrete is exposed to very high temperature at a very short time period. This study investigates the tensile behavior of steel rebar that experienced high temperature. METHODS : The steel rebar was exposed to 200, 400, 600, and 800℃ following the ISO 834 temperature-time fire curve. Hightemperature- exposed steel rebars were tested using the UTM for their yielding and tensile strengths, and elongation rate. RESULTS : Up to an exposure temperature of 600℃, the tensile properties of the rebar did not vary considerably. However, at 800℃ (which corresponds to a temperature rise time of approximately 22 min), the rebar lost its yielding and tensile strength by approximately 27 and 13%, respectively, compared to the control specimen. Further, the elongation rate increased after exposure to 600℃. The above fundamental tensile test results can be a good reference for future guidelines in the repair manual for tunnels after severe fire events. CONCLUSIONS : When steel rebar experiences high temperatures of 800℃, the yield strength of the rebar reduces approximately 27%. This strength reduction can cause severe structural damage to tunnels that use reinforced concrete as the primary structural elements.

        This paper attempted to analyze the correlation between the risk image of the evacuees in the tunnel and the variables that affect the evacuation behavior due to the closed feeling. As to whether there is a difference in the level of recognizing the tunnel risk image according to the distribution of jobs, the null hypothesis was rejected at the significance probability of 0.002, so it can be said that the level of recognition of the tunnel risk image varies depending on the job group. In the distribution difference between gender and tunnel risk image recognition level, the significance probability was 0.012, indicating that the null hypothesis was rejected, indicating that the tunnel risk recognition distribution according to gender was different. As a result of analyzing the distribution difference between the tunnel's closed feeling and the tunnel risk perception level, the significance probability was 0.001, and the null hypothesis was rejected, indicating that there was a difference in the tunnel risk image level.

        Forest fires in Korea usually start in the fall and occur every year until spring. Most wildfires are human resources that combine topographical characteristics and carelessness, and failure to respond in the initial stage and lack of cleanup are spreading to large-scale wildfires. In order to prevent these wildfires, active cooperation from the public is essential. As can be seen from recent wildfires, the attention of the public is needed above all else because large-scale wildfires in Korea are occurring due to the people's negligence. If a wildfire spreads and becomes large, it causes damage to life and property, and the damage is irreversible. In this study, various methods were used to prevent forest fires and improve initial suppression ability. In order to minimize damage, the model analyzed by the 119 Special Rescue Team in Gangwon, Chungcheong and nearby forest fires was analyzed on the combustion progress and wind direction by time period. The propagation speed by the wind direction was simulated. Until now, most of the wildfires have been extinguished by firefighting, but I hope that the Forest Service will take the lead and maintain coordination with related organizations.

        In general, fire accidents in tunnels are sufficiently preventable, but the damage is very large. Therefore, the number of highway traffic accidents is high in spring when spring fatigue occurs and the traffic volume for maple travel increases. In particular, when analyzing the cause of death of people killed in fire accidents in tunnels, it is analyzed that most of them are suffocated by smoke. Therefore, in this study, it can be said that it is meaningful to make a social contribution to reduce the number of traffic accident deaths by establishing an efficient fire suppression system for fire accidents in tunnels.

        Recently, the number of cases of fire spreading due to exterior materials of buildings is increasing. Due to the nature of modern architecture, which emphasizes the aesthetics of buildings, because buildings pursue a splendid appearance, they are inexpensive and have relatively good insulation performance, but an increasing number of buildings are adopting insulation materials that have poor fire safety performance. The risk of spread is also greatly increased. Since the exterior wall of a building is made of a variety of materials and structures, it is composed of a combination of several elements, including materials such as insulation and finishing materials. Therefore, it was determined that it was necessary to introduce a more systematic evaluation method for building exterior materials, and to improve the system reflecting this, away from the existing evaluation method that only checked the fire safety performance of finishing materials.

        필로티 공간은 일반적인 건축부재와 달리 부재가 외기와 접해 있고 실내에서 발생 가능한 화재와 가연물의 종류 및 배치 등이 달라 다양한 화재의 위험으로부터 노출되어 있다. 필로티 구조는 기둥으로만 이루어진 사방이 트인 구조로 인해 화 재가 발생할 경우 화재피해를 입은 기둥은 강도 및 강성이 저감되고 부재의 저항성이 저하되므로 단시간 안에 온도가 상승하여 구조체에 영향을 미친다. 이러한 문제점이 발생한다면 건축물 파손으로 인해 피난로를 차단당하여 많은 인명피해가 일어날 것 으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 다가구주택의 필로티 공간에서 화재 발생으로 인해 철근콘크리트 기둥에 미치는 화재영향을 확 인하고자, 기둥 국부화재실험을 통해 보강재에 따른 RC 기둥의 온도분포 및 파괴양상을 검토하였다.

        필로티 공간을 주차장으로 활용할 경우 차량 화재에 대한 위험성이 발생한다. 한 대의 차량에서 화재가 발생하게 되 면 차량 간의 거리가 밀접하므로 주차되어있는 여러 대의 차량에 화재가 빠르게 전이되며 차량의 높은 열방출율과 온도로 인해 폭발 위험성이 있다. 이러한 화재에 취약한 필로티 구조 특성으로 인해 짧은 시간 동안 주차공간이 화염에 휩싸이게 되며 화재 가 확대되어 주변 건물까지 화재 위험이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 필로티 주차공간 실화재 실험을 통해 화염의 성장크기 와 전파속도에 따라 필로티 기둥의 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 화재에 노출된 CN준불연 및 CFRP 보강 필로티 기둥의 내화 및 연소성능을 평가하고자 한다.

        The purpose of this study is to reduce the probability of occurrence of electric fires as a preemptive preventive measure, and to strengthen the capability of preventing electric fires by strengthening the cooperative function between electric fire-related departments and establishing a cooperative system. In this study, the general aspects of electric fires were identified by reviewing the literature such as ignition mechanisms of electric fires. And the major electrical fires that occurred in the last 10 years were classified into ignition factors (short circuit, overload/overcurrent, and earth leakage/ground fault) and ignition sources (wiring/wiring appliances, electrical equipment/household appliances). And the 4M technique was used to analyze the potential causes of ignition at the fire site and to suggest preventive measures. In the case In this study, out of 48 electrical fires in the past 10 years, 16 short-circuit fires, 3 overload/ overcurrent fires, 3 short-circuit and earth fault fires, 16 fires in wiring/wiring appliances, and 10 fires in electrical equipment/home appliances classified as cases. And prevention measures were presented in terms of human, machine, media, and management by using the 4M technique. For the preemptive prevention of electric fires, strengthening the compulsory electrical safety inspection and making it mandatory to report when new or expanding electric facilities, charging a fee for electric safety inspection for detached houses and granting benefits subject to inspection completion, improvement of the electric safety voluntary inspection table and safety indications; It was suggested as a policy to organize and operate electrical safety inspection personnel in a two-person team (mixed), establish a close work cooperation system with related organizations, and strengthen electrical safety education and publicity.
